A Perfect Getaway! We had such a wonderful stay at this charming rental! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The house was cozy, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated with so much attention to detail. Every comfort you could think of was thoughtfully provided—from the fully stocked kitchen to the soft, luxurious linens. The beds were incredibly comfortable; we all slept so well! The whole process, from booking to check-in, was seamless, and the owners were a pleasure to work with—friendly, responsive, and accommodating. It’s clear they’ve put so much care into making this home a special place for guests. Although it’s conveniently close to the beach and some great restaurants, we found ourselves not wanting to leave the house—it was just that lovely and relaxing. All the extra touches truly made this feel like a home away from home. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Can we go back on vacation?! What a beautiful vacation home to stay and spend our family spring break! The house was wonderful, great location, close enough to LA, Malibu, and other great towns but far enough away that your feel secluded. We never heard a plane or any sirens the whole time we were at the house. One of my favorite spots was sitting in the spa when a warm breeze would drift the smell of lavender, rosemary, blooming wisteria, orange and lemon trees.... The kids enjoyed the pool and living room where we played a lot of cards and board games. There were many hiking paths within 20 min or less locations. Todd was very accommodating, the house was well stocked with essentials and simple touches that made you feel right at home. We will return in the future for sure!

Staying at Danna's place was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed and at home. The location was perfect — close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet, allowing us to fully relax and recharge. Danna is an incredible host! She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, being super responsive throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be back! Coni’s house was lovely. It was well stocked, well appointed, stylish and cozy. She was very friendly and helpful but gave us our privacy. The neighborhood is in a good location, 15 min drive to SoFi Stadium and less than 10 min to the beach. There is a park in the neighborhood with a playground for kids. Would definitely stay here again.

Thanks to perfect instructions, we had a wonderful stay!! If you’re local-ish, bring your own pillows 🫣 but it was a great set up, parking included, and trader joes/target right downstairs for anything else you need!

Had a great time staying at Steve’s place. Perfect location, close to the beach - really convenient for a trip with some friends.

I cannot imagine how different my stay in Los Angeles would have been if I hadn't stayed at Roman's place. The Appartment has everything you need and more. it has parking which in LA gives you lots of peace of mind. Located within walkable distance from Downtown Santa Monica and the Pier. it's simply unbeatable!

Barbara is an excellent host. Very personable, kind, considerate and provided a very lenient check out time which was helpful because I ended up getting sick. The resident cat, Maumau, made our stay even better. Maumau is the cutest, cuddliest, sweetest cat queen. It was very thoughtful for Barbara to provide tea, coffee eggs, snacks, and other drinks. We are very grateful for you and your husband, as well as Maumau. Look forward to coming back when I’m feeling better. Thank you ☺️

We loved our stay at Elena’s place. It was private and peaceful. It was wonderfully close to the beach as well as Carpinteria window shopping and restaurants. It was nicely stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend to friends and hope to visit again ourselves.

Perfect location and very nice apartment, with fresh high-quality linens and towels. It is fully-priced and has some nice amenities, but in other ways does need some attention, esp. at the price. The TV was effectively non-functional — host said he would replace it but that wasn't going to help me. The kitchen is also outdated with a partially broken faucet and both too much clutter and yet some odd omissions: normal enough for a vacation rental, but for the price these should be taken care of. Harry is however a lovely gentleman and you will not regret the location.

Sydny's place was well-appointed, comfortable, and relaxing. She was responsive & helpful, and the place was close to many conveniences. I definitely recommend her place as a great landing spot for exploring Santa Monica. And if you are from San Francisco, don't miss Tartine's Santa Monica on Arizona & 20th! It's just a few blocks away from Sydny's and the whole place is great with beautiful indoor & outdoor spaces and of course, great food.

This Airbnb stay was an absolute gem! The location couldn't have been more perfect. It’s just a short, pleasant walk away from a pristine and quiet beach where we could unwind and relax without the crowds. The neighborhood itself exudes tranquility and safety, making it an ideal retreat. Plus, it’s conveniently close to all sorts of amenities, from local eateries to ethnic shops. Norma and Uni truly went above and beyond. They were incredibly responsive, promptly addressing any queries and catering to our needs. Their attentiveness and hospitality added a personal touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. Whether you’re seeking a peaceful beach getaway or a cozy base to explore the area, this place checks all the boxes. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely great private location!! Very quiet! It was the perfect get away for a couple of nights! Can’t beat being right on the ocean like this place is! No people or foot traffic on beach out in front of your deck! Perfect!! We will definitely return again!!

My wife and I spent a weekend at Eileen’s and all I can say is, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had on AirBnB. Eileen was super helpful and responsive, sent clear instructions, the place was exactly what we were hoping it would be, and Carpinteria is a beautiful town, wonderful people. We cannot recommend Eileen’s place strongly enough!

Great place on a great beach, plus pool and jacuzzi! Crystal was a wonderful host—easy to deal with, responsive and clearly cared about ensuring we shad a good stay.
