We had a fantastic stay with Nicole and Christian. The house is very spacious and easily fit our group. It is designed in a way to feel very private, and you have a nice big balcony in front with a stunning view of the city, the lake, and the mountains across. The footpath to walk to downtown passes right by the house and there is a bus stop nearby, so it’s easily accessible from Locarno. The house was very clean, and we did not hear any traffic from the road. We really enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, which had everything we needed to make our meals. Nicole and Christian were very responsive, accommodating, and easy to reach. We’d love to stay here again!

The house is located in a unique historic village. Definitely go for a walk through the village . The location is great to discover the Versace valley and Lago Maggiore. The historic has been nicely renovated . All the essentials were present. It is a small and cozy house and it was perfect for us as a family for 4 nights ( 2 adults , 1 toddler, 1 dog). You can have dinner outside looking out over the valley. There is a great restaurant located next to the house. It has to be noted that parking was difficult. There is no dedicated parking for the house. One night we had to park 10 minutes down the road. Also, you have to go down quite a few steps to get to the house. Which might a challenge for less mobile people. We also struggled to find the place on the day of our arrival. The location on Airbnb is a few 100 meters off and it seems like all houses are called Rustico. However, Davide was very responsive and showed us in the right direction. Overall we had a great stay.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Wohnung/das Haus ist sehr toll. Es war (im Herbst) sehr ruhig. Und allen hat es sehr gut gefallen!

Elisa was very kind and a great host. Her place is clean and cozy and the kitchen is indeed FULLY equipped. The Rustico has a privat garden, where I enjoyed sunbathing and listening to the different sounds of nature. It is located a bit outside the village and therefore very quiet, you just couldn't be closer to nature. Still, it is accessible by car and it takes you only 10-15 minutes to go back to the village by feet. From Elisas place you can start different mountain hikes or just go down to the river and relax. All my wishes where fulfilled! I hope to come back one day and spend some more time at Elisas wonderful Rustico.

Ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Alphaus an dem es an nichts fehlte, wen man ruhige und entspannte Ferien sucht, weg vom hektischem alltag, mit einer tollen lage, wen man Natur pur sucht. Beat ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, stehts mit einem sympatischen lächeln für einem da, als wir fragen hatten, oder Ihn kurz brauchten, war er sehr Hilfsbereit. Ich kann Ihn als Gastgeber und das Alphaus nur empfehlen, den wir hatten tolle Tage dort. Auch in seinem Familien Hoffladen bietet er tolle Produkte an, wie zum beispiel seinen eigenen Hoffkäse, bei dem wir gleich zweimal zuschlagen mussten. Tolles Haus, toller Gastgeber.

Une maison et un jardin parfaits pour qui recherche le calme dans un environnement magnifique. Très bien équipée, cette maison de famille est toutefois assez rustique et convient particulièrement pour la belle saison. Jardin spacieux, complètement privatif avec vue imprenable sur les montagnes et le hameau de Frasco. Spots de baignade loin des lieux hyper fréquentés accessibles à pied + départ de jolies randonnées faciles (Sonogno à 30min le long de la rivière et dans la forêt).

Die Unterkunft können wir nur empfehlen - sehr schöne Ausstattung, sehr nette Gastgeberin, einchecken sehr einfach, auch wenn sich die Gruppe mal teilt kann man immer ins Haus. Definitiv zu empfehlen. Danke :)

Das Rustico war genau, wie wir es erwartet haben. In einer ruhigen Lage, mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf die Natur. Ideal zum Entspannen. Vor allem die Einrichtung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir haben uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt. Da wir mehrere Wochen dort waren, hatten wir öfters Kontakt mit Norbert. Er war immer sofort erreichbar und mit seiner offenen Art sehr hilfsbereit. Bemerkenswert ist, dass er sogar lang geplante Renovierungsarbeiten verschoben hat, damit das Haus im gewünschten Zeitraum für uns verfügbar ist. Das schätzen wir sehr. Wir werden in jedem Fall wiederkommen und empfehlen das Rustico weiter! Um dorthin zu kommen, gibt es eine Beschreibung mit Video, man gelangt damit direkt bis vor die Haustür. Completely recommend Lucky’s place. Less than 10 minutes away from the bus stop and beautiful scenery!!! Lucky was so incredibly friendly when we arrived not knowing the shops close at 1pm on a Saturday, she provided us with lots of spare food! My only recommendation is that the shower curtain is quite see-through, but we just hung up a towel 😊

Der Aufenthalt bei Klaus war wirklich sehr schön. Wir waren für 2 Wochen hier und haben uns von Beginn an wohl und wie zuhause gefühlt. Das Apartment ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, besonders der Wohnraum mit Kamin und Balkon war großartig. Alles war sauber und gut ausgestattet, es war ruhig und genau der richtige Ort um sich zu erholen. Klaus und Hedwig waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir sind sehr dankbar für unsere Zeit in Dornbirn, ein wirklich schöner Ort mit wundervoller Natur in der Nähe.

It's a spotless place, ski in—ski out, right in the center of the shopping street. It is a very modern and cozy apartment. We've been to many places, but that one is definitely one of the best! Great Sauna, great hosts. We did not miss anything - parking space, ski room, next to the slopes, perfect kitchen, airy and great space! Thank you!

Es war alles wie beschrieben und die Wohnung entsprach den Beschreibungen.

Wir hatten eine super Woche in Laax. Die Wohnung ist ideal für Familien. Grosser Vorteil sind die beiden Schlafzimmer. Schöne Lage mit toller Aussicht, ruhig und am Waldrand gelegen. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Die Lage direkt an der Skipiste war super. Dafür etwas abgelegen vom Dorf. In der Wohnung hat es an Nichts gefehlt. Zwei Stockwerke mit zwei Bädern waren toll.

Super tolles Haus, weiterzuempfehlen

Wunderschöne Umgebung, Postauto direkt vor der Haustüre. (So kann man das Auto stehen lassen.) Grosses Haus, voll ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht! Mit Skorpionen muss man rechnen:-) sehr schöner, grosser Aussenbereich. Mike war super freundlich, meldet sich sofort zurück. Absolut unkomplizierte Übergabe. Wir haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen!

Maria is een superhost! We voelden ons welkom. Ook toen wij pech kregen met onze auto heeft zij ons geweldig geholpen. We hebben een fijne vakantie gehad! Dat is wat telt! Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf Locarno, Ascona und den See. Herrlich für ein paar Tage Auszeit.

Splendide maison sur le lac, idéale pour un séjour en famille. Tout est très bien organisé et il ne manque rien à la maison. Chambres et salle de bains spacieuses, séjour et salon conviviaux. Nous reviendrons pour profiter de la région en été.

This home was absolutely stunning! The views from the large windows were magnificent, offering breathtaking scenery throughout the day. The spacious rooms and multiple eating areas were perfect for our group, providing plenty of space to relax and dine together. The recent remodeling added a fresh, modern touch, making the home feel both comfortable and luxurious. We loved the friendly cows that greeted us each morning-it was such a charming and unique experience. The drive to the house was a bit of an adventure, but totally worth it for the peaceful, secluded setting. While the Wifi was spotty at times, it actually gave us the chance to unplug and spend more quality time with family. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful getaway!

The listing is very accurate, and the home was fantastic in a great location with a spectacular view. For a very reasonable charge, the pool was heated which made a big difference when the weather was cooler than hoped for. We were a family of 6, and there was plenty of space. Every detail seemed to have been thought through very well. We couldn’t have been happier!

Christina was a wonderful host! 10/10 recommend and would definitely stay here again!
