Paola è stata molto gentile e molto disponibile con noi. Eravamo in 10 e ci siamo trovati benissimo dato che la casa è bellissima, molto completa e spaziosa. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo capodanno con degli amici e ci piacerebbe molto tornare. Grazie Paola per la flessibilità nell'orario di check-in e nella disponibilità per aiutarci con le decorazioni. Super consigliato!

Very beautiful location on the outskirts of Venice in Mira. We were able to try a bunch of great foods in the local area, as well as see the Dolomites. What a beautiful location. Thank you for having us.

Een hele mooie locatie met zeer veel voorzieningen voor een goed verblijf. Er is in deze locatie genoeg ruimte om spllen neer te zetten. De huiskamer en keuken zijn in één ruimte. Er is een aparte douche met toilet. Op de tweede verdieping is een ruime slaapkamer met en zitbank en TV. De omgeving vond ik geweldig. Een zeer rustige en leuke omgeving maakte deze korte uitstap tot een mooie herinnering.

We had a great stay in Venice. The house was lovely and we were lucky enough with the weather to enjoy the courtyard garden. It was well located to be private, but with easy access to restaurants, transport etc. The hosts were terrific, giving us very clear instructions and suggestions. They responded promptly to any queries. Francesca came to meet us and was so helpful in providing local recommendations. Would highly recommend this property.

It’s a beautiful house in Murano and super convenient to get around. We had everything we wanted and especially loved the kitchen. Our kid was super happy with the garden and lot of space to play :) the hosts were always responsive with whatever questions we had. Highly recommended.

Highly recomended place. We had a great experience at Ariana's house, the apartment was clean and had all the amenities that were listed. She and her husband were supersupportive. I would love to go there again if I get a chance to visit italy again.

Our stay at Jody’s retreat was exceptional! From the start, he was prompt, helpful, and offered great recommendations for getting to Venice and local restaurants. His attention to detail and care for our experience made all the difference. The property itself is simply enchanting. Upon arrival, a cozy fire was burning, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere that felt like a hug. Every corner of the home was thoughtfully decorated, and it provided the perfect peaceful escape. Jody’s hospitality went above and beyond, greeting us on arrival and even coming by to see us off at departure. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Rita was proactive in communication with us and always responsive in a timely fashion. The apartment has a very large terrace overlooking 2 canals. In good weather it is such an inviting spot to share a drink and watch the neighborhood action. We could not have selected a better place to stay in Venice during Carnivale. The apartment was 5 minutes away from Piazza San Marco, but it was just far enough away from the crush of revelers celebrating Carnivale. The apartment is steps away from Fondamenta de la Osmarin, Campo San Provolo, Campo San Zaccaria, and just minutes from Campo San Filippo e San Giacomo, all of which are loaded with cafes and restaurants.

This is a hidden gem and I cant recommend it highly enough. The apartment is true to the description and photos, yet the photos don't do it justice. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous and has everything you need. The garden and separate private seating area provided an oasis of calm right in the middle of Venice. The garden was beautifully appointed with deck chairs to relax in as well as a table and chairs for eating. The location is wonderful, so close to the station (10 minutes walk even with luggage), right next to the Scuola Grande and Frari. It has the advantage of not being in the main tourist area yet close enough to walk to other sights. Claudia and Federico were extremely helpful and responsive. Thank you so much. We would love to come back.

Couldn’t recommend a better place to stay on a trip to Venice! Dimitri & Valentina were always quick with their responses during our booking, and also always on hand to provide any recommendations we asked for. Great location & super clean apartment, the balcony as an added bonus was amazing!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Venedig. Die Wohnung war perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse als Familie und liegt in einem ruhigen Viertel nahe des Bahnhofs. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden und in der Umgebung gibt es nette Restaurants und Geschäfte. Wir können Amelias Wohnung zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Schöne Wohnung mit Terrasse, sehr gut gelegen, tolles Viertel und sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Gastgeberinnen!

Wir wurden an der Bootsanlegestelle abgeholt und zur Ferienwohnung gebracht, wo ein Checkin und die Bezahlung der Kurtaxe erfolgte. Wir haben schon einmal in Costello übernachtet und mögen daher die Gegend, da sie etwas ruhiger ist und man auch schnell zum Bienale Gelände gelangt. Die Wohnung ist sehr angenehm, schön der Blick in den Garten und gemütlich die kleine Küche, in der wir auch Alles zum Kochen vorfanden. Wir würden wieder herkommen.

This was a great stay, all thanks to Laura- we came to Venice to run the marathon, only to find that we absolutely had to pick up the race packs the day before our flight arrived. Laura went over to Mestre in her spare time and collected our packs and had them waiting for us at the property- without her excellent support, we would not have been able to run. This was indicative of the care and attention we recieved throughout our stay. Grazie mille, Laura!

Even BIGGER & BETTER than the photos.. This place feels like a giant art gallery, decorated so beautifully with an unforgettable view. I felt very safe, warm & comfortable here. This is the place you must book if you want authentic charm & to feel like a royal princess. Pedro was extremely helpful & clear with instructions & directions to the place, then I was greeted by Caterina upon arrival. She was also kind enough to take me to a gorgeous local bar on the canal for a drink, then proceeded to show me around Venice a little more & gave me lots of tips as well as places to go. Everything is walkable, the area feels safe even at night. Pack light as there are lots of stairs! Not just at the air BnB but all over Venice in general. There is so much to do close by, with great options for coffee, treats, shopping & food - I really enjoyed my stay, I wish it could’ve been longer than 2 nights but I will absolutely be back for much longer next time. Amazing place with a terrace offering wonderful views of Venice! Perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. Spacious room, well-lit dining room, tv area with skylight, and well-equipped kitchen. Would return if ever back in Venice!

The apartment is beautiful - full of antiques and stylishly furnished with a rainfall shower and brand new kitchen with everything you need. We had breakfast on the small terrace and sundowners on the huge roof terrace with stunning views of the city. We have been coming to Venice for 18 years and this is the best apartment we have ever stayed in. It’s our second time here and we will be back again later in the year!

The apartment was very clean, new, with all the equipment (as in the pictures and description). Markus was quick to respond and helpful with any questions. It's been a long time since we've been to such a beautiful place, an apartment where everything was really top . I highly recomende Markus place , we wil definitely come back. Buena relación con el precio. Muy cerca de la Plaza de San Marcos, con agua caliente ideal para el invierno. Es pequeño para cuatro personas con muchas maletas, pero la descripción del anuncio fue exacta y menciona claramente su tamaño, así como también menciona que hay escaleras que subir. Su cercanía, precio y amenidades hacen que sea muy buena opción.
