Renta de departamentos vacacionales en Vasilikos

Wir haben am Ende der Hauptsaison (Mitte Oktober) die Unterkunft bezogen und wurden mit absolutem Traumwetter belohnt. Die Morgenstunden kann man hier sehr gut auf der Terrasse der Wohnung verbringen-lediglich abends hatten wir mit ein paar Mücken zu kämpfen. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was es braucht. Vielleicht wäre aber ein Geschirrhandtuch noch super:) Man sollte ein Auto oder einen anderen fahrbaren Untersatz haben, um die Insel zu erkunden. Hat man sowas, lebt man bei Lefteris perfekt. Für Bootsausflüge zu allen erdenklichen Zielen der Insel eignet sich die Unterkunft auch perfekt. Direkt vor der Tür starten die Boote von „Manthos“, die sich auch um die Unterkunft kümmern - Absolute Empfehlung. Lefteris und seine Mitarbeiter sind alle super freundlich und hilfsbereit, was beim nächsten Quadverleih auch mal Vorteile mit sich bringt. Il soggiorno è stato perfetto, consiglio vivamente a tutte le persone che volessero venire in questa bella isola di soggiornare nell’ appartamento di Evelyn e George. La posizione è comodissima per raggiungere Zakinthos e vari punti strategici in macchina, e allo stesso tempo isolata da qualsiasi tipo di rumore che non sia quello della natura circostante. La casa in sè è fedelissima alle fotografie che trovate nell’ annuncio. La pulizia impeccabile effettuata ogni tre giorni da una signora che devo ringraziare ancora per il lavoro svolto. Evelyn, che ho avuto il piacere di conoscere è stata una ospitante cortese e puntuale oltre che una donna con un fascino fermo nel tempo.

War alles super. Wohnung wie auf den Bildern. Auf der Terrasse scheint Nachmittags die Sonne. Restaurants und Mini-Märkte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Gegenüber der Staße ist gleich ein Meerzugang mit Beachclub. Ansonsten sind weiter Strände auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Ich würde trotzdem ein Mietwagen empfehlen. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind gegenüber der Wohnung.

The hospitality of Esther and Giorgios was excellent The location is good especially for young boys and girls that want to have fun in Laganas Was a bit more difficult for a father with 2 kids but the hundreds of services of the area united with the amazing places and beaches to see made our holidays amazing

We have had the most amazing week at YOLO Resort. Elpida is the perfect host, from initial conversations she was helpful and friendly and organised transfers from the airport for us and also offered us a late check out as we flew back in the evening. On arrival she greeted us and we were blown away with how lovely the villa is. The fridge was stocked with local treats and the kitchen had cooking essentials in the cupboards. Elpida had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and easy. The location is stunning, we were right on the beach front and the gardens are large with lots of sunbeds and seating areas and it always felt peaceful and tranquil. We loved the use of the SUPs and paddled every day whilst the children enjoyed the inflatables. It is a 10 minutes walk into Alykes with plenty of tavernas to choose from and all equally delicious. We have found our paradise here and will definitely be back it was perfect.

Casa come da foto e descrizione. Vicinissima a una piccola spiaggia di sassi molto tranquilla e dall’acqua molto bella (come in tutta Zante). La casa si trova in un’area in mezzo agli ulivi, molto bella (a mio gusto la più bella tra le varie zone viste sull’isola). Ana è sempre stata molto gentile e disponibile. Attaccata alla casa ci sono un mini market per ogni necessità e una caffetteria. Assolutamente una soluzione consigliata per Zante.

It’s an unforgettable time in Zakynthos, Myreen is a very nice host, she gives us lots of tips, reply very quickly when we message her. It’s a wonderful place for tourists, modern kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, two baths room which very convenient to a big family, and what the children like best is the lusury swimming pool, they have lots of wonderful time there, they will keep this beautiful memories for their whole life. Thanks a lot!

A perfect place to explore and enjoy the City of Zakynthos. If you come by car, in morning or late night you will find parking spot just 2 min on foot distance. There is no elevator in the place, so mind not to carry very large luggage with you. Place is perfect for a couple! Katerina is super responsive, she replies almost instantly in the chat.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Eva’s place and it was an experience to remember! From the moment I arrived we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The space was immaculate, stylishly decorated and equipped with all amenities one could need. The location was perfect, nestled in a quite neighborhood yet close to all the local attraction. I particularly enjoyed the cozy balcony where I could unwind with a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of their welcome wine in the evening. Eva and her family went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests truly set this stay apart. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a home away from home. We felt very pampered by your gift at the end of our stay. Thank you for everything Ev 😊!

Très bel appartement. Bien situé pour rayonner sur l’île. Quelques bons resto à faire à pieds. Giannis nous a aider avec les références pour une location de véhicule, très apprécié. Changement de serviette et ramassage de poubelle fait régulièrement. Seul petit bémol, plusieurs poules/coqs très près, ils commencent à chanter un peu trop tôt 😆 Mais avec des bouchons d’oreilles, on ne les entend plus. Si non notre séjour a été parfait 😁

Athanasios and Katerina were fantastic hosts, very welcoming and friendly. The villa was superb and looked even better than the pictures. We would happily revisit and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and authentic experience of Kefalonia.

