Renta de alojamientos vacacionales frente al agua en Velsen-Zuid

Super Nette Hausbesitzer. Alles total sauber und ordentlich. Sehr wohnlich und schön. Die Dame hat uns Gute Tips gegeben für unseren Ausflug nach Amsterdam. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen. Es ist auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung dort ein paar schöne Tage zu verbringen.

Het is een fijn, mooi knus appartement. Ik vond de ligging erg prettig, dichtbij het centrum en eventueel barretjes/restaurants. Het contact met Liselot verliep fijn en duidelijk. Konden er ook vroeger in dan 15:00 uur, dat was aangenaam. Ik raad dit appartement en deze host aan.

Die Unterkunft in Alkmaar ist wirklich toll, besonders die Lage, da man zentral wohnt und sofort in der Stadt ist, trotzdem aber seine Ruhe hat. Die Wohnung ist wirklich geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das einzige, was erwähnenswert wäre, ist dass es nur eine große Bettdecke für beide Personen gibt. Ein kleines Manko war die Sauberkeit, es war nicht dreckig, aber auch nicht richtig sauber, hier hat Johnson uns dafür auf Nachfrage direkt einen Nachlass gewährt. Generell hat Johnson schnell auf Fragen reagiert und uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben, für einen Wochenendtrip finden wir das AirBnB toll 🌞

Super mooie accommodatie. Zeker de moeite! Niet zo ver van Amsterdam en makkelijk bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer!

Die Lage der Unterkunft und die Aussicht sind unbezahlbar. Die Wohnung hat alles was man für die Tage braucht und man kann wunderbar relaxen. Lotje war immer super zu erreichen und tut alles das man sich zu recht findet und einen schönen Aufenthalt hat. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Wir verbrachten eine super Woche in dieser wunderbaren Wohnung. Sie war blitzsauber, gemütlich und der Ausblick wunderschön. Man fühlt sich gleich zu Hause. Es hat super viel Platz, seine eigenen Sachen zu verstauen und alles was man als Familie braucht ist vorhanden. Es ist sehr grosszügig aufgefüllt mit Duschgel, WC Papier, Abwaschmaschinenpads, Tee, Kaffee etc. Wir kommen gerne wieder und bedanken uns für alles!!

I absolutely loved my 3 week stay here, it has everything you could need. It instantly felt like home and includes many small details that makes your stay easy and pleasant. You can really tell that Han's has given good thought and care into the space. He is an absolutely wonderful host that I hope to stay with again in the future. The location is amazing, as other reviews has said, it's the perfect distance from the city center/centraal station(10-20min). Even if you don't feel like going that far, there are many delicious restaurants within 1 block. Grocery stores, museums, the zoo and plenty else to do within 3 blocks! During the day the neighborhood is lively and active, but it never feels overcrowded. There's a constant stream of pedestrians, bicyclist, bridge raises, and boats passing in the canal to watch. During the night it a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Bonus points for stable and fast wifi and an awesome hot shower. You won't be disappointed staying at Han's😁👍

Wir waren zu zweit da und wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment sehr wohl in der Wohnung. Alles war sehr sauber, es standen Shampoos/Wattepads/Wattestäbchen zum Gebrauch zur Verfügung. Hans hat einen Ordner, mit Ausflügen und Aktivitäten in der Umgebung zum anschauen, dort waren auch gute Tipps für Restaurantbesuche zu finden. Auch die Kommunikation mit Hans war gut. Er und seine Frau wohnen oben in der Wohnung. Bei Fragen schreibt Hans schnell über Airbnb zurück und hilft auch persönlich. Es stehen 2 Fahrräder zur Verfügung, welche wir häufig genutzt haben. Umgebung ist ruhig, mit den Fahrräder ist man in 5min im Zentrum. Zu Fuss hat man ca. 20min.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Jacomine war unglaublich schön! Die Unterkunft hatte eine tolle Lage, es war super ruhig und die Natur drum herum war wahnsinnig schön. Jacomine und Bert haben sich jederzeit - auch bei kleineren Problemen - toll um uns gekümmert. Wir würden wiederkommen :)

Very quiet place to stay for a couple of nights. It was in a lovely location on the edge of the park by the deer, chickens and peacocks, and there were a couple of places to eat or get a drink nearby that the owners had named in the handbook. To walk to the old town took about 25 mins to walk and 15 to the train station. We were travelling with an infant and my daughter loved playing with the Lego they left out for her.

