Dario is a wonderful host, very kind and helpful! The place is nice, it has everything you need and a balcony with morning sun is the cherry on top! A grocery store and bus stop are around the corner, also some restaurants/take away places. Trip to Venice is 20-30 minutes by bus, but it goes every 5-10 minutes and the stop is only 3 minutes from the appartement.

Lokalizacja świetna, wszędzie blisko, dookoła różne restauracje i knajpki. Mieszkanie czyste, zapewniono nam wszystko co było potrzebne. Kontakt z Martą bezproblemowy, bardzo miła i pomocna. Duży plus za mapę dla gości z różnymi wskazówkami i rekomendacjami. Bardzo polecam to mieszkanie. Pozdrawiam:)

Unsere Anreise erfolgte vor Weihnachten und das Appartement war weihnachtlich dekoriert und auch ein heschmückter Weihnachtsbaum stand im Wohnzimmer. So etwas nettes hatten wir nicht erwartet. Wir fühlten uns gleich sehr wohl. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt und Internet funktionierte einwandfrei. Gegenüber vom Appartement befindet sich ein Supermarkt und gleich um die Ecke befindet sich die Einkaufsstraße. Gastgeber sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar. Bald kommen wir wieder. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Le logement de Gianni était impeccable, il est très bien situé dans le quartier animé du Cannaregio. Pas loin d'une rue commerçante, il y a l'embarras du choix en ce qui concerne les restaurants, les petits cafés et autres. L'appartement est très calme, très joliment décoré et très très propre. Il propose toutes les commodités dont on a besoin. Et que dire de notre hôte, EXTRAORDINAIRE ! Disponible, à l'écoute, serviable, flexible et très réactive (réponse en moins de 5 minutes :-). Gianni a tout fait dès le départ pour nous faciliter notre arrivée sur Venise avec des petites infos : comment rejoindre son logement, mode de transport...etc.... Nous avons été très très satisfait par notre séjour à Venise chez Gianni. C'était PARFAIT.

Nous avons adoré le séjour chez Monica. L'appartement semble plus petit sur les photos mais en vrai c'est juste ce qu'il faut pour un couple d'amoureux, il est super cosy, il y fait chaud, aucune mauvaise odeur de canalisation ou d'humidité, ce qui est rare en plein coeur de Venise. La décoration est soignée à base de mobilier de brocante de goût et qui reste dans l'esprit de Venise et pourtant tout est propre et sans aucune trace d'humidité. Le petit jardin privé est très calme, très joliment accessoirisé et donnant sur un autre jardin privé mais du coup la vue est magnifique. Monica et son ami Bruno qui parle un français impeccable nous ont donné toutes les instructions pour passer un séjour immersif et typiquement vénétien, comme nous souhaitions, avec des recommandations de restaurants où nous avons vraiment pu apprécier une cuisine italienne de grande qualité et découvrir des lieux atypiques. Encore mille mercis Monica pour votre gentillesse, réactivité. Et à bientôt.

Easy to get to Venice, we did have some trouble our first day since the roads were blocked off and the bus skipped our stop but it was fine otherwise. The studio was comfortable and had good amenities. A few products were running out when we were there but nothing major and Fabrizio did ask if we needed anything and I’m sure he would‘ve provided with whatever we needed!

Fue el departamento más cuidado en el que estuvimos, muy limpio, detalles de bienvenida muy reconfortantes, como tener todo lo necesario para merendar en nuestra llegada, elementos limpieza, todo. Lo mejor fue el trato, la paciencia y dedicación de Federica y Roberto. Están en todos los detalles.

This has been by far my best airbnb stay. Marco’s attention to detail was brilliant. He met us at the vaporetto stop so that we did not get lost on our way to the apartment, talked us through all of the features of the apartment in detail, and recommended a number of restaurants/activities for our time in Venice. We were even able to leave our bags at the apartment after check out as our flight was not until 10pm, and Marco’s wife met us downstairs with them when we were ready to collect. The apartment itself was simple but had everything that we needed and could not have been in a better location (literally just around the corner from the Rialto Bridge). At first we were worried that noise from the street would be a problem at night, but it quitened down from 10pm and was practically silent from midnight. Nonetheless, earplugs were provided, just in case. Due to the location and Marco’s impeccable hospitality, I would recommend this apartment without a doubt.

Wir waren mehr als zufrieden mit der Unterkunft! Für unsere Durchreise lag sie optimal in der Nähe der Autobahneinfahrt. Die Wohnung hatte eine sehr gute Grösse für unsere 5-köpfige Familie und bot mehrere Schlafgelegenheiten. Alles war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt :-) Nach der langen Autofahrt konnten die Kinder auf dem hübschen Vorplatz, der umzäunt war, spielen und sich austoben. der Kontakt mit Giovanni war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert! Wir durften sogar früher einchecken, was uns mit den Kindern sehr entgegen kam. Vielen Dank dafür! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder 😀👍

if you want to stay at Venice Mestre, then this place is a great option. Most importantly, Mo was always quick with response and very helpful. station is around 6-7 mins walk. overall, satisfied. Thanks Mo.

