Renta de ranchos vacacionales en Venecia

Had a great stay, beautiful farmhouse with quality furnishings, bedding, toiletries etc.. Swimming pool area was great with towels, toilets, showers and changing area. Breakfast was plentiful with most items coming from the gardens. Had lunch a couple of times too, delicious, locally sourced food presented well. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Das Haus sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Auch die Einrichtung stimmt genau. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt zum Kochen, im Bad, usw. Die Zimmer sind groß und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Betten quietschen etwas und im TV gibt es zig Programme, die man nicht anschauen kann, aber da wir zum Urlaub machen da waren, war das nebensächlich. Die Tante der Gastgeberin hat sich wunderbar um uns gekümmert und wir konnten uns ohne Probleme auf Englisch verständigen. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön. Wir haben uns Chioggia angeschaut, natürlich Venedig, dann waren wir in Sottomarina auf dem Wehr, genannt Diga, mit seinem Riesenrad und wir haben den wunderbarsten Strand gefunden, L'Ultima Spiaggia in Isolaverde mit einem kostenlosen Parkplatz davor. Superschöner Sandstrand und fantastisch zum Muscheln sammeln und Krebse beobachten. Unsere 3 Kinder haben sich genauso wohl gefühlt wie wir Eltern. Alles in allem war es ein erholsamer, entstresster und genialer Urlaub. Vielen Dank an unsere Gastgeberin Elisabetta und an Tante Maria. Wenn es uns nochmal in die Gegend verschlägt, würden wir sehr gerne wieder dort wohnen. 😘

L'appartamentino era molto pulito ed accogliente, gli host sono molto disponibili ed accoglienti, Il letto è stato molto comodo e spazioso. Il luogo è molto comodo siccome è una zona molto centrale, il che permette di poter visitare Padova, Chioggia e Rovigo con qualche minuto di macchina. Probabilmente tornerò una prossima volta

I would say, that our stay in Sabrina house was the best stay we ever had. Intelligent women in a 400 years old aristocratic house. Beauty, luxury of the stay. Awesome breakfast in the garden. Come with love and kind into this house and you will get more love and calm. Thank you for the stay, Sabrina and the family.

Superbe séjour chez Anna, sa famille et ses animaux. Nous avons passé quelques jours magnifiques en famille avec notre fille de 3 ans. Nous avons pu profiter des produits organiques de saison issus de la production sur l'île, notre chambre était spacieuse et parfaite. L'emplacement dans la lagune de Venise est idyllique pour passer quelques jours au calme, nous en avons aussi profité pour visiter la belle île de Burano, faire un tour un vélo dans la lagune. Anna et sa famille ont été très accueillants et arrangeants pour que notre séjour se déroule à merveille. Nous reviendrons !

Lovey grounds and friendly family. Fresh scrambled eggs, from their chickens, were prepared for me everyday. They really take pride in their service and making guest happy. You need to have a car or use the taxi service they recommend to get anywhere from the house. I’m my opinion, you can’t walk anywhere besides the grounds but maybe there is a trail I don’t know about. I walked to the recommended restaurant but did not feel comfortable at all walking on the road without any sidewalk and on an overpass. I was offered a bike but would not have felt comfortable with that either. However, the taxi service was really great. I was picked up at the train station by a driver who had my name on a card. Very nice man. It cost €15 between to the closest train station and this Agriturismo. From the train station you take a train into Venice.

Esperienza davvero unica. Immersa nel verde e nel silenzio della natura circostante Villa Passi è davvero un tuffo nel passato con un'accoglienza curata nei minimi dettagli e un personale gentilissimo. Anche il ricevimento da parte del Conte con la lettera firmata a mano fa il suo effetto.

Sehr schönes großzügiges Grundstück mit schönen alten Bäumen, ruhig gelegen, der Pool ist super und die perfekte Abkühlung bei so heißem Wetter wie wir es während unseres Aufenthaltes hatten. Daneben ein umzäunter Gartenteil, wo man Ball spielen, schaukeln, Boule oder Tischtennis spielen kann. Fabienne und Giulio sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und geben sehr gute Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Es gibt eine Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Grundstück und es ist sehr gut gelegen, um die Umgebung mit Venedig, Padua, etc. zu erkunden.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Anlage und die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt. Ruhige Lage um mit den Kindern zu entspannen und einfach viel Zeit im tollen Pool zu verbringen. Die Nähe zu Venedig ist auch super und Fabienne gibt tolle Tipps für Ausflüge. Auch die Kommunikation mit Fabienne lief toll. Sehr empfehlenswert.

séjour apaisant, magnifique terrain, nous étions bien accueilli et bien conseiller pour pas mal de visite à venise, très propre ! je compte revenir c'était trop bien de dormir dans le calme et se réveiller avec une vue de la nature. merci pour tout :)

Seven star review if I could! Everything was wonderful. Torcello is a quiet, little island with a magnificent history in the Venetian lagoon. You can visit the nearby basilica, church, bell tower and museum of the 7th and 11th century, then walk to Franco's beautiful historic home which offers all the modern comforts. It is clean, comfortable and well stocked. He is an exceptional and receptive host. Franco's place is magical if you want a quiet Venice, good food and want to be around nature and history.

The apartment was exactly as described in the text and shown in the photos. It was equipped with everything you need and was in a quiet area with lots of privacy. We used the apartment as a base for some day trips to Venice. Fabienne and Giulio gave us lots of helpful tips on how to get there (by bus, boat or car) or where to eat and shop. Everything was very close to the apartment. Fabienne and Giulio were great hosts, attentive and very kind. We can only recommend this place!
