Very comfortable, clean & cozy. The host was very welcoming, responsive and I really enjoyed my stay here. The tiny house was well furnished and had everything you need. Udobno, čisto, i veoma prijatno. Domaćini su bili jako srdačni, predusretljivi i ljubazni. Kuća je odlično opremljena i ima sve što je potrebno. Uživala sam u svom kratkom boravku na ovom lepom mestu.

Es war alles perfekt! Sehr sauberes Zimmer und Badezimmer. Wir konnten uns sehr gut erholen. Vielen Dank Zoran! :)

Stan je lep,sve je čisto i uredno do centra stiže se nešto više od 5 minuta.Nama je bilo sve super, lepo smo se proveli. Hvala puno na vasem dočeku.

Wir haben allein in einem Haus gewohnt. Es gab alles, was man benötigt: Wohnzimmer, Terrasse, WLAN, 2 Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Badewanne, Küche mit allem Notwendigen). Alles ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, sauber + ordentlich! Es gibt einen schönen sehr großen Garten, den wir uns zuerst teilen musste, da auf dem Grundstück noch ein Haus steht. Aber das war kein Problem. Wenn das Gartentor/Gartentür geschlossen ist, dann ist alles komplett geschlossen/sicher. Das war für meine Hunde wichtig! Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem alten, idyllischen Dorf mitten in einer sehr schönen Berglandschaft. Fantastisch für alle die Ruhe, das Land, Natur, Berge lieben. Die Dorfbewohner waren sehr nett! Die Gastgeber waren super: Sie haben mich in der Stadt abgeholt und sind mit mir uns Dorf gefahren, da ich kein Navi/Internet hatte. Sie haben mir sehr geholfen, da ich Problem mit meinem Autoschlüssel hatte. Sie haben mir frische Eier besorgt + mich über die Gegend informiert! Alles war super!!!

Enjoyed staying in the place. It's feels brand new, all spotless, all working, beautiful view from the windows and still walkable to the city center and spas. Local shop and restaurant just 3 min walk away. Would stay again

We were looking for a place to stay in Niš / Jagodina area, and came across the wonderful discovery of Predrag's place in Lipovac. The house is beautifully restored and typical of the region. It is tastefully decorated and maintained. Down the road about 800 meters is Predrag's other accommodation and restaurant where we had a beautiful homemade meal on the evening of our arrival. Just past the restaurant is the orderly and fully functioning monastery St. Stephen. It is a worthwhile trip to see this small thriving ethno village and Predrag's place is just the kind of accommodation you would hope for to experience it!
