The cleanliness of the house was excellent; everything was very tidy. It looked just like the photos. The house had everything we needed. The location was open and beautiful.

We stayed one month in the apartment, great for families or young groups. The apartment is located at the best possible location in Varna, one step away from the sea garden and beach and on the other side one step away from the central walking street, that is full with shops, restaurants and coffee shops. We will recommend the place to our friends.

Апартаментът е прекрасен, изключително просторен, на живо е дори по-голям, отколкото изглежда на снимките. Изключително чисто! Локацията е перфектна, на 2 метра от морската градина. На отсрещния тротоар има прекрасно заведение. Има всякакви удобства, включително кафе, чай, подправки, препарат за пране. Терасата е огромна. Александър е много отзивчив. Определено ще дойдем пак. Единствен минус е, че нощно време е доста шумно, но това е нормално за жилище в идеалния център.

Very good host. The loft was beyond my expectation. I could see the sunrise over the Black Sea. It was right by the sea. I spent three pleasant days there.

Die Gastgeberin ist nett und pünktlich. Alles in der Wohnung ist Top, die Umgebung ist ruhig, nach zum Meergarten, Strand und Zentrum. Hab mich sehr gut gefühlt und der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm! Völlig empfehlenswert!

The flat was wonderful and spacious with 3 separate private balconies with spectacular views. Yuliyana was a fantastic hostess who was very helpful and accommodating. We would certainly recommend this Air BnB listing, especially given its great location in Golden Sands that is also a short taxi to Varna.

J'ai passé un très bon séjour à Varna avec mon fils, dans l'appartement de Kiril et Hisa. L'appartement est très bien situé dans un quartier calme, proche de la gare, de la plage, et des monuments historiques. Le salon est très agréable pour les moments partagés.

The appartment is just perfect! Probably the best Airbnb appartment we have ever stayed in. Spotless clean and highly comfortable with nice balcony and well equipped kitchen. We had everything we could wish except for the dishwasher tablets that were hard to find in the Golden Sands supermarkets (in the end we bought them in Varna). The location is great- a pool and a beach is just two minutes walking distance away. (The pool takes a fee for using sunbeds and umbrellas. We paid 15 BGN for two sunbeds and an umbrella). Lots of bars and restaurants in the neighborhood. Highly recommended.

Great place for a family holiday, the apartment is beautiful and in a great location, everything looks just like it does in the pictures! Stefani is also a great host, she is super friendly and helpful!

Vitali's apartment and hospitality made our first visit to Golden Sands, Bulgaria an unforgettable experience. He went above and beyond in order to make sure we had everything we needed and to make sure all of our questions were answered. Seeing and enjoying the perfection of the apartment and the view was unlike any other experience we have ever had. The grounds of La Mer Apartments and the perfect private beach added to the coziness of the apartment and made our vacation even more special and memorable. I would recommend Vitali as a host and this apartment as my first choice everytime, and I can't wait to come back!

We had an incredible 11-day stay at this Airbnb! The host was outstanding—friendly, welcoming, and full of great tips for exploring the area. The neighborhood was mostly quiet, making it the perfect place to relax. The closest beach is just 5 minutes away, which was super convenient. The flat had everything we needed, and our stay was fantastic. The terrace was the highlight—an amazing spot to unwind and take in the surroundings. Highly recommend!

Nina’s place was amazing, in a very good location and extremely pristine. Nina herself was a lovely host, welcomed us into the apartment and gave us all the instructions we would need. Definitely recommend if you need a place to stay while in Varna!

Приїжджаємо сюди другий рік поспіль. Все супер. Великим плюсом є розташування в пʼяти хвилинах ходи до моря та наявність паркингу що входить у вартість.

This is a top location and the best value for its price that I found (just 5 mins from the most popular beach bar Cubo..!) Asparuh was very responsive, friendly and hepful from start to finish of my stay. I was impressed not only from his hosting, but also business, communication and negotiation skills.

Красив дом със всички удобства. Домакинята ни предостави,наистина един уютен,красив и снабден със всичко необходимо за един приятен престой, апартамент. Наблизо има добър градски транспорт, храна за вкъщи,магазини, заведения... Всичко това направи престоят ни и почивката ни пълноценна и щастлива. С радост бих се върнала отново!

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit praktisch allem was man im Haushalt benötigt. Die Betten sind ausgezeichnet. Die Wohnung ist sauber, das Interieur modern und bequem. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Herd, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher. Eine Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer sorgt für die perfekte Zimmertemperatur. Zwei Bäder bieten zusätzliches Komfort. Zwei Terassen vorhanden. Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön gelegen im Zentrum vom Goldstrand. Der Strand befindet sich über die Fußgängerstraße, Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Die Schalldämmung der Wohnung ist sehr gut, so dass kein Lärm den Aufenthalt beeinträchtigt. Wir haben unsere Zeit in der Wohnung wirklich genossen. Unsere zwei Kinder haben sich auch wohl gefühlt. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es auch ein Babybett. Babystuhl steht auch zur Verfügung. Die Bilder auf der Webseite zeigen, wie es wirklich aussieht.

Appartement très bien placé , à côté des thermes romains et de la plage. Nous y avons passé 2 nuits à 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfants ). Lit de la chambre est très grand. Le canapé lit convient à 1 adulte ou 2 enfants mais pas à 2 adultes. Nous avons tout fait à pied. Il y a plein de commerces dans la rue (dont une super boulangerie). Excellente communication avec notre hôte. Plamena nous a proposé un parking privé chez une dame (qui parle Français) à 300 m de l’appartement, c’était très pratique et cela nous a permis de laisser la voiture sereinement. L’appartement est spacieux et bien équipé. Nous le recommandons.

The apartment was exactly as described and as shown in photos. Amazing views, central location with everything you need really close by. We were lucky as most of the neighboring apartments were not occupied, so it was really quiet and private for such a central location. We really enjoyed the terrace, where we watched sunrises and sometimes even dolphins!
