House is cute and homey. Described and pictured as listed. Great location to the beach. Sarah called beforehand to let me know all the details. There was a very nice welcome basket full of snacks. The house had lots of things to do including games, cookware, bikes, and beach equipment. Overall, had a great stay!

Absolutely HEAVENLY!! Incredible house, on ocean location, well appointed amenities, large deck, hot tub with full ocean view, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, great communication, very helpful staff, will definitely return!

A great place to gather the family both near and far for Christmas. Very easy to get to some great beaches, restaurants, the Malibu Pier and Adamson house, canyon hike.

Modest and clean, with access to everything you might need. No issues recommending.

Great host, very responsive and pro-active. Location is really great with sea view. Nice size of bedroom and living area. Nice shower. Bess provided all necessary toiletries, like shampoo, conditioner, shower gels, etc… Furniture are a bit old but it remains comfortable. Cutleries, plates and glasses could be improved. There was only one glass for wine. I was alone, do it was ok, but still… Very happy overall and I am strongly recommending Bess place. Will gladly come back.

Super fun stay at the Boatel! Shops and restaurants right there, as well as the Island Packers boat landing, where we took a boat to the beautiful Channel Islands.

Was in town for work and Meredith’s place seemed like the right fit and it definitely was. Cozy and spacious. Steps away from the beach too which was a plus!

We loved staying here. A perfect location for easy access to the beach and the Ventura area. Don’t let the location near Von’s grocery store and Starbucks concern you – it’s amazingly quiet and peaceful considering the location. That also meant it’s incredibly convenient to pop around the corner to pick up supplies :) The house itself was immaculate and calmly decorated, while the kitchen had great supplies, including nice pots and pans. Across the street, we liked the cafe and the Thai restaurant (we also loved the original Rice Mama Thai downtown). Sarah was also very responsive. We hope to stay here again!

Connie is the best host I’ve ever had! Her property was paradise, the house felt like a complete getaway even though it was just 1 1/2 hrs from LA. We got to go whale watching in Santa Barba and come back to the property to lounge by the beautiful heated pool surrounded by fruit trees and a beautiful fragrant flower garden. Connie was super responsive and accommodating, everything in the house worked well and the space was so relaxing. We will definitely be back!

Ardie was very responsive and extremely accommodating. We were traveling for work and it was a very charming and elegant place to come home to after days of work. All of the furnishings and features were really nice. I would to come back to the Malibou Lake cabin, the scenery is beautiful and peaceful.

This place is truly something special. You can feel the energy the moment you arrive — there’s a soul to it that’s rare to find. It’s not just a beautiful property — it’s a space with history, vision, and heart behind it. We had the most incredible weekend — peaceful, restorative, and inspiring in so many ways. You can tell this was created by someone who truly understands wellness and connection. Garfield (the sweetest resident cat) completely stole our hearts and made our trip even more memorable. Robert was the ultimate host — warm, responsive, and so gracious. We left feeling grateful to have experienced this little slice of Malibu magic. Can’t wait to return — this is one of those rare places that will stay with you long after you leave. 🥹

Our family had a wonderful time! The home was clean and impeccably decorated with lovely artwork throughout the home. The beach, just steps behind the home is breathtaking just a short walk down to the right from the home (Lechuza/El Matador beach). It’s in a perfect location just down the road from some great spots.

Shirley's house is in an great location, you can walk to the market and to an incredible bakery and ice cream shop. It was perfect for our family. And we loved her cat Rocky! He's the sweetest.

We had a wonderful stay at this stunning home in the Malibu mountains. Gorgeous views, beautiful home, comfortable furniture and beds.. the spa is bliss, bubbling away while admiring the night sky. Host Marieka is quick to respond and kind. The road to this Airbnb is a little bit of an adventure. You drive from PCH through Malibu Park, higher up the mountain which gives you the amazing views. But you are very close to Vintage Market or Pavilions for your groceries, banks, Starbucks, surf shops and of course Zuma beach.

Cici was so warm and welcoming! Her place is beautiful and it felt so peaceful to be there! Really was a wonderful way to unwind with friends!

Our family of 5 had a perfect week here. The location is perfect for beach days or to jump on the 101 and head into SB or up the 154.

What a gem! We stayed during Thanksgiving week and made an entire feast in the kitchen. The community is quiet and safe. It’s a short walk to the beach and the garage had bikes, a wagon and cooler. We will definitely stay here again. The weather in Oxnard was sunny and beautiful. When it was chilly, we enjoyed the outdoor fire pit. Communication was excellent and check in was a breeze. This place would be great year round.

This is a really wonderful place to stay. Four comfy bedrooms- 2 of which are large with walkouts to the yard. Multiple balconies, HUGE kitchen, so much seating. Very clean. Great location- tucked away quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the beach and a little shopping area (grocery store, Starbucks, a few restaurants and boutique stores- very cute) James was always quick to respond to my questions. Great for a family or group of friends!

Great location! Beach was only a few minutes walk. Neighborhood felt very safe and was quiet, with exception of the daily national anthem coming from the nearby naval base. The house is stocking with everything you would need to make big family meals and anything you might want for beach play. Our grown kids LOVED the ping pong table in the garage!

Great host. Wonderful location with beautiful views. Slept every night to the sound of the waves. Very clean house with spacious balcony. Stocked very well with basic and high quality necessities. Would highly recommend!

We had an incredible stay at this gorgeous Malibu Airbnb! I stayed with my daughter, her friends, and their mom, and it was perfect for our little getaway. The location is amazing — the view was so stunning we actually stayed in just to enjoy it. The home is beautifully designed, very comfortable, and has a luxurious, upscale feel. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

I cannot put in words what a fantastic experience we had! Absolutely lovely place with everything you could need and more! Beautiful design, great amenities, fantastic location! Would stay again in a heartbeat!

This place was perfect for a weekend away! So happy we stayed here. It’s about an hour away from both Malibu and Santa Barbara!
