Had a fantastic stay! Ivan and April were wonderful hosts... the place was perfect for my stay. It was in a community of cottages but felt very private, it was quiet, and the hot tub was a nice addition. Although, it was close to the highway, you'd never know it. Thanks again!

This is a very cute place. We liked that it was two blocks from little restaurants, stores, and a bookstore (that was less crowded than the downtown strip!). Lots of great teas and coffee and comfy beds!

**An Amazing Stay!** We had an incredible five-night stay at this wonderful Airbnb after our wedding, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. The comfortable furniture and cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. We slept like babies in the super comfy bed! The neighborhood was fantastic, and we enjoyed surfing every day and indulging in delicious meals. You have to check out Malibu Brew Co and get a burger and a couple of beers. The hosts were exceptional—they clearly know how to run an Airbnb and made our experience unforgettable. This is definitely one of the best Airbnb’s I have ever stayed in. I very highly recommend.

Our stay here was quick, but just what we were looking for—peaceful and quiet. Our family of six stayed, and one reason we chose it was because each of our four kids would have their own bed. No pillow barriers needed haha. Speaking of beds, these were the *most* comfortable ones we’ve used at an AirBnB. The space was comfy, inviting, and super cool. We loved looking at all the music industry memorabilia, too; what a neat legacy for Michele to share with her AirBnB guests! One thing to note: the place is a converted garage so it is cooled and heated with a mini-split. It wasn’t turned on when we got there, and we wish it had been because it was a pretty cold, drizzly night (December) and took a long time to heat up. So if you stay here, maybe request that it be turned on in advance of your arrival. I’m sure the property management wouldn’t mind at all because they were nothing but accommodating and welcoming. Our big family felt lucky to find this place to stay while in the area.

Paul's Avo-Cottage was so perfect for our family-of-four's trip to Carpinteria. The setting was so beautiful and serene. The hot tub was particularly delightful ... we felt truly at home and at peace. We would absolutely stay again!

Highly recommend! The place was exactly as described and shown in the images. Hosts were great and super responsive. Made sure that everything was going well. Lots of area recommendations were provided. And with the spacious backyard, this is a great spot if you have a dog!

We absolutely adore this house! Second time here and always such a pleasure! The location is perfect - close to Summerland and all the shops/restaurants in Montecito . The beds are incredibly comfortable and the kitchen is perfect for cooking. We loved sitting by the fireplace with a glass of wine at night. We honestly can’t wait to come back!

George’s place was the perfect beach getaway! The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location can't be beat - just a short walk to the beach made it so convenient to enjoy the sand and surf. The host was welcoming and check-in was a breeze. I had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone looking for an amazing beach vacation. Five stars all the way!

Darryl’s beach cottage is relaxing, peaceful, and private for the ultimate ocean getaway with a nostalgic feel and modern amenities. It’s fully stocked with everything needed for a comfortable and restful stay. You arrive and see a breathtaking view and hear the roar of the ocean’s friendly greeting on a large patio with comfortable outdoor furniture, a BBQ, and charcoal (there was even sunscreen inside.) Darryl thought of everything for this studio cottage…kitchen is fully stocked with condiments, necessities, and cookware (it was our anniversary and Darryl had snacks and bevs waiting for us.) The bathroom has skin friendly soaps, plenty of nice towels and TP that isn’t the cheap scratchy stuff! Don’t get me started on the comfortable bed, my husband and I have different sleeping preferences and we both slept well on the bed, pillows and linens. It faces a large TV and we watched our fave show in comfort and style (we’re hoping to get the same bed now.) We’ll definitely return ASAP!

This was an amazing stay for my wife and I's honeymoon. Not only is it a 10 minute walk to the beach, but has quick and easy access to Santa Barbara and Ventura. Reina was kind, helpful, and was always available if we had any questions!

Jennifer's Cottage was the perfect little bungalow for our night in Summerland/Montecito. It's a small space, but the group of bungalows together would be cute for a small group where everyone needs their own room. Aidan was communicative and easy to chat with for instructions and anything we needed help with.

Perfect stay in Geraldine's cottage nestled in the Santa Monica Mountains. It was adorable! The house was clean, safe, comfortable and relaxing. Super close to Malibu and the freeway. Nice walk to the Old Place in the morning to grab a cup of coffee where I go to see some Peacocks. I will be back.

I had a last minute request for my employees and Bernabe’s property was perfect. Very quiet and easy to access.

My girlfriend and our dog stayed with here on New Years Eve for a quick getaway from LA. It was perfect. Ivan and April were l responsive, helpful and just super sweet. We had a great stay and it helped us start of 2025 off right Thank you!

Excellent stay. My wife and I stayed there for 8 nights in late February and our experience was in line with the Airbnb add and reviews. Clean house, spacious, comfortable and practical for two people. The kitchen is well equipped and we prepared most our meals there. Easy drive to town (6-8 minutes). The house is surrounded by cute little citrus ranches and beautiful houses. Tyler is a generous host and the house was stocked with amenities and goodies upon our arrival. Also of note, we had to do a number of zoom calls from the house and Tyler’s WiFi handled it without a problem. All in all a flawless stay, I wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else upon my next visit to Ojai. Thank You Tyler for hosting us !

You will never stay in an Airbnb as beautiful or with a host as accommodating. Fari and Nina set the bar for what an Airbnb experience should be. Upon arrival we were greeted by Fari and his lovely wife Nina and made to feel immediately at home. We were lost for words for how beautiful both the location was and also the quality of the property's finish and all of it's contents (the kitchen is better equipped than our kitchen at home!) Fari went the extra mile to ensure we had the most enjoyable trip and were treated like family, as opposed to tenants, throughout the whole stay - whilst also ensuring we had all the privacy we needed. Fari ensured we felt settled in Malibu - providing local expertise and guidance to all the wonderful hiking trails and flora & fauna in the area and showing us the sites. Not forgetting the best daily smoothies! We are truly grateful to both Fari and Nina for having us at their home, and leave feeling like we've gained new friends for life. Until next time

This was our second time staying at Pretty in Pink. It was comfortable homey and spacious! Perfect amount of furnishings for cottage. Stayed extra days and was supplied with extra towels as well as a cleaning service offered

Nice, clean and quiet studio with all you need to stay. Great kitchen appliances for warming up food, and making quick meals, laundry and refrigerators. I stayed for a longer period and all supplies was available for entire period. Cleanness was MUST for me and it was up to my full satisfaction. Place is close (by drive) to many restaurants and great places for hiking, running/walking and also biking.

WE LOVED OUR STAY AT EVOLVE! THE SUNSETS IN VENTURA WERE AMAZING AND WE SO ENJOYED THE VIEW OF THE ISLANDS AND THE VENTURA PIER. THE BED AND PILLOWS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE. IT WAS QUIET AND TRANQUEL SITTING ON THE DECK AS WE ENJOYED THE WILD LIFE WITH A GOOD CUP OF COFFEE. WE WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN.
