My guests and I had a really great time here. The home was so nice and we felt so comfortable. Everything available was really great.

Overall a great stay and home base for exploring the area. We stayed with our toddler and the bin of books and toys was awesome and kept him pretty occupied. I also appreciated the easy checkout and not having to do a billion things before leaving because its hard enough to get a 2 year old out the door! The host was responsive and let us check in a little early.

Un séjour magnifique dans les montagnes!!! La maison était cozy et bien décorée, et nous avons pu profiter de la cour de la piscine à tous les jours. Emma et sa famille étaient vraiment charmants, gentils et discrets; nous avions toute notre intimité. Si vous aimez les randonnées, il y en a une multitude dans les alentours à moins de 15 minutes de voiture. Nous visiterons à nouveau, c’est certain :)

My husband, dog, and I enjoyed our staycation at Jamie’s cottage! The neighborhood was very quiet, check-in was easy, and there was always parking in front of the house. There are also some walkable restaurants/coffee shops, and it’s a very quick drive to downtown Ventura. We would absolutely stay here again!

Cozy cottage in beautiful surroundings. It is an ideal getaway for the hustle and bustle of the city. The cottage is located within walking distance of hiking trails. Few minutes from PCH and local restaurants. It is rustic but cozy and clean with all the basic amenities. The beds were comfortable with extra mattresses for the daybed and the sofa pullout. Sean and Amber were very helpful and responsive to our needs with detailed check in instructions. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the surroundings.

The guest house was cosy and very clean. It was walking distance to our family who we were in town to visit. Our hosts were friendly, accommodating and made wonderful baked goods. We had a great visit!

Steve's place is one of the nicest Airbnb's we've stayed at. The furnishings, appliances, and attention to detail were better than what we usually find in Airbnb's. Highly recommended.

Hector was very hospitable and prompt in responding to any questions. Cottage was 100% accurate to posted pictures, clean and quiet environment making it a peaceful and restful stay for our long weekend. Very centralized to all activities we did throughout our stay. Thank you!

Beautiful, private cottage setting in Summerland. 15 minutes away from Santa Barbara, where we attended a wedding. The place is much bigger than it looks in the pictures. Super quiet at night, private, and we had breakfast on the cozy front porch!

We highly recommend this beautiful retreat in Simi Valley! The hosts are incredible & very personable and bent over backwards to help us feel welcome & accommodated our every request. They made us feel like we were old family friends! The landscaping was so pretty & peaceful & the Casita was perfect for the 4 of us, with each bedroom having its own bathroom. We didn’t worry about disturbing each other since they were on opposite sides of the Casita. Everything was provided & a clear manual was provided. Highly recommended- would definitely love to stay there again!

It was clean, comfortable, quiet and safe. The neighborhood was lovely and the beach access was easy, if you’re okay with steps. Susan was an excellent host. She was there if I needed anything, but not intrusive. I highly recommend her place, and I’d happily stay there again.

My daughter and I loved Gina’s place. We would stay there again. The bungalow was cozy and had a super comfortable bed. Great restaurants are down the street, and beautiful beach access is just a 5-minute walk away. Summerland is such a cute town. We had a great weekend!

I wasn't at the place for long because I was using it as a space to work for a day, so my review probably isn't extremely helpful to those who are staying here for a longer period of time or are on vacation to a new location. But Ed's place was great. It matched the listing. I am very familiar with the area, as I grew up int he area. It is very nice, quite, and safe. Had I been visiting Santa Monica from somewhere else, this place would be a great spot for a single person or couple who are visiting SoCal and needed a place to rest their heads in between sightseeing. It felt like a spot that my wife and I would have stayed in when we used to travel on a budget prior to having a family. The spot very much served its purpose for my use for the day. I plan on using Ed's place in the future if I need a quite place to work for a day or two.

It was a wonderful place to spend time with the family! The interior is also well decorated. The only thing is that it is hard to drive to get there. The road is super bumpy so be careful!

The host Linda was very responsive. We were evacuated due to the Palisades and other wild fires, and we were very disappointed! But Linda called in the middle of the night telling us we had to leave. Power went out eventually in the unit and we returned quickly to retrieve all of our belongings. We were able to go and stay with friends we were supposed to be visiting. Since the situation was so terrible, we arranged to leave early for our second destination and Linda was very gracious about refunding our early departure and Airb&b was very helpful and refunded our entire stay. Hopefully, when we return for our son’s wedding in May we will have the full experience!

Highly recommend staying at Kelli’s place. Incredible view, very private and the place itself has everything you need. It’s close to organic cafe TLC and the pine circle which also has some very cute shops. Staying just for the view itself is well worth it! Kelli is very responsive and helpful in assisting with anything you need. Cannot fault a thing. Will be looking out to stay at Kelli’s place again if we are in Topanga. Thank you Kelli!

What a delightful place, and communicative and thoughtful hosts. The accessibility features are absolutely top notch. If you do need accessible parking just communicate clearly with them so that they know. The space is large and comfortable and we hope to return.

This is the second time we are staying at this lovely place. We love the hosts and love the house too. Views are great from the house; a ton of trails nearby if you’re keen and a very nice cafe just a few mins by walk. It’s also super convenient to get to Calabasas or Malibu. We would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone. 5 stars for the place and the hosts !

The guest house was private and quiet as advertised. Check-in could not have been easier. Elaine welcomed us the moment we arrived and was friendly throughout. I was looking for a safe, quiet spot for my mother to stay near my house and this definitely delivered. Would recommended 100%! Thanks again

We had a delightful time staying at Stacees place! It was very clean, TONs of amenities, even if your forgot a toothbrush there was extra (brand new of course)! The tv swivel was perfect to watch on the couch and the bed. I personally love old Chatsworth and being back in the canyon. The People living on the property were very kind and good to talk too. There dog was supper cute to 😊. Overall a great experience and am interested booking again !

This is our second stay at Zeev’s beautiful property. We’ve been so comfortable both times and find it so much nicer than a hotel stay. The studio is very clean, light filled and spacious. It is attractively furnished and the bed very comfortable. We enjoyed making breakfast in the full kitchen. The shower had great hot water and water pressure. The yard has birds, beautiful trees and lovely sitting areas. The location is perfect and in a great neighborhood. We look forward to our next stay.
