Alberto's house is a lovely haven in a safe, suburban-feeling neighborhood close to the beach. The backyard was definitely a highlight—we loved using the pool during the day and having dinner on the patio at night. Alberto is super friendly and often popped out to make sure we had everything we needed, offer us coolers and lounge chairs for the beach, show us how to use the grill, etc. The apartment was basic and very clean. The house is walking distance from Cerro Gordo beach and national park, where the walking/biking trails are stunning. Two things to note: The wifi was a little slow/unreliable (we had trouble with Zoom calls), and the hosts live on the first floor so their windows and doors open right onto the patio. We didn't mind but it's something to note if you're looking for complete privacy. Thank you, Alberto, for a great stay—it was a treat to meet you!

This Is my 4th or 5th staying at this Airbnb always clean, very quick response from Jose. Close to the beach nice area.

This place was very comfortable and spacious . We enjoyed the time we spent here with our family . The supermarket and other stores were nearby and with easy access. The house is beautiful and had all the amenities we needed . Will definitely stay here again in the near future. The host was very responsive to any messages sent to her and kept us updated on any situation that might of occurred. Love this place and would refer to anyone you will not be disappointed.

Arturo has a fantastic spot with a fantastic price. We are a family of five and couldn’t have been happier. The beach is across the street and the trails of Cerro Gordo (which are incredible) are right up the hill. Perfect!

Ich habe die Unterkunft für knapp 3 Monate gemietet. Alles war perfekt. Die Unterkunft ist sogar noch besser ausgestattet als beschrieben. Nun ist ein Whirlpool vorhanden, es gibt hochwertige Strandstühle, Sonnenschirme und eine "Jeti" Kühlbox für den Strand. Die Küche oben ist mit allem ausgestattet. Es gibt einen Airfryer, Backofen, Mixer, Sandwich-Maker, Cocktailset Kaffeemaschine und vieles mehr. Ebenso hat die Unterkunft eine Außenküche. Beide Küchen sind jeweils mit einem Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Zusätzlich gibt es einen Weinkühlschrank. Die Unterkunft hat gesamt 2 Schlafzimmer mit 3 bequemen Doppelbetten und 3 Badezimmer (eins davon im unteren Stockwerk für den Außenbereich). Die Unterkunft war super sauber und ordentlich. Jose war immer hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Zusammenfassend: Es war die Beste AirBnB Unterkunft, die ich je gebucht habe. Absolut weiter zu empfehlen.

As soon as we entered the property, it was very welcoming and beautiful. Thanks to the info provided by Vilma entering to the assigned room was a breeze. We had such a marvelous 8 days. The pools were enjoyable. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. It is quiet and clean property inside and out. Everything was working. Every night we will hear the coquis and we loved that. Don’t worry not loud enough to keep you awake. Vilma was very gracious. She responded to texts, phone calls and emails rather quickly. She was also informative in providing local area shops, food, beaches, etc. She went above and beyond for us and I am so so truly grateful! My mother who is 83 and my niece age 10 loved staying here and that was important to us. We would love to stay here again when the time comes. Muchos gracias Vilma! We highly recommend. ❤️