πολύ καλός και άνετος χώρος για οικογένειες,οργανωμένο σπίτι είχε τα πάντα για να μπορείς να μαγειρέψεις. Η κουζίνα πεντακάθαρη όπως και όλο το σπίτι. άνετο διπλό κρεβάτι με στρώμα πολύ καλό και κρεβάτι καναπές που και αυτό με ένα στρώμα γινόταν πολύ άνετο διπλό κρεβάτι. Η πισίνα πολύ καθαρή και οργανωμένη δίπλα ακριβός από το σπίτι. πάρκιν για το αυτοκίνητο έξω από το σπίτι. Σε πολλή μικρή απόσταση με τα πόδια έχει φούρνο και καφέ. Γενικά αξίζει τα χρήματα του με το παραπάνω!

Το σπίτι άψογο και πεντακάθαρο με πολλές και χρήσιμες ηλεκτρικές συσκευές Έχει κλιματιστικά νέας τεχνολογίας σε όλους τους χώρους Ευρύχωρο μπαλκόνι και άνετο μπάνιο Πολύ ωραίος κήπος με πολλά δέντρα Άνετο και ιδιωτικό Πάρκιν Άνετες και μεγάλες ντουλάπες ρούχων Το μόνο μας δυσανασχέτησε αλλά δεν θα το έλεγα και πρόβλημα είναι τα στρώματα από τα κρεβάτια τα οποία ήταν λίγο σκληρά. Το μεγάλο μπαλκόνι μπροστά το πρωι έχει ήλιο με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορείς να κάτσεις ευχάριστα πίνοντας τον καφέ σου και βλέποντας τον ωραίο κήπο. Κατά τα αλλά το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα στον οποιοδήποτε θέλει την ηρεμία του και την ησυχία του. Κατάλληλο για οικογένειες αλλά και ζευγάρια ! Η Αναστασία πολύ φιλική και δεν μας ενόχλησε καθόλου ! Το σπίτι είναι πολύ κοντά σε οργανωμένη παραλία και καταστήματα αλλά και εστιατόρια ! Το κέντρο της πόλης απέχει μόλις 2 χιλιόμετρα . Εάν επισκεφτώ ξανά την Ζάκυνθο σίγουρα θα Προτιμήσουμε ένα από τα καταλύματα της Αναστασίας ! Σε ευχαριστούμε πολυ για την φιλοξενία

The accommodation was outstanding and the view was beautiful. Onsite assistant was attentive and made check-in simple and gave clear instructions on where amenities were located. Host is very responsive and helped us with every detail. Will definitely visit again and would recommend to everyone!

Siamo stati benissimo: appartamento molto grande, comodo, pulito e dotato di tutto. Dalle vetrate si gode una bellissima vista mare. Zona tranquilla e vicina alla spiaggia di Alykes. Da lì ci siamo spostati agevolmente per visitare tutta l’isola. Dimitris è stato davvero sempre estremamente disponibile e attento alle nostre necessità, la mamma ci ha fatto provare alcuni dolci tipici fatti da lei per noi e davvero ottimi. Lo consigliamo a tutti quelli che desiderano stare BENE a Zante e godersi la vacanza!

We are 4-member family and we stayed at Katerina's appartment, in order to explore Kefalonia island. It's located in Karavados village, a small village about 15min from city of Argostoli. Several beaches are about 10-20min away, and market is about 7-8 minutes away. The appartment was very clean and well equipped. Katerina was always available to respond in our requests when needed. There's space outside the appartment, that can be used as parking, and the place around the appartment is very quite.

Absolutely stunning location, perfect early October out of season for a relaxing break, great temperatures. Location overlooking bay is stunning and room cleaned daily and perfect for up to 6 people.

Muchas gracias por la estancia, lugar comodo, agradable, dejaron agua, vino, pan, botanas y fruta, hermosa estancia, muy agradables y accesibles a la hora de la llegada, estuvieron muy atentos a los requerimientos. Hermoso departamento.

Diese Unterkunft ist insofern zu empfehlen, wenn man privat nahe am Strand sein und in der nächstgelegenen Laganas Road das Nachtleben erforschen möchte (-Hotspot besonders für junge Menschen zum Feiern). Ideal für vier Personen, wobei es nur ein Schlafzimmer mit Tür gibt, das andere Doppelbett steht im oberen Stock frei (Mansarde mit Meerblick, herrlich!). Wir waren in der Nachsaison Mitte September dort, das war super! Die große Terrasse ist sehr angenehm, auch der Whirlpool mit diversen Funktionen (Massagestrahl etc.), eine große Sitzbank und zwei Sonnenliegen. Das unter der Terrasse befindliche Restaurant spielt zwar den ganzen Tag Musik, diese war jedoch geschmackvoll und nicht zu laut (relaxed music). Und wichtig bei hohen Temperaturen: die Klimaanlagen im Haus funktionierten einwandfrei. Last but not least, Fotis‘ Frau ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und entgegenkommend, sie hat alles gecheckt.
