Great place to stay. Everything was really clean and organized. If I had to be nit picky about something, I wish there were bigger bowls to eat out of in the kitchen and more trash bags. Besides that, Rajvir was a great host and very responsive. You have access to the gym and pool during your stay and I felt very safe in the gated community.

You cannot beat the hot tub and pool access along with the sounds of the waves crashing at night from the room. We had a couple hiccups during our stay and the host was incredibly responsive. Very clean space with many amenities.

This host was amazing. Quick & easy to communicate with. I had to book this place last minute because the previous Santa Barbara reservation cancelled on me the day before the wedding. This house was close enough to Santa Barbara to make it an easy trip, yet peaceful, walkable, & affordable. AND DOG FRIENDLY!! Thank you for a great, stress free stay. Cute home too!

This isn't our first time and will not be our last. I was so happy this place was available for our dates. It is the first we look for when trying to find an affordable, quiet, and private place. Has an amazing kitchen, bathroom, and master bed and we absolutely love it here. Amazing find and the best place ever to stay at with what you get and price. In a VERY quiet community but very close to the life of the beach, the amazing foods, malls, and theaters. Also close enough to LA but far enough from the hustle and bussle as well as traffic. Only reason to give this place a 1 star is so I can keep this great find to myself!😁

This location is very close to Pepperdine in Malibu, which is what we were looking for. Additionally, the access to covered parking was an unexpected value-add that we really appreciated. Ultimately, the convenience of the location coupled with the security of being behind a gate and having covered parking were huge positives. I plan on staying there again when I return for Pepperdine classes.

We loved our stay. It was a wonderful spot for our family to find peace during a trying time. A few short minutes from a very lightly trafficked beach; we could not have asked for a better place to stay. We are so grateful for the accommodations!

Shamim’s place was perfect. It’s a really nice condo in a cute neighborhood. Hueneme beach is indeed only a 5 minute walk from the condo and is a really beautiful beach. The club house indoor pool and hot tub were also a great bonus for our stay. We really appreciate the clear instructions before our arrival and the amenities were nice. The beds were comfortable and the living room with the large tv was nice for a family movie night one evening. The condo is also close to Point Magu State Park which was another highlight of our trip hiking and checking out tide pools. We had a really nice stay and a fantastic trip!

This was our second extended winter stay in Julie’s apartment. It was just as nice and convenient as we had remembered it. In addition, the heated pool and hot tub renovations were completed, which made this year even better than last year. Whether it was a hot, sunny day or a cloudy, cool one, the hot tub was SO relaxing. We slept so well on the comfortable King bed and cooked some delicious meals in the well furnished kitchen. The small patio is just right for enjoying an afternoon drink while watching the Acorn Woodpeckers and hummingbirds. A great spot!

I frequently stay in Airbnbs and it’s super rare to come across a host that genuinely cares about providing a comfortable and relaxing experience for their guests. Johnny does exactly that while going above and beyond to ensure a peaceful living environment. He’s extremely friendly and a great person to share an apartment with. This is the perfect Airbnb for anyone who intends to be equally as considerate in maintaining the tranquility of the space. The apartment features high quality bedding, ample storage space, and a balcony that overlooks a beautiful creek with luscious trees. There are really nice hiking trails all around the area as well as a gym in the complex for those that want to stay active. I don’t drive and could find everything I need within walking distance of the apartment.

Me and my family loved this place, from the inside and out. This place has a beautiful view of the beach sunset and in general a really relaxing experience. This is a sweet little beach condo! It was very clean and well-decorated! The setup with the two bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for our group. We also appreciated that it was dog-friendly. The home is in a gated community. During your initial check-in, the host lets you in through the visitor gate. You're then supposed to receive a clicker that allows you to let yourself in through the resident gate. Through no fault of the host's, the resident gate wasn't working, so the host had to let us in each time we wanted to enter. This presented some challenge for us, but Roza was very apologetic, responsive, and went out of her way to make sure that she was available for us each and every time we needed access through the gate. Easily the most attentive Airbnb host we've ever had! We would be happy to stay here again the next time we're in the area!!

Such a great stay! We absolutely loved this home and would definitely come back. The sunsets alone were beyond breathtaking. Cooking in that kitchen with the view of the ocean made preparing every meal a pure pleasure. An unexpected bonus was the garage gym—really solid! We got in a couple of workouts! The art is incredible and the interior design is magazine-worthy. My favorite AirBnB I have ever stayed in. Thank you again!

I would go back again and again! I was lucky to get the dates and times it presented and I took it! So glad I did! The waves cleared my mind and the sunset was beautiful. The beach walk was so peaceful and I felt like it was just my personal ocean (hardly no one in sight). Thank you Amber for allowing me the opportunity to stay in this castle! I will be back!

This was one of the most beautiful Airbnbs I've ever stayed in. I needed a place that could accommodate a large family because we were visiting town for a wedding. It was everything we needed. The host was so accommodating and seemed to do everything they could to make sure my family was comfortable. The home also had everything we needed during the stay. My mom had an unexpected medical emergency as well and even in expressing that to the host, they were so kind and caring. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! TOTALLY WORTH IT!!!! I pray they remain successful for years to come.

Beautiful spacious home in a lovely neighborhood. It was the perfect landing pad for our family to rest and connect. Anything you need super close in proximity. Beds comfy, space clean, and very easy to get to.

I come in to the area for Family events and stay at the 4-Seasons Hotel. I will take the Connor's house over the 4-Seasons Hotel any day of the week. Location Great, Clean, everything you would possible need is there for you. Looking forward to my next stay.

The property was exceptional. The house was just as it looked in photos and was extremely clean, cozy and homy. Moreover, it smelled amazing. Victoria is an amazing hostess. Appreciated all the treats you left for us on the kitchen counter. Hoping to come back in the future
