Renta de departamentos vacacionales en Ventotene

Abbiamo soggiornato per 5 giorni in 3 ragazze di Roma e Napoli in occasione di un meeting di lavoro in smartworking, ognuna aveva la sua privacy in casa con le 3 camere da letto, buona connessione wifi e grazie alla sua posizione centrale a Terracina, non abbiamo avuto problemi per uscire a pranzo o cena a mangiare tra ristoranti o pizzerie (ottima quella di Giu Giu’ giusto fronte casa). Supermercato e spiaggia a meno di 2 min a piedi. Splendida terrazza vista mare per la colazione. Comodo il parcheggio riservato e box auto proprio sotto casa. Cucina fornita di tutto anche se non abbiamo mai cucinato. Grazie ancora a Marco per la sua disponibilita’ e cortesia con suggerimenti della zona, non ultimo il suo Centro storico e Cattedrale.

Gennaro è stato un host molto gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento, pulito e ben organizzato, è adatto a chi viaggia a Napoli con famiglia o piu persone visto che dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni ed un ampio soggiorno. Inoltre, al contrario di altre strutture, Gennaro mette a disposizione un posto auto. La localizzazione è ottima, non si trova al centro di Napoli ma sia il lungomare che il centro sono facilmente raggiungibili con mezzo pubblici distanti a 5 minuti a piedi. Il quartiere Fuorigrotta, dove è situata la struttura, ha comunque diverse opzioni tra ristoranti, pub e bar per chi non volesse passare una giornata o serata lontano dalle zone più turistiche.

Le logement est dans un petit immeuble. La terrasse est un plus. La localisation est parfaite : toute proche de l'arrêt de bus, juste la route à traverser pour arriver sur le port et ses activités (le front de mer de Lacco Ameno est vraiment très sympa). La communication avec Francesca a été très bonne.

Marco's accomodation is perfect ! It is very cosy, clean, nice, with kitchen and bathroom, and has a central location which is a very big advantage. Within 2-3 minutes you can reach the center of Ponza with its restautants and all shopping facilities. The beach is 5 minutes walking distance. Marco is very kind and helpful. He send the guests a very good description per video, so after arriving in Ponza it is very easy to find the way to the house. I can only recommend Marco's house which made my stay in Ponza unforgottable nice.

Alex was a brilliant host! He kindly picked us up from the port in Forio and was so friendly, making us feel very at home. He also gave us lots of excellent recommendations for our stay and was easy to communicate with. The flat is great, it has everything you need, it is clean and comfortable and in such a good location - just a short walk from the centre of Forio. The outside balcony is lovely with a view of a beautiful garden and perfect for early evening as the sun sets on that side of the building. We really loved our stay and hope to return. Thank you!

The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, providing excellent recommendations for local dining and activities. The check-in process was smooth and convenient.

Really lovely apartment, everything we needed was easy to find. The location was really nice on an old street and sea views from some rooms, we enjoyed the balcony. The hosts were super helpful and despite not all directions appearing on Google maps they sent us a bus time table and it was easy to teach via train then bus.

This residence is wonderful. The beach within a few minutes walk is wonderful. The pool with the residence, though of very modest size, is wonderful. Without a car, getting to town requires a 40 minute walk, with half of that time walking on the shoulder of a highway [not suited for young children]. The bus only goes to and from town five times a day. And taxi drivers found the ride too short to interest them so getting to and from town is a drag. The water in the region is not considered secure to drink or cook with, and we found only one pizza shop with decent food in the neighborhood. So there's still pressure to get to town, despite the inconvenience. But the surroundings were fantastic. It was a wonderful vacation. And we found the host both friendly, responsive and very helpful.

Amazing Stay in a Beautiful Location! I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Ischia! The apartment was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was absolutely gorgeous, offering stunning views and easy access to everything the island has to offer. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making sure I had everything I needed and providing great local recommendations. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ischia—I would definitely stay here again!

Asunto oli hyvin varusteltu ja tilava. Annalisa oli meitä vastassa, kun saavuimme. Hän oli erittäin mukava ja huolehtivainen. Saimme vinkkejä ravintoloista ja läheisestä rannasta. Täällä olis viihtynyt pidemmänkin aikaa.

Le logement est très agréable, spacieux et bien équipé. L'hôte est très sympa, réactif et arrangeant. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Nous y étions pour le travail donc nous n'avons pas eu le temps de visiter la ville mais le logement est très proche du métro ce qui rend les sites accessibles.

