This location was ideal. Able to walk to the beach in 3 minutes. But then, with the golf cart, anyplace on the island is just a few minutes away! Mangos made a great margherita! Kitchen very functional. Shelling a big plus for me! Truly able to relax

We had such a great vacation at the Kiwi Cottage! The house was perfect & just as described. We loved having the private pool & hot tub. We rented the golf cart, which to me is a must b/c it made getting around the island & to the beach a breeze! Our trip begun with tropical storm Debby hitting us the first day, but the house was cozy, it sat high up & we had no issues at all! Craig stayed in touch with us to make sure all was good & that we were safe. Our dog absolutely loved the house too & felt right at home! Would definitely rent again!!

Séjour très agréable, calme une vrai vacance, belle maison propre, piscine et spa, et la maison était équipé de tout, rien ne manque. De très belles chambres avec des lits très confortables. La cour arrière donne sur un petit canal, de toute beauté de voir les bateaux passer, les gens nous salut. Très agréable. Tout est à proximité, épicerie, magasin, resto, la marina TARPON POINT à voir wow de wow tant la vue avec les bateaux que les restos succulent et les boutiques. A tout les samedis matin, à environ 10 minutes de la maison il y a un marché en pleine air, le Market Farm, super bien, et après à côté il y a le restaurant le Rusty’s pour le dîner belle terrasse. Et tout c’est endroit avec la possibilité d’amener votre chien. L’hôte Ingrid est très gentille, comique, et répond très rapidement à vos questions. C’est une maison à réserver. J’y retournerais certainement. Merci Ingrid de ta gentillesse. Xx

Amazing House and Hosts!!! The pool and lake are a real gem. We had a lot of rain and couldn't go out much, but there was so much to do at the house that we had a wonderful time. The garage has a lot to do and all the beach equipment you could dream of. We ended up having a scary health situation arise and Stu and Catherine were so helpful and responsive. I would recommend them as hosts to anyone, the house was so well stocked, even with toddler/baby options, the guest book had so much useful information about the area, and they were always a message away if we had questions. We're looking forward to booking them for a vacation again next year!

A very cute, comfortable, clean and exceptionally appointed cottage. Brian is a wonderful host. We really enjoyed our stay there and look forward to visiting again. The SOS facility is a great place for family stays and is a major plus as well.

Tina was such an amazing help! I will be picking this Airbnb home again! Very cute, perfect for couples, a family or even a night to get away from your everyday life. 🙏🏼 I highly recommend this book to anyone! Very friendly, quick response from this host. We absolutely loved our stay at Madeline’s! Her home is lovely, super comfy, and so well stocked. We felt like we were right at home! We were so worried about our trip after the hurricanes, but Madeline worked hard to make sure everything was perfect for her visitors and really out did herself! She was so easy to communicate with and super responsive when we had questions both before and during our stay. The backyard and location are huge bonuses! We would book this gem with her again anytime!

I really enjoyed my stay. I would stay here again. Mike answered all of my questions and got back right away. Nice having everything you needed for the beach and bikes.

Absolutely, best place ever for the two of us! Sometimes we walked to the beach morning, noon and night. It was close to the Venice train station for riding our bikes on Legacy Trail and while your there stop in and check out the Ringling Bros. and Barnum/Baily circus train. So many Resurants to choose from you can't go wrong wherever you go! Many shopping areas for groceries, clothing and whatever your wants are! Lori and Lynn were so great I felt like I was talking to my sisters! Definitely we will be back to this little gem of a Cottage! Ron & Ginny

What a wonderful gem Happily Ever After is! The home is charming, very comfortable and inviting. Very clean and well cared for. Kitchen is well stocked and easy to work in which is important since there are no restaurants on the island. Screen porch is large and comfortable; a great place to read a book. Michele was a great host. Responded to questions quickly. LGI is a wonderful island. Great beaches. Nice people. With the damage from last years’ storms there is still a lot of construction and cleanup going on around the island but that didn’t negatively affect our stay. We can’t wait to come back.

