Fernando and his family were amazing and his home was located in a perfect place. The view, atmosphere, and stuff to do in the surrounding area was incredible. Fernando was always available for recommendations or questions when they came up. If you want a place away from the busyness of San Juan and still have good restaurants, beaches, and night life this is it.

Great condo for a group of friends or big family. Lots of beds, bathrooms are really nice. Nice view of ocean from porch. Walking distance to two really good restaurants. Beach isn't one to sit and relax at when we went but good view. Great instructions and very clean.

We had a wonderful stay at Brenda and Rafael’s beautiful beachfront property. It was the perfect spot for quality time with our adult children and grandchildren. The shared terrace and the incredibly close beach access made our vacation truly special. We also had the pleasure of meeting Brenda and Rafael—such lovely, hospitable hosts. The location is great, with plenty of bars and eateries nearby that stayed open late, which was a nice bonus. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and memorable family getaway!

We stayed at Johanna & Jeff’s place for my bachelorette weekend. We had the absolute time of our lives. Their space was full of amenities and activities - basketball, swimming, grilling, gym, beach towels & chairs & more. Vega Baja was the perfect beach town for us. 4 mins to the beach & 2 mins from the grocery store. Easy 40 minutes from San Juan. Their beds were sooo comfy. And all for an affordable price. Thank you so much for having us! We’ll be back.

We had a fantastic stay at Carlos’ place! Carlos was an outstanding host — very responsive and proactive throughout our trip. He informed us about an unscheduled island-wide power outage, set up a generator to make sure we were comfortable, and even took time off work to check on us personally. The villa/condo was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed, including private gated parking, cozy outdoor seating with a great ambience, and a grill. The location was perfect — just a few steps to a beautiful, shallow beach ideal for swimming. It’s a popular spot with local families, who enjoy bathing and sipping beers in the water, giving it a relaxed and authentic vibe. The neighborhood felt very safe, with frequent police patrols and lively street-side bars to explore. Despite the energy, a strictly enforced noise ordinance after 11pm ensured peaceful nights. Overall, highly recommended!

Esta propiedad es perfecta para disfrutar unos días de playa y piscina en esta bella isla. La casa es preciosa y todo estaba muy limpio y bien organizado. Annette es una excelente anfitriona y siempre me respondió rápido a cualquier pregunta. El proceso de check-in no es nada complicado. La playa es espectacular y está a pocos pasos de la propiedad. También hay muchos lugares de comida a los que se puede llegar caminando fácilmente. Annette provee un panfleto bien detallado con sugerencias de restaurantes y mucha información adicional que resulta muy útil para la estadía. La cocina está completamente equipada, si uno prefiere preparar sus alimentos en la casa. Por las noches, hay lugares donde pasarla bien, jugar billar o disfrutar con familia o amistades. Pero de igual manera, uno se puede quedar en la casa tranquilo, ver películas en la TV de la sala que es súper cómoda y crear memorias. Gracias, Annette, por compartir tu hermosa propiedad. Ya estamos haciendo planes para regresar.

We had an amazing stay at Alma's place! The condo was spacious, with a large kitchen and dining area, plus three big bedrooms. Our group of eight had plenty of space to relax and enjoy. The beds were comfortable, and the condo was well-stocked with everything we needed for a great stay. The location was perfect—just a two-minute walk to the beach. While it was a bit far from Old San Juan, having a car made it easy to explore. Alma and Alex were outstanding hosts, and their amazing team responded quickly and provided fantastic local recommendations. A washer and dryer update would be a great addition. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Puerto Rico!

We had a wonderful stay at Grace's place. The place had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool. The beach was private, beautiful, and relaxing. The location is a good spot if you are exploring sites on both sides of the island. We would definitely stay there again!

Want peace, privacy, yet fun things to do? This villa offers it all! Our family had a great time walking less than 5 mins to the private beach, pools, and tennis courts. The area is super safe and quiet yet a 10 min drive to restaurants and shopping centers. The unit was clean and offered all the kitchen and bath basics, and board games. I loved the traditional furniture and decor! The host was super responsive and helped solve last minute issues. She left fresh fruit and ice bags for us and water bowls for our dog, and even let us check out a bit later. We loved our stay and will be returning soon!

Villa Iris was a terrific escape for our family of 5. The villa is very close to the picturesque beach, which was perfect for swimming and sunbathing, and offered the snorkeling we hoped for. The weekend was busier on the beach, but the weekdays were very quiet. The host and their team were incredibly responsive, and the property manager had the kitchen pre-stocked with a grocery order we sent ahead. The patio was comfortable, and the air conditioning was powerful and effective when needed. A great vacation!

Christian was a great host with a beautiful accommodation, beautiful pool and hot tub. Our room had an awesome patio view of the pool, and I can’t wait to see the future amenities for the hotel. Great local restaurants in walking distance of the hotel. Cerro Gordo beach is always a great place to relax with your favorite local beverage, with a bar and restaurant across the street. Overall a great experience and can’t wait to come back and stay at the Eden hotel again.

We had a fantastic stay at this rental! The property is spacious, clean, and has a well-appointed kitchen that made meal preparations a breeze. It’s located in a quiet residential area with quick access to the beach, which was perfect for our relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly responsive and provided support whenever needed. The apartment is very beautiful and has the advantage of having the beach just across the street.

We had an amazing time here. The beach truly was a few steps away, and a lot more private than any other beach we went to during our trip. The beds were comfortable, we had zero issues with the neighbors, and we were surrounded by beautiful Puerto Rican houses. The water was cold but I believe this is typical of the islands, and it didn’t feel bad since it’s so hot everywhere lol. Overall, we’ll be back with the family soon!! Perfect for two sets of couples

This home was a lot more spacious than expected from the pictures. Very convenient location with having a bar downstairs for food and the beach was right down the street. Would recommend staying here and look forward to staying here again in the future. The only down side was that there was no AC in the living/ kitchen area, so when cooking it got really hot! They did have a fan though so that helped. Host was very responsive. Thank you Dennis 😊

The check in was as easy as the instructions say , esto es puerto rico , the view was beautiful and the apartment was amazing , the A/C works amazing !! the water is solar as stated so taking a shower at appropriate times will help the temps and i had no problem with that , there was cars with music passing but that is our culture here and i love it ! it felt like home for me and it would for any puertorican , very close to the beach , i loved it !!! and i hope i can return soon , for those who left bad reviews you are simply forgetting this is an ISLAND , and you have to adjust to this life as much as you enjoy the nice parts of it ! 10/10 stay !!

Amazing experience! Loved how close it was to everything and it being a 1 min walk to the beach which was exactly what we looked for! It was extremely clean and cannot get over the Harry Potter theme, one of my favorite things. Thank you to the host for making our stay so easy. Will definitely be coming back!

Fantastic place to stay! So close to a beautiful beach, and the accommodations were exactly what we needed. The restaurant right below is incredibly convenient as well!
