Wir kamen in die Wohnung und haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Jose ist sehr gut zu erreichen und hilfsbereit, wir haben sogar ein Video bekommen, um die Wohnung problemlos zu finden. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet, aber das allerbeste ist der Ausblick auf das Meer, den man auch beim kochen und nach dem aufwachen genießen kann. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

1 maand verbleven in het appartement. heel goede uitvalsbasis om Alicante te ontdekken. Santa Pola heeft ons positief verrast. leuke lange boulevard. honden mogen niet op het strand maar het is er wel hond vriendelijk. al met al leuk verblijf gehad.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer schönen, ruhigen Lage. Der Strand ist keine 5 Minuten entfernt. Zum Supermarkt, Restaurants und Hafenpromenade sind es zu Fuß ca 7-10 Minuten. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen schönen großen Balkon mit dem Blick zum Meer. Geschirr, Besteck und Töpfe in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. In der Wohnung befindet sich eine Strandliege und ein Sonnenschirm für den Strand.

Het appartement is ideaal gelegen. Op wandelafstand van de haven, strand, winkels, restaurants enz.. Zalige douche en zeer praktische keuken. Handig dat er een wasmachine aanwezig is en droogfaciliteiten op het dak! Manuel is zeer sympathiek en hulpvaardig. Hij is altijd te bereiken en je krijgt direct respons. We hebben er ook van genoten dat Manuel ons wegwijs heeft gemaakt in Santa Pola bij aankomst. Top host! Riet en Rudy

Hemos estado muy bien ,tal cual el anuncio destacar que estaba muy limpio y bien equipado ,genial para moverse en coche porque es un barrio con muchas cuestas , lo bueno que hay plaza de aparcamiento en la urbanización muy cerca de la entrada al piso que facilita mucho la estancia.

I had a wonderful fortnight in this apartment in Torrevieja Great location handy to shops restaurants and so close to the beach. Moises a great host and available for any queries. Apartment was clean and comfortable would definitely stay again!!

Great place to relax with family. loved the BBQ options outside! Swimming pool together with the palm trees provide such a nice and relaxed environment. House clean and comfortable, recommended!

beautiful accomodation, facilities, everything you could possibly need. So peaceful and comfortable. First class host, very responsive and felt like we could ask anything if we needed to. Couldn't recommend enough. Having a car is essential to discover areas outside of the resort.

We had a beautiful stay at this villa. A truly perfect family holiday with so many memories made here. The location is 10/10 just a few mim walk to the main Quesada town, lots of restaurants and shops. The villa is on a huge plot with a large size pool and lovely social seating areas. The villa itself is immaculately clean with all the items and condiments you need. Service from host was excellent and we will definitely return next year - thank you 😃

Great place—very clean and warm. We felt at home, not like in a hotel or anything. The only downside was the checkout situation. The landlord messaged me afterward, accusing me of checking out late, which wasn’t true. That shouldn’t happen at all—it was frustrating. As a guest, I shouldn’t have to justify myself. The checkout policy seems very strict.

Un sitio idílico para pasar unos días. La casa es espaciosa y decorada con gusto, camas y muebles cómodos y equipada como para vivir ahí. Disfrutamos de los desayunos en el jardín con vistas al monte y de la chimenea por las noches. Gloria nos atendió de maravilla y estuvo pendiente en todo momento de lo que necesitáramos. Buena conexión a internet, servicios digitales y a pocos minutos de un restaurante y terraza perfecto para ver la ciudad en la Fuensanta.

The family and I went for Christmas and we had such a wonderful time. The place is very clean that has everything in the pictures and amenities and the host is very friendly. I would go again!

Het huis van Daniel is rustig gelegen op het golfterrein La Torre. Het terrein is constant beveiligd en de securitymensen zijn vriendelijk. Er is een supermarkt op het terrein, maar er zijn in de omgeving (Roldan & Torre Pachecho) ook een aantal grote supermarkten. Er zijn ook een paar restaurants op het terrein. Het huis is ruim, lichtrijk en aangenaam om in te verblijven. De beschrijving en de foto's komen overeen met de advertentie. Daniel is een zeer vriendelijke en vlotte gastheer. Hij antwoordt zeer snel op eventuele vragen of problemen, die hij dan ook onmiddellijk oplost. Hij doet er alles aan om zijn gasten alles te geven en te helpen. De communicatie verloopt zeer vlot. Wij komen graag terug.

Decir que desde el primer momento la comunicación fue muy buena. Teniamos un evento y necesitabamos tener una hora de salida flexible y no tuvimos ningún inconveniente. La casa esta en una zona tranquila, cuidados todos los detalles, como en casa. Fuimos con una mascota y el lugar tiene espacio de sobra para ella y bien acondicionada en todos los aspectos. El acceso a la casa fue autonoma y sus instrucciones fueron perfectas. Recomendación para encontrar ubicación exacta, si te dirige a una zona donde hay un bar, vuelve hacia atrás o avanza según por donde llegues hasta pasar un puentecito que cruza el rio...ya que por lo que nos comentaron han cambiado la numeración y el google maps a veces te envia a unos 100m. Wij hebben samen met ons hondje 2 maanden doorgebracht in het appartement en vanuit Formentera online gewerkt. De verbinding was heel erg goed. Verder heeft het appartement alles wat je nodig hebt. Vooral het drogen van de was op het dakterras was prettig. Bijna iedere middag heerlijk van de zon kunnen genieten op het ruime balkon. Smaakvol ingericht en lekker schoon. Heerlijk geslapen. Leuk dat je tussen de locals woont. Karsten is een zeer goede gastheer. Vragen werden goed beantwoord en kleine onvolkomenheden werden adequaat opgelost. We hebben een fijne tijd gehad.

Aunque está al final de la manga y se hace un poco pesado ir por el tráfico, merece la pena. La zona es muy bonita, tranquila y con un buen baño en la playa. La casa es espectacular, muy cómoda y con unas vistas espectaculares. El balcón que tiene es de 10. Tienes todos los servicios cerca y unos chiringuitos sensacionales. Además, los anfitriones son espectaculares, muy simpáticos y responden siempre a todo y rápido. Es muy recomendable!!!

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man benötigt. Es war vieles schon vorhanden . Auch Eis und Chips für die Kinder . Flexibler Check out und tolle Empfehlung wurden uns gegeben . Der Pool ist super und alles fußläufig zu erreichen und wir waren mit 4 Kindern . Es war sogar Shampoo und alles mögliche vorhanden. Wir bedanken uns es war wunderschön. Danke

We had a lovely stay. The villa was well-equipped, immaculate and modern. Our only negative comment was that the shower was very poor. No pressure at all and so the water came out with a trickle. Not really enough to have a proper shower. It was very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

Очень приятная чистая,новая квартира. Есть абсолютно все для проживание в том числе шампуни,мыло, стиральный порошок. В каждой комнате есть обогреватель это очень важно при проживание в холодное время года. Всё чисто ,приятно ,новый ремонт. Очень тихо и спокойно. Рекомендую!

We enjoyed our stay at this charming one bed apartment towards the top of Quesada. Host was always helpful and very responsive. Lovely touch of the wine (which we didn’t drink) on arrival.

This place was perfect for us. We picked it because of the beautiful view but it has more to offfer. You can feel home away from home as the design is beautiful and all you need is there. Even with rain outside you can just enjoy staying in and take advantage of the view. The place was clean, easy to find and the automatic check in is fantastic as you have no problems when you are coming late. Pedro is very proactive with recommondations! we would defenitely recommend the place and would come again.
