We recently stayed at Lucas House, a lovely villa in the mountains of Scauri, just a short drive from Rome. The house is beautiful, with lots of space and comfortable beds. The views are amazing, and we loved both the private pool and the larger shared pool. Most rooms had air conditioning, which was great. Driving in the area can be tricky, but the "authentic" Italian experience makes it worthwhile. There aren't many tourists, which makes it feel very real, but it might be challenging language and service-wise if you prefer more tourist-friendly places. Overall, Lucas House was perfect for our big family. It is child-friendly, though the large marble stairs make it more suitable for children over 3.5 years old. It’s close to many beautiful spots and beaches. Dealing with Luca and his team was easy and smooth. Thank you, Luca, for hosting us in your wonderful villa!

Superb location. Peaceful setting. Well appointed villa. Comfy settees and bed. Well equipped kitchen. Effective Wi Fi but no TV. Ideally situated for getting train to Naples and Rome. 15 min drive to local railway station where parking cost 8€ a day. Managed to visit Herculaneum, Pompeii, Rome for two days , Monte Cassino which boasts the most beautiful cathedral, local beaches at Sperlonga are beautiful and old Gaeta town which is well worth a visit. Mary and Salvatore were superb, super responsive in addressing any queries we had. Welcome pack was greatly appreciated. You must have a car to be able to enjoy this villa. Highly recommended

What can I say about this slice of heaven? The view was the best I’ve seen. The little pool was perfect, the big outdoor table and bbq so inviting to use. Comfy beds, huge kitchen, clean bathroom. Just what me and my friend needed for a week’s holiday! A bit of a walk up a hill so be mindful of that. Easy to get there - ferry from Naples, then the no. 6 bus to Nik Bar (€14 for a week pass). 20 mins walk up to Trattoria Il Focolare (featured on Stanley Tucci’s programme) and 20 min walk down to Tenuta del Cannavale for a natural wine tasting. Quite simply perfect spot for a quiet luxurious stay on the beautiful island of Ischia we had a wonderful relaxing few days with excellent recommendations from out host. Would definitely recommend this exquisite apartment for a taste of la dolce vita. Would love to come back again…

Ischia Dream Vision was great. Beautiful location and very nice apartments. Ours was a nice clean and spacious two bedroom. Our host was Francesco was amazing. Very polite. And always proactively helping. The cleaning service was great with linens and towels. The pool area was small but perfect. I want to note. Due to the buildings all being concrete. Which is standard and built into a hill. We did not have WiFi in our apartment. But you had it on the terrace/ pool. This was good and bad as don’t want to be on devices at this amazing location. But tough if you needed to work or relied on it for communication. Overall great spot. Great host. Drew

This vacation rental has been one of our best holiday experiences. The cottage is on the quiet side of the island, with an expansive terrace overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea. While the kitchenette is compact, it is well stocked with everything you need for a fabulous stay. The host was a delight, very responsive, and offered helpful suggestions. I would stay at this cottage again without any hesitation. I can't wait to return!

We had a wonderful stay in Ischia. The property was very unique and had amazing views. Our only regret was that we didn't stay longer. The pool was so refreshing after exploring all day. Prices on the island are very reasonable and I would suggest adding to your itinerary.

Great, close to volcanic attractions with good kitchen and privacy. Can be easily reached on foot 20 minute walk from Panza bus station.

Perfecte villa voor maximaal 4 personen. Wij waren met zijn tweetjes en hadden volop ruimte. Prachtige tuin, tuintafel + stoelen, ligstoelen en ligbedden, zon/schaduw: geweldig! Goed uitgeruste keuken. Badkamer is wat klein en beetje gedateerd, maar àlles functioneert prima. Geweldige host die snel reageert en direct helpt bij alle vragen. Kortom: uitstekende accommodatie voor bezoek aan Gaeta, Sperlonga en strand!!

Soggiorno al Fauno molto piacevole e rilassante con ottima accoglienza da parte dell' host Gabriella e di Francesco che ci ha organizzato una bellissima giornata in barca con pranzetto e bagni. La casa è accogliente e dotata di tutto il necessario; strategica rispetto a navetta bus, supermercati, ristoranti e spiagge. Ci piacerebbe assolutamente ritornare.

UN SOGNO! io e la mia amica abbiamo amato stare da Eleonora, l’appartamento è incredibile, pulito, equipaggiato di qualunque cosa tu possa avere bisogno, la location ti regala una vista spettacolare e Eleonora è super disponibile. Grazie grazie mille! A presto!

