The cottage was absolutely lovely! In a quiet neighborhood. Had every amenity you would ever need. Although older it was perfectly decorated and supplied. And a huge bonus that I could bring the dog. Thanks Amy for a great stay. Will definitely book again.

Where do I even begin… I got married at their cabin and it’s winter time. I loved the scenery and the peace this place had and I couldn’t pick a better place to do it at. I was worried about the snow but the host went above and beyond in so many different ways! Got my now wife and I a cute wedding gift as well as a present for our daughter, they plowed so we can make room to set up a tent for the wedding and they were a big contributing factor to to ensure our wedding went pleasantly. I cannot express enough how kind and amazing these host are. We rented the cabin once before and everything about it really just feels like a home to us for our family of 3. It’s peaceful, beautiful and the aura I feel when I’m here really makes me feel close to my family. I highly recommend this place if anyone is visiting the area and needs a place to stay!

Very nice house, and great location!

We absolutely loved our stay at the carriage house. It was a beautifully renovated historic home! Elizabeth was so kind to set up a pack and play and extra bed for our kiddos. The amenities were thoughtful and generous. Looking forward to our next visit!

Great stay in this beautiful old home. Check in was easy, everything was exactly as described and the host was very responsive. Wouldn’t change a thing!

I would strongly recommend staying at Ryan’s place. Feels like home every time. Modern amenities make for a relaxing stay. Ryan is directly involved and close by, which is really nice.

Great place to stay for the price in the area. It would be nice to have a bigger parking area. I drive a F-150 which was a bit a pain to park in the smallish driveway. Beyond that the house was great. There was plenty of space for the 5 of us that stayed there. It was great to have the deck to view the river and is a short walk to restaurants and shops.

My wife and I booked the entire house to accommodate a weekend with my SIL and her kids. it was a perfect layout since we needed space for two families. The lower unit is a perfect little 1 bedroom efficiency stocked with everything you could need during the stay. the upstairs was a 2 story 3 bedroom home that again contained everything you might need. access to each and between the units was easy to manage and when we closed off the access to the upstairs it felt like our own little space; we almost forgot their was a whole house above us. Nellie and Thomas were great hosts and were very responsive to our inquiries during our stay. The house is in perfect walking distance to downtown Franklin and a short drive to additional restaurants and shopping. the neighborhood is quiet and it feels secluded. the views of the Allegheny river are gorgeous and the lower deck was perfect for sitting out and enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. we absolutely look forward to futures stays!

Mary’s Airbnb was very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more—a wide selection of snacks awaited us and as avid tea drinkers, a wonderful selection of teas as well as a variety of K cups for the Keurig were available. The furniture was very comfortable as well as the bed. We were in the area for rest and refreshment. Between trips to Cook Forest and to the museum of the first oil well drilled in the area, both goals were accomplished. Highly recommend Mary’s place for short or long stays.

We had a wonderful stay..honestly can't wait to go back! The studio was super nice and we had everything we needed! We ordered a meal from their meat market..Jennifer had it in the fridge waiting for us..it was delicious!! (including farm eggs for breakfast)! She showed us all around and we absolutely loved the animals!! Sitting by pond.. the walks we took..peaceful and relaxing!! Highly recommended!

What a great Airbnb and well worth the cost, especially considering that the other options in the area! Liz really put in the extra touches to make our stay awesome, including plenty of fresh linens, snacks in the kitchen, and bathroom toiletries. The beds were super soft and it was nice having two bedrooms for my son and I! Next time we’re back in Oil City, we will be staying here again!!
