The apartment was in a lovely quiet area. Lots of space near some great restaurants and far from the madding crowd. Very walkable to main town. Extremely clean area. Check in was simple using lock box and lots of instructions on how things work. The garbage is a bit of a walk takes about ten minutes to get there, if your in on garbage day a man knocks on your door and you hand it over. Main bathroom is a bit hazardous due to the climb up steps to the shower bath. But there is a spare shower next to the main bedroom to use as well. I would highly recommend this apartment.

For us (4 adults, 2 beagle dogs) it was the perfect location. We had everything we could wish for. A beautiful small house with two garden spaces, a great restaurant (really good italien food and great, friendly service) just next door. Forthermore a beautiful beach, just a few steps away, and close enough to Venice for day trips.

It was an older apartment but matched the description. We rented out both apartments which worked out great for our families. Top floor was quiet at night but family voiced their apartment was noisy at night. Overall, great stay.

Vue imprenable sur le palais Grassi, au bord du grand canal , le spritz fait maison sur la terrasse d’Antonio et Luisa sous un claire de lune … Tout ce qui fait la magie de Venise. Merci à nos hôtes qui ont toujours été à l’écoute de nos besoins face à une chaleur caniculaire !

The house is ideal when staying with friends or family. You only need to cross one bridge coming from the train station with your luggage. We enjoyed our cafe in garden, and a night cup in the dining area. The lock is a little bit tricky to manipulate but one learns and the fist time I struggled, the restaurant owner next to the place kindly helped me. We will definitely book this place again on our next trip to Venice, the location is great, and if you are sensible to noise, all you need are good earplugs - it’s Venice -

We had a great stay at Marco’s place. It was the perfect location. It’s on a quiet street yet close to a lively area with lots bars and restaurants and also the Biennale venues. It’s also a short walk to St Mark’s Square. The house itself was comfortable and we had everything we needed. We were very grateful that Marco’s team arranged for us to be able to leave our luggage somewhere nearby on the last day. We’d be very happy to stay here again! Thank you

Apartment as described in the announcement. Good quality-price ratio. Large and with all the necessary services. Neat and very clean. Strategic position for visiting Venice reachable by train in 20/25 minutes. Convenient free parking inside the property. Gianpaolo and Vera are very friendly and extremely helpful with exceptional flexibility in both check in and check out. Upon our arrival Gianpaolo personally showed us the main useful points for the stay (station, supermarket, ..). Vera's cakes are excellent. Recommended.

This is a marvellous place to stay when on Lido. It is located right next to the Excelcior hotel. Gloria is a friendly host and helpful. It is a comfortable apartment right next to the beaches and local shops. It is near the main road with regular buses to town to the vaporetti to Venice. The island is walkable and you can easily walk to and from the place to get to things in the locality. One of the best features is acess to a high rooftop terrace and an amazing panoramic view. Venice and the entire lagoon can be seen and it is not to be missed.

Milena’s loft was exactly as described and as per the photos There were lots of “extras” which were welcome - a large selection of books, travel guides, maps, places to go, wellington boots for the aqua alta ( we didn’t need them !), umbrellas and so on The disposal of waste was well documented and explained - but rather than take it to the boat before 830 we decided to wait for the door to door collection. A point to note is that neighbouring properties hang their own waste bags outside on hooks - something Milena told us not to copy. Milena and Maurizia helped arrange travel to and from by private taxi. I also inadvertently set an alarm off in one of the bedrooms thinking it was an overhead light ! On average we walked about 5 miles a day - preferring to walk rather than use the vaporetto ( turned out to be quicker too) The loft was ideally located with bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento di Andrea per 2 notti. Eravamo tre famiglie con bimbi, per un totale di 9 persone. La casa è molto accogliente, pulita e dotata di tutto quello che serve. Andrea è stato un host cordiale e preciso nella comunicazione e nel check in. L'appartamento è molto grande, dotato di 2 bagni, con un parcheggio interno molto spazioso. Abbiamo visitato i dintorni (Padova a 20 minuti, Verona a 50 minuti, Vicenza a 30 minuti) in maniera molto comoda. Nel quartiere è presente sia un supermercato che una pizzeria.

The location is not in the center of tourist areas which we liked, and was near offsite art galleries, cafes, and a great bakery. Pamela was so kind and met us at the bus stop into Venice and walked us to the apartment. She was very responsive and even got us Prosecco. We definitely will be staying here again, it was perfect!

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour en famille. Le logement est très agréable dans une impasse au calme. la place San Marco est proche et cela se fait très bien à pied. vous avez à disposition un site avec les commerces et les bon restaurants du quartier. Inès est très gentille et on sens qu'elle veux vraiment que nous passions un bon séjour et cela se ressent dans le logement et dans la communication. je recommande à tous.

Massimo's place in Venice is an absolute gem. An exceptional location for a large family or two families of four as in our case. Nestled in a quiet corner of a neighborhood just steps from the bustle and tourist spots. The place was of really high standard with a wonderful layout and was spotless. The instructions were detailed and easy to follow and communication with Massimo was prompt and helpful. He had many recommendations and all were exceptional. Even though it was November and we didn't get full use of the balconies and all that Venice could offer it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend Massimo's place if you are lucky enough to find it available - you won't be disappointed. It was the highlight of our recent stay in Italy and of our many trips to Venice.

Excelente atención de Marina y su esposo fueron demasiado amables además que ella estuvo muy pendiente de nosotras todo el tiempo y nos recogió en la estación del tren y nos llevó a casa, desayuno delicioso, todo limpio y nos sentimos en casa, recomendado 100% y volvería por su gran atención ⭐️

Tolle, moderne und gepflegte Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage. Ausreichend Platz und tolle Ausstattung. Sehr sauber und alles vorhanden was man im Urlaub benötigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Parkplatz vor der Haustüre. Einfacher Check-in. Chiara ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Thomas bol ochotný, komunikoval na úrovni a akýkoľvek problém rýchlo vyriešil. Apartmán je súčasťou tichej rezidencie, ďalej od masového turizmu, napriek atraktivite Lido di Jesolo sme neboli pod nátlakom turistov. Užili sme si nádhernú rodinnú dovolenku, váľali sa pri pláži a navštívili Benátky, ktoré sú extrémne blízko. V dome sa dalo grilovať a kúpať v rezidenčnom bazéne, všade vládla nemecká čistota. Na terase sa dala cvičiť jóga a vybavenie bolo skvelé. Určite sa ešte vrátime. Ďakujeme za skvelý zážitok.

It is conveniently located near the train station, bus terminal and water bus stop. We arrived before check-in time, but we was able to leave our luggage there. There are lots of restaurants close by. We like Ristorante Caffe dei Fiori, which is on the same street as the apartment.
