Nagyon kedves házigazda, a szállás nagyon szép volt, rendezett és tiszta. Gyors választ kaptam mindig a kérdéseimre, és bármire szükségem volt, számíthattam a házigazda segítségére. Csak ajánlani tudom!🥰

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in Montenegro. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Es gibt sogar Pooltücher und Bademäntel. Die Küche ist recht klein, es gibt nur zwei Kochfelder, ist aber ansonsten gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt war die Sauberkeit in Ordnung. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und abgeschieden, es gibt eine große Terrasse und einen tollen Pool. Sladjana gibt tolle Tipps und die Bootstour bei ihr hat sich sehr gelohnt! Bis zum nächsten Strand braucht man etwa 30 min, allgemein wird ein Auto gebraucht für Unternehmungen etc. Einkaufsmöglichkeit gibt es im Ort.

My family and I, 8 of us, had a fantastic stay in villa Dolaca/ Leona. The most attentive housekeepers, the pool was cleaned throughout the week and we were made to feel welcome. There is a need for a car unless you’re very fit as the vertical hill up to the apartment is probably the highest I’ve driven but we did walk it a couple of times. It was a great location to base yourself to explore the beautiful surrounds of Montenegro. We were very sad to leave. Thanks Amra and team.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Sveti Stefan bei Dragan. Die Aussicht und der Balkon waren einmalig und wir konnten die vielen Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Das Schlafzimmer und die Küche hat Alles was man benötigt. Es sollte beachtet werden, dass es keine Klimaanlage gibt und man sich im Hochsommer an die Wärme nachts gewöhnen muss. Jedoch hat sich Dragan und seine Familie sehr gut um uns gekümmert und direkt einen Ventilator gegeben. Damit war es wesentlich angenehmer! Ansonsten ist der schöne Strand nur einige Minuten entfernt und es gibt in Sveti Stefan Alles was man benötigt (Restaurants, Supermarkt). Insgesamt kann ich die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Virkeligt et dejligt hus, med den smukkeste udsigt. Virkeligheden var næsten bedre end billederne. Djuro og Nicola var meget hurtige til at svare og de havde lavet nogle gode anbefalinger til hvad man kunne se.

Just got home from a fantastic stay at Agim’s place. We were over with 8 family members all different ages to celebrate my mums birthday and everyone absolutely loved the space. The pool area is amazing all the outdoor spaces were. We stayed in the back apartment they are both similar size. All amenties you will need for a long or short stay, the owner and his wife were lovely people the communication was flawless and fast, nothing was too much hassle. Thank you for a great stay if ever we are in Budva we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. We used taxis some nights to get up to the place but a lot of the time we walked it’s a little bit up but more than doable even for elderly

Wir haben die Zeit in der Villa Napoli sehr genossen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Pool war super und die ganze Anlage grosszügig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und wir hatten frische Früchte und genug Wasser aufgefunden. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dorthin. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und die Sonnenuntergänge vor der Haustüre umwerfend. Die Gastgeberin und ihr Haus hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen! Vielen Dank für diese tolle Zeit!

Pros: - Beautiful new villa, sparkling clean both inside and outside - It has everything you need: bedding, appliance, clean towels, etc - Host was a really good man, super helpful, helped us to set up a day tour to the lake. - Corner shop pretty close to the location, less than a minute walk Cons: - Location kinda sucks, it takes around 25 mins uphill to get home from the beach, which is extra changing when it's +35°C. - Poorly developed area, if you are looking for a nice restaurant or delivery - forget about it. - Terrace with pool is not super private. Generally speaking, both host and villa are amazing, just don't expect much from the location itself.

Matija was a great great host and a good friend of us now. Always responsive by the minute, thinking everything for us ahead of time. He even picked us up from the airport as a friendly gesture, took us to shopping, found us taxis and did many more favors i might have missed. Thanks for being so friendly, flexible and helpfull the whole time!

Wonderful house with a large area where you can find a lot of places to take a relax time. All consists several levels of terraces which make this very luxury and modern even the house is hundreds years old. All is renovated and looks new, very cosy finished with all amenities you may need. Very big and modern pool. House and sourindings are very clean. There are a lot of water streams coming through the plot what makes this place unique. Hosts are very nice and hospitable. We were welcomed with a bottle of good wine. They replys any questions immediately. We were given recommendations for a restaurants and caffes and they all worked perfectly, especially local Caffe with sandwiches from homemade bread! Ideal place for a breakfast. This is absolutely recommended place to spend time with family or friends. We were sad to leave it even though host gave as another bottle of wine from his collection to make this less painful. Views on sunset and mountains will stay in our memories.

