Leopoldo was just amazing! Let us store our luggage after check out until our train arrived. Gave amazing recommendation and the location was perfect! Close the water bus from the airport and a short walk from the train station

We loved this place! Pietro was fantastic! We appreciated him booking us a water taxi upon departure. The place was exactly as appeared in the pictures. We loved the main room, and being able to walk out of our dock onto a boat! Only about a 15 minute walk to the main Venice attractions. We wanted to stay in this part of Venice, to get a feel for how the locals live (non-touristy area). Highly recommend this property!

Arrigo ist ein Super Gastgeber. Er hat uns persönlich bei der Ankunft in der Wohnung begrüßt und uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen in einem reinen Wohngebiet und trotzdem ist das Zentrum zu Fuß gut zu erreichen (Bahnhof 15 Min, Rialto Brücke 15-20 Min. Die Kirchenglocken waren nur morgens um 8.30 kurz zu hören, sonst absolute Stille den ganzen Tag und in der Nacht. Die Küche ist perfekt eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Eine Super Wohnung, die ihren Preis wert ist.

Very nice appartment! Very clean, sufficient space for the family: 3 adults and kid - 1 double bed, 2 single beds and sofa in leaving room. 2 separate bathrooms. Washing machine. No issues with water. Great location, walking distance from road bus/taxi and train stations. Sea bus station is just near by as well. Super. Highly Recommend !

Great base to visit Venice. Friendly host and easy check in. Very clean. Proximity to train station and Piazzale Roma made things super easy. The apartment looks out on a lovely campo. In hindsight I would have requested the double room instead of the attic for our teens to share since they were a bit cramped under the eaves of the attic bedroom, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Would definitely recommend.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Ich habe mich direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht von Terrasse und den Fenstern ist sehr schön! Ich habe mich sehr gefreut morgens die Fensterläden aufzumachen und meinen Kaffee direkt am Fenster zu trinken. Die Kommunikation war einfach und schnell. Es war alles in bester Ordnung - gerne wieder!

This was our second stay. I can not recommend this place enough! The location is unbeatable. The apartment is beautiful and Mariacaterina is a perfect host. We will be returning.

I really liked the location. The apartment is done in an interesting and creative way. It is worth noting that if you are very tall or inflexible, the kitchen and the bathroom are quite awkward due to the low sloping ceilings, but you get used to it. If you are planning on cooking, there is only an induction hotplate, no oven or microwave. I think a microwave would be helpful for future guests. Also keep in mind that there are a lot of steps, if carrying heavy luggage is an issue. The apartment is very sunny and tranquil. I know Venice well, having previously lived there and I would choose to stay here again.

Die Unterkunft war wunderbar. Das Apartment ist direkt neben den Giardini gelegen, eine Vaporetto Station ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. In unmittelbarer Nähe ist außerdem die Via Garibaldi, wo man viele Bars, Cafés, Restaurants, Geschäfte und auch Supermärkte finden kann. Cristina war besonders freundlich und hat immer sehr schnell und hilfreich auf Nachrichten reagiert. Die Unterkunft entsprach genau der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Wir hatten ein tolles Wochenende. Sehr zu empfehlen! 👍👍👍👍
