We had a great stay at Sanja’s place. Sanja was really friendly and a great host. It was great value for money and about 20-25 minutes to the old town. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice place in the privat part of Ulcinj. The included parking ia great for people coming with the car. It is in the waling area of the bay however it it on the hill side

Jelena was very quick to respond and helped with various questions, not only those related to accommodation. For example, she recommended excursions and the best places in the area, and also gave me advice on tourist registration. My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Jelena's apartment! Thank you!

Katarina is a very friendly and responsive host, and she was always flexible with our requests. The flat matched all descriptions that were listed, and was very convenient especially with a baby as it offered a free underground parking spot and a large elevator. The building itself is new and modern - and so is the flat. Her place is right at the centre of Budva and in walking distance to all the beaches and the Old Town. The only problem with the place is that it's on a busy highway which could get noisy at night.

Everything was perfect, very good located, just 5 min walk to everything, vew on the castle, perfectly clean, the price was fair, highly recommended 👍🏻

Apartament godny polecenia. Apartament taki jak na zdjęciach i było w nim wszystko czego potrzeba. Taras z pięknym widokiem, salon, kuchnia, dwie sypialnie, klimatyzacja, lodówka, żelazko, itd - w apartamencie było wszystkie potrzebne wyposażenie i udogodnienia. Z miłą chęcią wrócę do tego miejsca - apartamentu. Kontakt z gospodarzem bardzo dobry.

Jelena was very hospitable and helpful. She allowed us to check-in early due to an early flight. My 2 year old had a wild time at the large garden and wonderful orchards. The house was the right size and kitchen had all that was needed for family cooking. The house had air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom which was amazing in the August heat. The area around the house is absolutely stunning. Though roads are very tricky, so not great for access through public transport or for inexperienced drivers. Overall we had an amazing time and would love to visit again.

Manzara tek kelimeyle müthiş. Bütün budva ayaklarınızın altında terası kocaman ve tamamen size ait. Evin konumu merkezin dışında ve yaklaşık 15 dakika mesafede. Olga bize her konuda yardımcı oldu. Kendi arabanız varsa ve budvaya gelecekseniz burada kalmanızı tavsiye ederiz.

The house itself was great but the road in was very tight and difficult to navigate.

pobyt u Macy i Marko będziemy pamiętać na zawsze. byliśmy tam miesiąc mieliśmy do dyspozycji cały dom z 2 tarasami w tym jeden na dachu z widokiem na morze. Maca opiekowała się nami przez cały pobyt, obdarowała mojego wnuka zabawkami i często bawiła się z nim. Przez cały okres mieliśmy dużo gości co wiązało się z częstą zmianą pościeli i ręczników, z czym nie było żadnego problemu. Pyszne figi z jej drzewa były do naszej dyspozycji, a winogrona, smaczny z nich sok czy arbuzy, to tylko niektóre podarunki, którymi nas rozpieszczała. Nawet ładowarkę, którą zostawiliśmy odesłała nam do Polski. Jej życzliwość będziemy pamiętać na zawsze. Pobyt przerósł nasze oczekiwania.

Júlia and Sergey were very kind hosts. Sergey was in a place waiting for us in order to be easier to find the apartment. We had a problem with our rented car in a remote place and the night coming but Julia and Sergey helped us contacting a truck to take us and our car to be repaired, even being late, they were very kind and helpful. The apartment was very clean, located in a very calm place, near the beach and had everything we needed for our stay. I recommend this apartment to visit the coast of Montenegro.

We had an amazing time at Ilija’s place in Petrovac. Ilija and his wife welcomed us from the start at check-in, as did their wonderful apartment in a beautiful setting. They also provided great food and experiences recommendations. Perched up on the city hillside, the view from the patio captured everything. The ability to quickly drive down or walk into the city makes this spot great. There’s a pretty steep hill to walk, but take it slow and enjoy the weather. The property is filled with different fruit trees, which makes the departure/return that much more enjoyable. We highly recommend this apartment for any future travelers. Thank you for a great first experience in Montenegro.

The apartment was great and exactly as described. Saly and her husband were both extremely friendly and greeted me upon arrival. The supermarket is very close and a taxi to the old town only costs a few euros. Overall the stay there was really nice and I would highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment itself was quaint and full of character, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light and offered a beautiful view of the river. While the building is a bit rundown, the apartment was very clean and well-maintained. It’s a fantastic value for the price, and the town itself is absolutely charming—perfect for a peaceful getaway. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything you can think of was great, only the internet went out 1-2 times, and then Goran tried to be helpful. I thank him. Great house, great host.

Всё очень понравилось!! Jelena — потрясающая хозяйка, всегда была на связи, принесла нам красивые бокалы для вина, встречала и провожала! В доме есть всё, что нужно для отдыха на море, а для моей больной спины хозяйка принесла 2 мягких матраса, что сделало отдых ещё лучше. Моя однозначная рекомендация! 100 из 10! Вернёмся сюда ещё!

Recomendable el piso de Lea. Ella y su familia fueron super agradables con nosotros. Lea es una persona muy comunicativa en todo momento pendiente y respondía rápido.

We stayed in the apartment for a few days. It is a cozy apartment with a great view from the window. It had everything you need to cook for yourself and have a good time. Great wi-fi. Friendly communication and quick answers in the chat. Nice place, we liked it and even booked a few more days. I recommend it!

The apartment is brand new and a true place for relaxation. It is very clean and modernly furnished, the beds are comfortable and in the morning the sea view from the balcony awaits you. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked several times. You can walk to town and the beaches in the Pine Forest in about 15 Minutes. It was the perfect location for us in Ulcinj - walkable distance to everything you need, but far enough from the loud music on the main beach to not be disturbed. Florina is a wonderful host, she is very inviting, friendly and flexible. She showed us the surroundings by car when we arrived, as we didnt have an own vehicle. Also she helped us finding groceries when most shops were closed. I can definitely recommend her place!