Best place we have stayed. Immaculately clean, well equipped and comfy like home. We enjoyed the games and books and appreciated all the beach supplies. We cooked several meals and always found what we needed. Becca is the perfect host. There when you need her. Understands what her guests need and a forward thinking host. We will be back every time we are in Bradenton. Be sure to look at her binder. It has everything you need to know about her home, where to grocery shop and where to have fun. Becca has truly thought of everything.

Heidi's place was very cute and very clean. We loved the many places to sit outside, the dock and the fire pit area especially. We had a minor issue when we arrived which was resolved very quickly. Even though there are other small cottages within this small complex it was quiet and we enjoyed talking to other guests. Nice hidden spot in Cortez!

Absolutely amazing place!!! 2 minute walk to the beach, spacious living area with a big open kitchen, stocked with everything you would need. The owners thought of every little detail! The gardens are the envy of the neighborhood and the spacious community area with the huge fountain is lovely. Very quiet, even with the post hurricane construction going on (at time of our visit they were still finishing up some of the units). We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful cottage. Nice and clean. Loved the water view. Can’t wait to book our next stay. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Loved That BBQ place and the Blue dog bar and grill.

This was our 2nd stay and couldn’t say enough about Mojito Cottage. The place is very clean, lots of amenities and having the large screened in patio definitely is a plus, especially for our doxie, Shelli. Even though we had to leave early with Helene on her way, we pray that we will be able to return. Many thanks to Jacob and Stephen for a wonderful place to stay.

This is a lovely home with astounding amenities. The street is old Florida style mixed with newer homes. The beach and water are heaven. There really are no words to describe. The home, street, and beach are jewels….and the host is amazing!! This neighborhood is very quiet and so peaceful.

This was a great place to stay for the week, very clean and quiet. Good location to get to either side of the island and the beach. Having the golf cart and beach gear was very helpful! Lynda was a great host.

My daughter Celeste and I loved Sarah's Bokeelia Cottage. It was perfect for us! We loved the house, pond, wildlife and just everything was beautiful! Thank you!

Loved our stay!!! The weather didn’t cooperate, so we appreciated the amazing home. The communication was great, we coordinated the water taxi & check in time. The place is perfectly simple, well stocked, and felt like home. Loved having the extras for the few things I forgot. We are looking forward to staying there again! The drop off dock & beach are a quick walk either way! If you’re looking to stay on LGI, she was the perfect hostess to walk you thru how it works from the water taxi, grocery information, and all the “need to know’s” to make your stay unforgettable!!

The Tree House was really cute. The GPS directions took us to the front of the house and there was a little sign with a quaint path around to the opposite side of the unit to access Unit B. (There is an alley way, so you can park around back.) The stairway up is actually entwined in a tree :). There is beach access about 2 blocks in one direction and a nice playground, basketball courts and bay views about 1.5 blocks in the other direction. The listing said there were two bedrooms and a couch. I assumed a pull out, but it is a sectional which you can configure to a queen or just a twin and sheets to put on top. We opted to put our three girls in the king bed and take the queen for ourselves. Had all the dishes, towels, supplies we needed. Really appreciated the wagon to tote our things down to the beach! Would stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay and hated to check out!! Being from Michigan my favorite spot was the screened in porch with comfy furniture. I took many naps out there! Steve was so kind! We were in town for a soccer tournament and he got me a chair with awning to use at the fields. I 1000% would stay here again!! Amazing hosts, amazing home!!

House was very cozy comfortable and relaxing , Choose from many beaches around area , would stay there again.

We had a lovely stay at the ‘Cottage in Parrish’. We’ve traveled to the Ellenton/Palmetto/Parrish area countless times to visit family and this property is really one of the best we’ve experienced (well located between all three towns)! The interior is exceptionally clean, appliances included! (I have extremely high standards!). The cottage is open and spacious; the main bedroom has built in privacy (which is not always guaranteed in a cottage/tiny home); the living area has thoughtfully placed window treatments (especially important if guests use the pull out couch); and it has the perfect amount of amenities. Our visit was quiet as well as incredibly safe and we enjoyed the tranquil, natural surroundings external to the cottage. All communications with the gracious host were excellent; Squeeze is very friendly and accessible, yet still gave generous space. We would definitely book again!