Katelijne en Bas zijn super lieve aangename hosts die een fantastisch mooi huisje uitbaten aan de rand van het water. Aan alles is gedacht, alles is aanwezig (zelfs goede keukenmessen! :) ) de bedden zijn super comfortabel en het terras is een heerlijke idyllische plek in de zon. We mochten het bootje huren en hadden zo direct een heerlijke namiddag activiteit. Bas had speciaal de barbecue extra proper gemaakt voor ons en bij vertrek kwam Katelijne ons super lief uitzwaaien. Het is een echte aanrader, op dit plekje komen we zeker nog terug!

A beautiful house in a peaceful, quiet place. It has everything we needed for a long time stay. Jorrit is very helpful, ha was always avalaible if we had any questions. We definitely recommend this place.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Micaela! Le logement est très agréable et fonctionnel ! Très bien équipé! Une literie excellente ! L’accès sécurisé au canal est un vrai plus avec les enfants! Depuis le logement nous avons pu partir en vélo en toute facilité pour découvrir cette magnifique région ! Merci! Nous conseillons vivement ce logement ! Micaela nous a accueilli en personne et très chaleureusement !

Excellent property that was accurately described. My family loved the peaceful atmosphere. The market, bakery, and excellent restaurants were easy walking distance. Wendy Jane was very responsive to all my questions. Only thing of note is ensuring you have transportation figured out. Relying on Uber can get expensive vs renting a car.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette magnifique maison dans un quartier récent mais aménagé avec goût et intelligence. Nous avons pu faire beaucoup d'activités à vélo, mais aussi visiter Amsterdam et Utrecht en voiture grâce à la bonne situation d'Amersfoort. Enfin Joan et Jermaine ont toujours veillé à ce que tout aille pour le mieux.

Es war toll bei Jessica! Zwar nur ein kurzer Aufenthalt aber die direkte Lage am Strand, einzigartig! Self-Checkin einfach und sehr freundliche Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin! Es war alles wunderbar.

Die Wohnung ist super gemütlich und sehr schön eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Lage ist ideal. Man ist in 5 Minuten Fußweg in der Innenstadt. Trotzdem ist ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit Majsa war top. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche Wein und Etwas zum Knuspern. Es war rundum schön. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Vielen lieben Dank!

Great place in a quiet part of the city and within walking distance to multiple public transportation lines. Hugo was an amazing host with clear communication and he was generous enough to allow us to store luggage immediately after our flight prior to check-in. He even went the extra mile to mail an item that we left behind! Would recommend this apartment to all as a well priced option in a prime location of Amsterdam

Wir hatten eine sehr entspannte Zeit in der Wohnung. Es war sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Highlight am Ende eines jeden Tages war der große Whirlpool. Remy ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber und hat immer dafür gesorgt, dass keine Wünsche offen bleiben. Sowohl das AirBnB als auch den Gastgeber kann ich nur weiterempfehle.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un logement très accueillant et avec toutes les commodités. La région est également très agréable pour se reconnecter avec la nature et s'imprégner du style néerlandais ! Merci encore à Yvonne, je recommande les yeux fermés !

From the moment we arrived we were treated extremely well. Even though we chose to self check in Timothy who happened to be next door met us and helped with everything we needed to know. Property was well laid out and comfy. There was fruit and desserts to welcome us. Fantastic coffee machine. Location is at the beach. Fantastic. Will return one day for sure.

Das Apartment ist sehr schön eingerichtet und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet! Leider ist es tatsächlich etwas hellhörig, wodurch mein Hund teilweise nur schwer zur Ruhe gekommen ist. Da wir aber super Wetter hatten, haben wir uns viel draußen aufgehalten, wodurch es nicht so sehr gestört hat. Die Lage ist ein absoluter Traum und wir kommen gerne wieder!