WOW! Perfect place to stay in Montenegro. Very very clean, communication amazing. The view was breathtaking, infinity pool, sunsets. Thank you :D

The house is wonderful :) Everything is just as seen in the photos, if not even better. The host has thought of everything you might need. We were very pleased to find toilet paper, paper towels, liquid soaps, shampoo, dishwashing detergents, and laundry detergents in the house. Additionally, the washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, iron, toaster, oven, and microwave are all easy to use. This house can comfortably accommodate 4 couples, and it is very easy to access. It’s very close to restaurants, markets, and Podgorica Airport. The pool is of sufficient size. The host was very attentive. We had an issue with the electricity, and it was resolved immediately. We were never left in a difficult situation. There is a water heater for hot water in the house, and while it takes a little time to heat up, this didn’t bother us much. What challenged us the most were the rains. A small note for future guests: Golubovci gets a lot of rain in the second week of September.

Die Unterkunft war super, es hatte alles was man für einen ruhigen Urlaub mit Freunden braucht. Wir waren ganz überrascht, denn eine tolle und regengeschützte Sitzmöglichkeit gab es auch noch, mit einer tollen Outdoor-Küche, die gar nicht auf den Bildern zu sehen war. Das hat uns natürlich sehr gefreut. Zudem war Miroslav an sich ein super Gastgeber. Es gab einen persönlichen Check-In, der super flexibel war und reibungslos funktionierte. Er zeigte uns kurz das Haus und gab uns ein paar Tipps und bot oft seine Hilfe an, wenn wir irgendwelche Fragen hatten, stand er zudem immer zur Verfügung. Einmal bestellten wir im Restaurant nebenan Pizza und dort trafen wir auf Miroslav, der uns kurzerhand anbot, die Pizza zu uns zu liefern. Auch als wir fragten, wie wir am besten Abends noch in die Stadt kommen und wieder zurück bot er uns an, Fahrer zu organisieren. Er war stets hilfsbereit und seine Ortskenntnisse waren eine große Hilfe. Viele seiner Empfehlungen haben wir genutzt, es war toll.

Bardzo atrakcyjnie usytuowane miejsce. Blisko malutkiej plaży. Plaża pozostawia trochę do życzenia ale nie jest to przedmiotem wynajmu. Świetnie wyposażony domek, wystarczającej wielkości pokoje z pięknym widokiem na morze, basen który idealnie się sprawdza w gorące dni. W okolicy brakuje dobrych miejsc do zjedzenia ale to ogólny problem w tej miejscowości. Bardzo sympatyczna mama właścicielki która była bardzo pomocna. Wydaje się że to najlepsza opcja w tej części Czarnogóry.

Świetny dom wart swojej ceny. Pozytywy : -spokojna okolica -bliskość trzech różnych plaż (samochodem kilka minut) - blisko do Kotoru (samochodem około 30 min) i Budwy ( samochodem około 20 min) -wspaniałe widoki -czysty , przestronny i ładnie urządzony dom - kompletne urządzony (włącznie z pralką i suszarką do prania, ekspres do kawy- na małe kapsułki , itd) -oddzielna kuchnia polowa z dodatkową olbrzymią lodówką i telewizorem , na którym wieczorem możesz np. oglądać filmy z leżaków na basenie ( np. Netflix) lub słuchać muzyki ze Spotyfy -basen o głębokości od około 0.7 m. do około 2.0 m i długości około 7.0 m. , który jest serwisowany przynajmniej 1 raz w tygodniu - w pobliży (około 8 min samochodem ) wspaniała restauracja Konoba Stara Kuca prowadzona przez ojca i córkę tylko ze świeżych produktów - jeśli chcecie coś zjeść trzeba zrobić rezerwację . -bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem Gorąco polecam.

Virkelig skønt sted i meget rolige omgivelser, dejlig pool område, smuk udsigt over bjerge og havet. Milijana var en meget imødekommende host som mødte os ved huset med alle mulige forfriskninger, og var meget hjælpsom. Eneste negative var at det var lidt svært at kommunikere med familien på Airbnb vil bestemt anbefale stedet.

This was a great house for our visit to Montenegro. The sea view is even more beautiful than in the pictures and we loved having meals on the terrace. The house was super clean and communication with Dragan as well as with Viktoria, the caretaker, was very easy! Whenever we needed something it was easily taken care of. The only thing that maybe could bother some travelers is that the wifi was only available near the front door of the house or outside. This wasn't a big deal for us, however.

Srdjan was an extremely helpful host, he was always responsive with any questions we had. He came and changed out towels for us as well as providing many recommendations for places to visit. What stood out to me is one night I asked about taxis and he offered to book the taxis for us whenever we needed them (as the taxi company did not speak English) and later found out it was at an extremely good rate (€30 to budva rather than ~€45). He did this in the early hours of the morning and was still very responsive. He also explained many nuances of Montenegro to us, such as the beer bottle deposit/return scheme and advised us that they're all closed on Sundays. The villa is lovely and was able to comfortably accommodate 14 adults self-catering each night using the great BBQ and kitchens. The pool was great and the view is even better; the only downside, I'd say, is the necessity for a car as there is no pavement near the villa and it is a 400m steep driveway which leads to the villa.