Would give 100 stars if we could! The pictures are beautiful but don’t even convey how magical and peaceful the space is. We were greeted so warmly by Margherita and other associates of the restaurant that is attached to the apartment (DO eat here! but also don’t worry- the house is completely tucked away from the restaurant so there is total privacy). They also made reservations to other wonderful restaurants for us and were always available if we needed any assistance. Serious, top tier hospitality that feels so genuine and rare these days. Do not hesitate; if you’re considering booking, you absolutely should.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung in dem bezaubernden Ort Anacapri. Wir haben viel unternommen und die zahlreichen wunderschönen Ecken der Insel erkundet und jeden Tag total genossen. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet, zentral gelegen und angenehm ruhig. Bianca ist ausgesprochen freundlich und entgegenkommend.

We stayed for three nights. The location is near the wharf and many restaurants. The apartment was clean and spacious, everythings looks new. There are lot of power outlets, two smart TVs, nice espresso machine and an air conditioner. Susanna was very responsive and helpful.

Monolocale nuovissimo, molto bello e arredato con gusto. Non manca nulla, molto ben insonorizzato e con climatizzatore favoloso. Il bagno e’ comodo con una doccia spaziosa. Favoloso il balconcino che affaccia su un giardino privato. Posizione centralissima e comoda per raggiungere le spiagge a piedi in cinque minuti.

We came here with children for the second year in a row! Because this apartments with their own garden, not far from the beach and the center, near a supermarket and a bakery - an ideal place for a family vacation with kids. The host is always ready to help and answer, Vincenzo and Ornella, who met and supported us on the spot, were attentive and ready to help if necessary. Few negative little things (mentioned in other reviews already) did not have a significant impact on the wonderful impression of the place and we would love to come back here again! Grazie mille!

The apartment was fantastic!!! Beautiful and just like it was pictured. Even better in person!!! Rita was the best host I have ever had. She answered promptly. Also suggested a driver that took us all over the island!!!! Vincenzo was amazing 🤩

The apartment was very comfortable for our stay. The beds are comfortable and thrtecis lots of storage. Nicely decorated bathrooms and fantastic outdoor patio. we felt right at home and would highly recommend staying here.

Norman e la sua famiglia sono stati eccezionali! Hanno sempre risposto immediatamente con gentilezza e in maniera accomodante a tutte le nostre richieste. La casa è molto bella, ben arredata con due balconi di cui uno con vista mare e ha veramente tutto ciò di ciò si ha bisogno (Lavastoviglie, lavatrice, ferro da tiro, phon, macchina per il caffè nespresso con cialde, asciugamani, accappatoi, lenzuola, bel divano, poltrona, due tv con tv in streaming gratuita, ottimo wifi, ripostiglio, ascensore, due bagni, armadi con stampelle in abbondanza, scarpiere, scrivania in cameretta, aria condizionata in tutta casa etc etc) È molto vicina alla spiaggia e anche ad agosto si riesce a trovare parcheggio nelle vicinanze (liberi o a pagamento). Se avremo ancora intenzione di passare le nostre vacanze a Terracina sarà sicuramente la nostra prima scelta!

Un angolo di paradiso dove rilassarsi e ricaricare le batterie. Appartamento accogliente e confortevole, una meravigliosa energia di pace che mi ha accompagnata nel mio soggiorno. Il tramonti visti dalla Jacuzzi in terrazza, immersa nel silenzio e nel profumo della natura, hanno reso questo soggiorno magico. Per me è stato come un ritiro spirituale. A questo ha contribuito la gentilezza di Salvatore che è stato super disponibile ed allo stesso tempo estremamente discreto. Ideale per vacanza in coppia. Necessaria auto per muoversi (per guidatori piuttosto esperti). Non vedo l'ora di tornarci :)

Accoglienza puntuale e professionale, appartamento sensazionale dagli spazi ampi ed estremamente confortevoli. Ubicazione comoda rispetto alle necessità del mio soggiorno, lo consiglio vivamente.

I don't have enough words to describe just how helpful Giovanni was, and how much we enjoyed our stay in Naples. He made our entire holiday really easy and helped us to arrange so many things. His apartment is lovely and has the best of both worlds; it has the advantage of being close enough to the centre of Naples to get to all the sites easily, but it sits right on the sea front which gave us beautiful morning and evening walks and the chance to slow down and sit and have a drink or bite to eat, whilst taking in the view. Good shops, bars and restaurants nearby, and the people were very friendly and forgiving of our lack of Italian. The buzz and vibrancy of Naples is second to none and the food delicious. Giovanni's place is a great base to explore the local area; there's so much to see and do, or the perfect spot just to relax and unwind.
