Mr Mohammad is a great host. A must visit, Nearby Lulu Mall. He will assist you with everything you need and takes care of whatever the guest needs. I had a really comfortable stay. Recommending it to all who visit Kochi.

I stayed with my wife and kid for 2 months. I wanted to stay at a place with all standard amenities like AC, water heater, washing machine, mixer,home utensils, etc. Also wanted a car parking area available, which was there. sayyids place had all the amenities as was described in the air bnb app. Mr sayyid was very responsive, friendly and extremely helpful host. He made sure we had all the things that is required like quickly getting new gas once it was finished, promplty arranging cleaning every week, etc. I would recommend this place to everyone. It is in prime location and all resources are easily available nearby. I would certainly visit the place again next time.

I was very happy with my stay. Jackson is a professional host. He responds to inquiries immediately, and when something broke, he had it repaired immediately. The accommodation is well located. Centrally located on the water, right on the promenade, with lots of shops and restaurants as well as the ferry terminal and metro nearby. The rooms are spacious and bright, everything worked perfectly and was clean. A little noise from the main road penetrates the apartment, but it dies down at night. I would come back here anytime. Good value for money.

Ideal location, walking distance to temple. Two AC rooms with a tiny living room. Good kitchen with induction cooker and fridge. Suitable family / friends for short stays at Vaikom. Parking too . Recommended

What a great find this was! We were pleasantly surprised to see the size of this property and how beautifully designed it was. It was super spacious and very peaceful. We all felt right at home. The property was situated close to most places that we needed to visit so accessability was a plus. Vivek was super helpful and flexible throughout and responses were lightning quick. I would most definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Kochi and finding a place to stay.

Arun's flat is a lovely comfortable place to stay. The location is good, close to a supermarket, easy for taxis to find and plenty to see and do. A short Autorickshaw ride to the metro is also handy and makes seeing the rest of the city easy. Aran is a great host, always reponsive and helpful.

Excellent place to stay, two minutes walk to the beautiful beach. Also, hosts were so friendly and very helpful, organizing everything and giving good recommendations. Highly highly recommend this place. Thank you so much!

Our stay at Summer Song Villa was absolutely wonderful! The villa is right at the beach, offering breathtaking views and easy access to the shore. The property itself is beautiful, with spacious and spotlessly clean rooms. The highlight for us was the rooftop, where we enjoyed stunning sunsets. A big plus was how family-friendly the villa was—my niece had a fantastic time with the baby toys and other kid-friendly amenities provided. Shuaib was very responsive throughout our trip and helped us with the car parking as well. Overall, a perfect place for a relaxing beachside getaway! Would definitely stay here again.

10/10 After traveling around India, it was really a great relief to find an apartment as sparkling clean as Tessy’s apartment. I felt right at home immediately I walked in, the bedroom was sparkling clean with white cotton linens and pillows. This is very rare in India in my experience. The room on the 2nd floor “Room 3” has the best view, facing another yard and you can watch the entire neighbourhood. Hot water was spot on, you just do not need to worry about having a food shower, just walk in and enjoy. Tessy and her family treated me with respect and I felt so humbled. I have plans to visit Kerala again and I will definitely rebook their apartment. Thank you for this great experience. 10/10

This is a lovely and quiet family accommodation to staying for Marari in Kerala. Reynolds and Aline are so friendly and helpful - from the really appreciated airport pickup / drop off to a very positive atmosphere in the property. We really appreciated borrowing their electric scooter to help get to the beach - that was a very good touch ! Thank you for this excellent hospitality - Kerala style !
