Alloggio molto curato e in posizione strategica sia per quanto riguarda le spiagge che il Carnevale. Host cordiale e disponibile. Servizi e ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi. Davvero consigliato per un periodo di mare o per il Carnevale

L’appartamento è in una delle zone più belle e più comode di Livorno: nella piccola ‘Venezia’ con canali e barche, vicino al porto e nel centro città, con i migliori ristoranti sotto casa. L’appartamento è in uno stabile appena ristrutturato (come lo stesso appartamento) con uno stile moderno, essenziale e molto comodo. La pulizia è impeccabile. Vi torneremo sicuramente.

5 stars isn’t enough for the marvelous time we had in Portovenere. The apartment is in the ideal location off the main road. The Villa is high enough to feel the majesty of the water views, yet close and convenient enough to get to everything you need. The ferry to cinque terre, shops, restaurants and supermarket are all within easy walking distance. The view from our terrace was wonderful. It was our favorite spot for morning coffee. Photos of the listing are very accurate. The space was cozy and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Michela and her assistant Helena were very attentive, always ready with great suggestions and most accommodating to our requests. Lovely people. Would love to return one day.

Super emplacement, super vue et super accueil de Francesco et Mari. Ils ont prit le temps de tout nous expliquer et nous donner les explications pour faciliter notre visite. L’endroit était magnifique et très propre.

Loved the location as it is close to the town center and in a private building. The view from the apartment is great also, seeing the ocean every morning is always a plus. Elio was kind, friendly, and responsive. He never hesitated to accommodate my needs. The pricing is a great deal compared to the surrounding hotels/resorts, and you get a kitchen and washer so huge plus for longer stays.

Tres bonne communication avec Francesco qui est aux "petits soins". Le logement est idéalement situé pour visiter Florence, Pise, les Cinque Terre. Il est également bien équipé. La literie est de bonne qualité.

Ottima soluzione nel cuore di Lerici. Appartamento ordinato e curato con bellissimo balcone vista mare. Zona tranquilla vicina al nucleo storico pieno di ristoranti e locali vista mare. Oste reattivo nelle comunicazioni e molto disponibile. Super consigliato!

Nous avons passé une semaine incroyable dans le logement de Maria Angela qui est une personne extrêmement gentille. Une foccacia nous attendait sur la table en arrivant, très chouette accueil. Nous avons pu échanger régulièrement et rapidement pour divers informations. L’emplacement est tout simplement parfait. Nous avons voyagé avec nos enfants de 11 et 6 ans qui ont adoré. L’accès à la mer est à 5 minutes à pied, tous les petits commerces sont accessibles très facilement à pied aussi. La plage et la côte sont super jolies ! Le logement est hyper il bien équipé, il ne manque de rien. Une belle lumière illumine l’appartement dès le matin; un vrai bonheur. Pour visiter les Cinq Terre cela est très simple aussi via la gare de La Spezia. L’incontournable Pise est à 50 minutes en voiture. C’était tout simplement parfait, merci ☺️

Tutto come da descrizione. Punti di forza principali posizione (fronte spiaggia) e spazi ben disposti. Un soggiorno rilassante anche grazie agli spazi esterni della casa. Lauro e staff sempre disponibili e concilianti. Il bel giardino puo attirare zanzara se il caldo diventa persistente (in quel caso la disponibilità di zanzariere sarebbe un plus)

Die Wohnung ist optimal für eine 4 köpfige Familie geeignet. Es fehlt an nichts, wie die anderen Rezensionen schon beschrieben haben. Frederica war durchgehend erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, wenn in den ersten Tagen Fragen aufkamen. Den grossen, schönen Garten haben wir auch sehr genossen und dort auch öfter die zwei Hunde, die Katze und die drei Schildkröten angetroffen. Die Fahrräder eignen sich für kurze Strecken innerhalb von Marina. Vielen Dank auch an Cristina, die ebenfalls immer gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit war. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

I stayed here with my fiancé and it was the perfectly charming little seaside spot for us for our quick trip to Livorno. There were several spots nearby available for drinking, eating and coffee and the seaside was magnificent even with dreary weather. It was very well appointed and cost and the lovely lemons from Giovanna’s garden and the fresh flowers were such a sweet touch and really made it extra nice! Giovanna was so sweet and recommended places for us to try and even offered to make reservations for us. I would stay here again!

The apartment was very nice and well equipped for a comfortable stay. It gave the feeling of a house and you feel like staying as someone's guest. The host was very helpful and responsive. We had a smooth check-in and stay. The kitchen, apartment and the washrooms had everything that you may need during the stay. Especially fully equipped kitchen made our lives very easy. The apartment is close to grocery stores and the beach. There is parking available in from of the house. I did not understand the presence of so many bells in the apartment 🙂. Overall it was a great experience apart from the fact that there were a lot of decorative pieces so we had to be careful not to mix or lose our stuff in it 🙂. I would definitely recommend it and would book it again if we visited the area again.