Even BIGGER & BETTER than the photos.. This place feels like a giant art gallery, decorated so beautifully with an unforgettable view. I felt very safe, warm & comfortable here. This is the place you must book if you want authentic charm & to feel like a royal princess. Pedro was extremely helpful & clear with instructions & directions to the place, then I was greeted by Caterina upon arrival. She was also kind enough to take me to a gorgeous local bar on the canal for a drink, then proceeded to show me around Venice a little more & gave me lots of tips as well as places to go. Everything is walkable, the area feels safe even at night. Pack light as there are lots of stairs! Not just at the air BnB but all over Venice in general. There is so much to do close by, with great options for coffee, treats, shopping & food - I really enjoyed my stay, I wish it could’ve been longer than 2 nights but I will absolutely be back for much longer next time. Appartement idéalement situé proche de toutes commodités et des sites à visiter, l'appartement est lumineux et grand hôte tres acceuillant, serviable et agréable, qui donne de tres bons conseils ( comment arriver à Venise, quelle ligne prendre pour les iles par ex, noms de restaurants etc)

Marcos Place is AMAZING! And Marco was very communicative and responsive! Location is the BEST!!! (Literally directly across the canal from splendid Venice hotel - use that as a marker) Very safe, very clean, easy and smooth check in. It was our first time in Venice. We flew from California and Marco and his place could not have been better!! If you are seeking a stay in Venice do not hesitate! If Marcos place is available book it!! Do yourself a favor and have a water taxi pick you up at splendid Vince hotel as you leave to train station or airport. Also have a private water taxi take you to Marcos upon arrival from train or airport. So easy! Ciaoooo

Это было отличное место для нашего отпуска. Жилье полностью соответствует описанию. Хозяин очень приветливый. Быстро отвечает на любые вопросы. Дает необходимые инструкции, например, как правильно выбрасывать мусор.:) Место находится рядом с прекрасным парком, где есть детская площадка и с центральной улицей Garibaldi, где много кафе и ресторанов, а так же магазинов. Тут же с утра продают свежую рыбу и овощи.🥰 Что касается квартиры. Там было ВСЕ необходимое для комфортной жизни. Нам очень понравилось это место. С радостью вернулись бы снова.🥰🥰🥰

Die Wohnung ist super schön gelegen. Die Umgebung ist ruhig bietet aber trotzdem viele fußläufige Restaurants, Cafes etc. und einen gut sortierten Supermarkt. Die Wohnung selbst ist wie beschrieben, hübsch und funktional eingerichtet, sehr sauber und ordentlich mit allem, was man braucht. Michela ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin, super freundlich und reagiert sehr schnell auf Nachrichten und Fragen. Ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen. Vollste Empfehlung.

Alloggio pulito ed esattamente corrispondente alla descrizione. Estremamente comodo per raggiungere Venezia con i mezzi pubblici (fermata del bus a 2 minuti e stazione del treno a 8 minuti).

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und 5 Minuten fußläufig vom Strand entfernt. Es war alles genau so wie beschrieben, uns erwarteten keine Überraschungen. Die Kommunikation mit Christina war immer perfekt. Besonders gut fanden wir auch den abschließbaren Garagenstellplatz. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!

Naprosto krásné ubytování . Všude bylo čisto. Ubytování odpovídalo popisu. Paní Julia byla velmi milá a rychle reagovala na zprávy. Lokalita ubytování byla naprosto dokonalá. Poklidna vilová část, blízko od moře, autobus, supermarket, restaurace. Navštívili jsme nedaleké historické město Caorle a také jsme využili plavbu na lodi do Benátek z města punta Sabbioni. Jsme moc rádi , ze jsme si vybrali toto místo a ubytování u paní Julie. Naprosto doporučuji !! :)

Consiglio vivamente l'alloggio di Alberto. A circa 15 minuti d'auto da Venezia e zona molto tranquilla nei circondati dai campi da golf.

Tolle Lage und schöne sichere Unterkunft in einer ruhigen Gegend und in Strandnähe. Die berühmte Einkaufsstraße von Jesolo war ebenfalls nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ebenfalls kann die sehr Gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber hervorgehoben werden. Als Beispiel kann ich nennen, dass wir ein Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett sowie einen Sonnenschirm gebraucht haben und der Gastgeber diese am nächsten Tag direkt vorbeigebracht hat. Ebenso waren die Damen am Empfang im Hotel (wo man die Schlüssel holen muss) sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Dieses Hotel ist auch ganz in der Nähe der Wohnung. Zusammenfassend können wir diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Es war wunderschön bei Alessandro. Die Kommunikation lief toll,die Beschreibung und Fotos entsprachen der Realität.. Immer erreichbar,sehr freundlich und unkompliziert . Danke für die schöne Zeit bei euch!

Mooi appartement met uitzicht over de stad en het strand. Makkelijk te bereiken met een auto en eigen parkeerplaats. Hoofdstraat en strand op korte loopafstand. Twee slaapkamers, twee badkamers en heerlijk terras.

Feel at home and such a friendly host is an amazing combination. We were helped with our itinerary and the local recommendations from here were bonus. We drove by car and her suggestion to better drive and park at the ferry stop instead of relying on bus... well saved a lot time and was comfortable for family. The vicinity to the beach is also great in case you plan for morning/evening walk.

Halli Hallo, im Winter Sehr ruhige Lage, im Sommer kann ich mir vorstellen super Gegend, nicht Weit von Strand. Venedig in 30 Minuten mit dem Vaporetto erreichbar, schöne Strecke zum fotografieren 😊. Unterkunft voll ausgestattet mit alles was man brauchen kann ( Küchen Utensilien, Bad, extra Decken) etc. Angenehme und schnelle schriftliche Kontakt. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden werden es weiter empfehlen. ☺️👍
