The stay was incredible, okasana was always super fast to respond, she gave us clear instruction about getting to the place. The house was top notch clean and everything inside was brand new. I would highly recommend staying there!!

It was like being at home. The air conditioner warmed us up very well. Everything was organized and clean. It is 15 minutes walking distance to the center but it is preferable to have private parking. Can be booked without any worries

A great stay! Fridolin met us at the house and showed us around. The house was better than expected. The pool, even in mid October, was wonderful. Fridolin gave us great recommendations for food as well. And he left us some wine from the village. Highly recommend.

I definitely recommend the place, nice host, clean and nice room, and an incredible view from the terrace. The room is located in a quiet part, within the walls of the old town.

Amazing hosts! Very attentive and super friendly, always with a smile on their face :) The place was squeaky clean and very comfortable to stay in for a few nights we were there. It’s very close to the city center, near the main road, but at the same time the street is small and quiet. The flat is adjacent to the owners house and in an inner patio, very secure. We were greeted with local specialties and a home-made cake. Will definitely come back next time to the same place when planning a stay in Shkodër. Thank you for amazing time!

Staying at Bay Zoran and Mrs. Tatjana’s home was an amazing and unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us with warm smiles and heartfelt hospitality. They are such **genuine and kind people**, and meeting them was truly a highlight of our trip. We even had the chance to chat upon arrival, and we wished we’d had more time to get to know them better. Their kindness reflects the **warm hospitality of Montenegrin and Balkan culture**, which we deeply felt throughout our stay. Despite a small 15-minute delay during check-in, they more than made up for it by allowing us to check out whenever we wanted—a gesture we truly appreciated. Mrs. Tatjana’s grace and elegance are reflected in her spotless, well-organized home—the **cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in**. We loved the feather-down duvets and the delicious homemade cake she left for us, as well as the hazelnuts from Mr. Zoran. The house and its surroundings were so beatiful. Thank you for everything.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über alles, was man braucht! Die Kinder haben sich vorallem über den tollen Poolbereich gefreut. Supermärkte und ein wirklich schöner Strand sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

Die Wohnung liegt in einem von einer Familie bewohnten Haus an einer Hauptstraße. Vor dem Haus ist eine große Grünfläche, so dass man nicht unmittelbar an der Straße wohnt. Das Schlafzimmer liegt nach hinten hinaus. Die Wohnung liegt fußläufig zu zwei großen Supermärkten, dem Strand und dem Stadtzentrum. Die Bushaltestelle und der Bahnhof sind ebenfalls gut erreichbar. Dora hat uns wunderbarer Weise am Bahnhof abgeholt und auch bei der Rückfahrt wieder hingebracht. Sie war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten bei der Familie auch Wein vom eigenen Weingut kaufen. Insgesamt waren wir mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden.

The apartment is as described. Photos and descriptions are accurate. The building is about a year old and is in a district of Bar/Susanj that's undergoing a LOT of new development. Everything is new, including the street that the building is on. :D The apartment is well-equipped with everything you'll need for any length of stay. Even though it's not a large space, it's laid out well and never felt cramped. The proximity to the waterfront and beach is excellent. Cross the main street, and you're there. Great ocean view from the balcony too! There's an excellent Aroma supermarket practically next door, along with other shopping and dining options either way down the main road. Bar city center is a 10-15 minute walk away. Marina made check-in and check-out easy and painless. There were no problems or issues, so there was no need for to contact each other during the month. I can definitely recommend it and will probably be staying here for short stints soon. :)

Super freundliche Gastgeber, familiäre Atmosphäre. Die Anlage ist meiner Meinung nach noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Wer auf der Suche nach einem Ort zum Entspannen ist, findet hier eine Oase der Ruhe inmitten von Ulcinj vor.

Very nice place in the privat part of Ulcinj. The included parking ia great for people coming with the car. It is in the waling area of the bay however it it on the hill side

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment with our small toddler. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, well-prepared, and ready for us upon arrival. The building has a reception like in a high-end hotel, and our key was waiting for us, making check-in smooth and effortless. The apartment itself was neat and well-organized, with thoughtful touches like complimentary snacks, soda in the fridge, and coffee for the espresso machine. Parking was plentiful right in front of the building, which made things even more convenient. Overall, we highly recommend this place for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

I had a very nice stay in Gierdi's apartment. As far as AirBnB's, this was one of my favorites I've stayed in. There were so many thoughtful elements to the apartment that make it not only comfortable for a short-term stay but a long-term stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, the views of the city were nice, the appliances were great. Overall I had an extremely nice stay here and would definitely stay here again.

Airbnb was amazing and how it was described. The host was very responsive and even helped me find parking for the night. Experience fully met expectations!

Ardit’s apartment at the end of Shiroka is perfect for a quiet and comfortable stay. It has amazing views over the lake and has a short walking distance to a local grocery store and some great restaurants. The location provides quick access to some tough mountain hikes and if you are willing to put the effort in will provide even better views of the mountains and lakes

Var i velipoje under en kort vistelse med min familj, stället var rent och fint. Precis så som de ser ut på bilderna. Både Flutura och hennes mamma var riktigt snälla och hjälpsamma när vi behövde något. Rekommenderar starkt detta ställe!

Good place close to center

Alex and Petar by far have been the kindest, most accommodating and gentle hosts I have ever met. Their house was exactly how a holiday home should be. I really would love to just take a month off and stay in that house and maybe work remotely. The theme, the decor, the cleanliness, everything was top notch. Highly highly recommend

Staying here and having Jelena as a host truly feels like the original days when Airbnb first launched…Jelena was so helpful from pre check-in all the way to check-out. Answered all of my questions and provided anything I could have needed during my stay. I truly felt at home. Not the mention the proximity to the beach and grocery store! The perfect relaxing getaway for me to clear my mind and escape. I couldn’t recommend this place more. Thank you again Jelena and see you next time! x

Ernad ist ein sehr angenehmer und fröhlicher Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und bietet einen traumhaften Ausblick auf das Meer und auf die Berge. Zudem hat die Wohnung alles was man braucht, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.

The apartment is brand new and a true place for relaxation. It is very clean and modernly furnished, the beds are comfortable and in the morning the sea view from the balcony awaits you. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked several times. You can walk to town and the beaches in the Pine Forest in about 15 Minutes. It was the perfect location for us in Ulcinj - walkable distance to everything you need, but far enough from the loud music on the main beach to not be disturbed. Florina is a wonderful host, she is very inviting, friendly and flexible. She showed us the surroundings by car when we arrived, as we didnt have an own vehicle. Also she helped us finding groceries when most shops were closed. I can definitely recommend her place!

A very beautiful and homely apartment. Very clean and well maintained. The apartment is in a nice neighbourhood in the centre and it is peaceful.