Sehr schönes, individuell angelegtes Haus mit einem Traumgarten! Auf der Terrasse im Sonnenschein sitzen, auf Santa Lucia oder das Meer bis nach Korsika schauen- und du kommst zur Ruhe! Das Meer ist in ca 15 Minuten erreichbar, Besichtigungen von Lucca, Pietrasanta oder dem Cinque Terre sind mit dem Auto gut möglich, Wanderungen natürlich auch. Gloria ist gut erreichbar und unkompliziert bei „Sonderwünschen“. Die Wohnung war im März etwas kühl, die Küche und das Schlafzimmer konnten aber gut g er heizt werden- Einzug das kleine Zimmer ohne Heizung war etwas kalt. Alles in allem: schöne Unterkunft- sehr zu empfehlen! Danke Gloria!

Tommaso ist ein netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Bei der Begrüssung hat er uns einen Korb mit Produkten aus seinem Bioladen geschenkt. Er hat sich sehr bemüht, dass es uns Gästen in seinem Haus gut geht. Er hat uns die Gasflaschen für das Warmwasser gewechselt und auf Wunsch die Heizung eingestellt und mehrmals nach unserem Befinden gefragt. Das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gefallen, eine top Lage direkt am Meer. Die grosse Terasse und der Essbereich hat uns zum Verweilen eingeladen. Im Haus ist alles zweckmässig im Landhausstil eingerichtet, die Küche klein aber fein, die Schlafzimmer und das Bad genügten unseren Ansprüchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten unsere Ferien geniessen.Wir kommen gerne wieder nach Castelioncello. Danke Tommaso für alle deine Bemühungen und dein angagietes Auftreten. My sister and I were celebrating our 70 and 69 birthdays respectivelly and we decided to explore the beautiful area of Cinque Terre. Casa "La Caletta" had a breathtaking view that transformed in colors throughout the day. The surroundings are very private with birds singing as if in paradise. Maria Grazie was a wonderful, knowlegable and gracious host. Her father, Ricardo ensured that we had a comfortable experience with his expertise handywork and maintenance of the space. This was an experience of our lifetime enhanced by the arrival and stay of our other two sisters who surprised us on our birthdays. I was disappointed when I arrived in New York and did not have the dream-like view in the morning. Warning: wear comfortable walking shoes and do not bring a lot of luggage. Thank you, Maria and Ricardo for the unforgettable experience. We would return in a second!

Lola come host è stata superba. Con mia moglie ci siamo trovati benissimo e il supporto di Lola durante il nostro soggiorno davvero superbo. Gentilezza, disponibilità e serietà la contraddistinguono. Super consigliata.

Alloggio perfetto, grande e ben fornito di tutti i confort. A pochi passi dal mare, dal centro e da negozi/supermercato. Dotato di spazio esterno con tavolo e piccolo giardino, perfetto per chi come noi ha alloggiato con un cane (accettato senza il minimo problema). esperienza ottima!

We were super happy with our stay! It was conveniently located, calm, sunny and very close to the beach. It's small but has everything you need for a few days!

We enjoyed our stay at Portovenere very much. Sarah was a responsive host and answered any questions we had. The views from the balcony were really impressive and on a sunny day it was hard to leave. The apartment was not far from the shops and restaurants in the main part of town making it a snap to get out and walk to attractions.

Accueil parfait logement extrêmement propre et agréable avec vu sur le lever de soleil et hôte très réactif et arrangeante le seule point négatif c’est l’accès uniquement à pied pas simple quand on est chargé mais les ruelles sont très agréable pour balader pour se garer il y a un parking payant facile d’accès et sécurisé il y a des places gratuites mais pas toujours libre on a passé un agréable séjour Merci vraiment beaucoup à Alessia pour ce logement

Piacevole soggiorno, Matteo molto gentile e disponibile. Appartamento tutto come da descrizione, ottima posizione, ottimo avere il parcheggio. Tutti i servizi e la spiaggia sono a pochi passi, condominio super tranquillo. Grazie ancora

Grazie Mille Super Luigi 😉!! Nous venons de passer un formidable séjour à Viareggio avec ma femme et nos 2 enfants. Et l’appartement proposé par Gianmarco y est pour beaucoup !! Le bien est propre et très fonctionnel, suffisamment spacieux pour 4 personnes! Une situation géographique d’exception! A quelques mètres de la promenade principale qui longe les magnifiques plages de Viareggio et ses bagnos par dizaine. Des restaurants exceptionnels comme le « Pivot bistro di mare » ou « l’Amaro » sont à quelques mètres! Et que dire de la communication de Gianmarco qui a été de très bons conseils et qui a toujours su se rendre disponible selon nos besoins! Nous recommandons « 1000 fois » ce bien pour passer de très belle vacances toscanes à Viareggio!! À très bientôt Gianmarco (Super Luigi)

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Wohnung super gelegen. Kleine aber sehr moderne und schöne Wohnung. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Super mit dem Hafen vor der Haustüre.