Villetta vicino al mare molto carina, curata e arredata con buon gusto, spaziosa e rifornita di tutto, con abbondanza di suppellettili per la cucina e per godersi il delizioso giardino. Le stanze comode e con molti armadi, diversi televisori, aria condizionata e ventilatori a disposizione. In 7 si sta perfettamente comodi . La zona è residenziale e tranquilla. Il mare a 4 minuti a piedi. Anche il nostro cane sì è trovato benissimo, con la recinzione intorno alla casa poteva rimanere in giardino al fresco mentre andavamo al mare. L'host Nicola molto gentile e disponibile e il signor Maurizio sempre pronto ad aiutare per qualsiasi evenienza. Insomma, un'esperienza perfetta e da ripetere sicuramente!

Semplicemente spettacolare , un isola fantastica e penso che siamo state le vacanze più belle che potessi fare con mia moglie e i miei cani grazie a tutti ❤️

Davide è stato gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Location stupenda con vista mozzafiato. appartamento ampio con tutti i comfort.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Besonders in Erinnerung bleiben uns der herrliche Ausblick mit freier Sicht aufs Meer, die wohltuende Ruhe und die ideale Lage. Das kleine Häuschen ist ein gemütlicher Rückzugsort für entspannte Tage und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Pierfrancesco gab uns ausserdem wertvolle Tipps für kulinarische Entdeckungen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet; während unseres Aufenthalts gab es jedoch ein kleines Problem mit dem Boiler. Pierfrancesco hat sich schnell und unkompliziert darum gekümmert und eine tolle Lösung angeboten, sodass wir unseren Aufenthalt ohne Einschränkungen geniessen konnten. Vielen Dank Pierfrancesco!

This is a wonderful small apt . So clean and nice. My friend and I loved it. Walked to the ocean everyday to swim. The bus was easy to get to and we loved being in a neighborhood not a hotel. Sat outside each morning and had coffee. Topped for pastry on our way down the hill(not steep). Walking distance to all you need ! We hope to return again. Thank you Umberto for renting this to us. Christian also met us at the ferry which is really nice as well. Ciao until next time!

Donatello’s place is truly a slice of heaven. Charming, comfortable, serene! It is everything that you see in the pictures. Alex picked us up from the Forio port and brought us up to the property. As nice and helpful as could be. He even arranged to have a rental car delivered to us! Words cannot describe the beautiful location. Walking up to sunrise and seeing the sunsets. It did take a couple of times to get the roads down. We had a 4 passenger Smart car and navigated just fine. We were out and about all day and into the evening. Panza is very close by. Forio and Sant Angelo a short drive. Coming back to Ischia I would look to stay here again! Thank you Donatello for sharing your spectacular place with us!

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig in einer schmalen Gasse oberhalb von Lacco Ameno. Es gibt eine Terrasse und einen Garten. Den Check-In machte der Vater, er wohnt gegenüber und ist ein überaus freundlicher Herr. Vielen Dank für die nette Begrüßung! Das Haus ist freundlich eingerichtet und relativ gut ausgestattet. Die Matratzen sind von der sehr harten Sorte. Zum Duschen muss man in die große Badewanne einen Meter tief hinabsteigen. Meine Frau hatte nach einer Operation an der Hüfte damit große Probleme. Vor der Anreise sollte man wissen, dass es keinen Fön und keine großen Handtücher zum Duschen gibt. Insgesamt haben wir uns in Andreinas Haus recht wohl gefühlt und empfehlen es gerne.

Giuseppe's place was just what we needed with a great view. He was very responsive, helped us with renting a scooter, and was always willing to share some recommendations for things to do or places to eat, he really wanted us to enjoy and make the most of our stay. The place is a little bit out of the main town/port area but very walkable, 5-7 min walk to town. Only recommendation for the host is to provide a bit more amenities such as washing detergent and shampoo/conditioner etc.

Annas bolig ligger fantastisk i smukke St. Angelo. Byen er hyggelig og rolig. Dejlig strandvand at bade i, hvis man går om på bagsiden af byen. Lejligheden er super hyggelig og mangler intet. Anna var utrolig hjælpsom med informationer omkring byen og øen. Anna tog meget venligt imod os på ankomstdagen. Alt var rent og pænt. Vi var 4 veninder afsted og nød at vi kunne have hver vores soveværelse. Så hermed de varmeste anbefalinger herfra til at booke Annas bolig.

What a Jem! Harbor front with an absolutely Amazing view. In the Heart of a truly picturesque location. Quiet mornings turn to a bustling restaurant scene at mid day and evenings. Spoilt for choice of great dinning options at your immediate disposal. Or catch an Island boat tour from your doorstep. Very comfortable and sound proof accommodation with an uplifting decor/color scheme & well outfitted kitchen, which is an appreciated find while traveling. Highly recommend!!
