This is such a great little place! The back patio is magical. Everything in town is walkable. We really enjoyed our stay!

The host Linda was very responsive. We were evacuated due to the Palisades and other wild fires, and we were very disappointed! But Linda called in the middle of the night telling us we had to leave. Power went out eventually in the unit and we returned quickly to retrieve all of our belongings. We were able to go and stay with friends we were supposed to be visiting. Since the situation was so terrible, we arranged to leave early for our second destination and Linda was very gracious about refunding our early departure and Airb&b was very helpful and refunded our entire stay. Hopefully, when we return for our son’s wedding in May we will have the full experience!

This was the perfect overnight spot for us - clean, quiet, dog friendly. We spent most of our time at the beach and appreciated a comfortable bed and warm heater to come home to, with blackout curtains that ensured we could all sleep in. All around great stay!

Un séjour magnifique dans les montagnes!!! La maison était cozy et bien décorée, et nous avons pu profiter de la cour de la piscine à tous les jours. Emma et sa famille étaient vraiment charmants, gentils et discrets; nous avions toute notre intimité. Si vous aimez les randonnées, il y en a une multitude dans les alentours à moins de 15 minutes de voiture. Nous visiterons à nouveau, c’est certain :)

Jennifer & Mike made everything so easy for me when I checked-in. The directions they gave me were very detail oriented. This place was spotlessly clean & the inside looked just like the photos, only better! The space itself was just perfect & had everything I could ever possibly need! Jennifer even left me lots of snacks which I appreciate. The property was just beautiful, surrounded by all the trees & tons of wildlife. It is so quiet and serene. The bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby every night. I always felt safe there if I was coming home after dark; as it is very well lit. Jennifer gave the best recommendations for things to do in the area. It is close to literally everything. I wish we had the chance to chat more, as Jennifer is so thoughtful and sweet. Their dogs are so friendly and adorable. I really felt sorry to leave & go back to reality! I already can't wait to come back! Thank you for making my stay so special!

This place is absolutely STUNNING! The views are absolutely incredible and better than pictured. The studio itself is designed with efficiency in mind with the amount of space and has all the essentials. We traveled with our two dogs and 1 year old who loved the fenced yard so much! It was truly such a beautiful space with a yard and view worth every penny! Not to mention, Summerland is a super cute town such a close drive to SB! We truly enjoyed our stay and absolutely will be back!

We've stayed in Tim's RV spot twice now and it's the perfect little getaway retreat in a beautiful part of California. You can tell Tim is a landscape designer, as the entire setting is very private and intentionally curated for solitude. It won't be our last trip here and highly recommend the nearby Loon Point beach, should you have a fur friend with you.

Jeffery’s place was a beautiful little cottage! I loved being able to see the mountains every morning. Very peaceful neighborhood.

Wonderful Airbnb and responsive host! Would stay again

We used Lemon and Avacado Inn as home base for our son’s wedding. We loved both properties. It was so quiet and beautiful!!! Sheryl was so responsive. This location allowed us to get some quiet time during a busy weekend. I highly recommend the property.

Great location in Simi Valley, California. Private free-standing home (new build last 10 years) in back yard of another house on large lot with manicured landscaping and lighting. Host Jayes is very engaging and helpful. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

This Airbnb was perfect for our weekend getaway! The location was great, close to everything we wanted to see, and the guest house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was also very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Gina was a great host - her instructions were accurate and easy to follow. The small studio with a deck for sitting outside is situated in beautiful Summerland. It’s a five minute walk from the beach. Summertown itself has a number of good places for brekfast and an excellent bookshop (Godmother). The bathroom was very clean and spacious and the bed comfortable.

This was a great private spot, we went there for our wedding getaway and it was phenomenal!

We loved the clean, welcoming, and beautifully equipped private space. The full kitchen was quite useful for us. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Only a short walk to grocery, pharmacy, and some restaurants. WiFi worked well for streaming. The fireplace was a nice touch.

Yuval has a great property! The Airbnb is quiet, clean, and in a great location! The kitchen includes every appliance you could need and there is plenty of space for one or two people to stay (plus pets!). Yuval has been extremely accommodating and kind, I would highly recommend booking!

We loved staying here. Travis and Audra are such warm and welcoming and friendly hosts. This was our second time staying here and we hope to return!

We loved Sophia's place! We had a private entrance, and everything was clean and organized. Will definitely return the next time we visit family!

Overall amazing experience. Wonderful location. Fantastic views, especially sunset. Close to PCH. Close to hiking. Secure with gate. Parking spot just for you. Had a moment with the stairs but loved them. Her art is all over the walls and they’re absolutely wonderful. Really enjoyed the red palms one in particular. Amenities that I didn’t even use but loved having the option (nespresso). Would absolutely stay here again.

We had a delightful time staying at Stacees place! It was very clean, TONs of amenities, even if your forgot a toothbrush there was extra (brand new of course)! The tv swivel was perfect to watch on the couch and the bed. I personally love old Chatsworth and being back in the canyon. The People living on the property were very kind and good to talk too. There dog was supper cute to 😊. Overall a great experience and am interested booking again !

Our stay at Oscar’s mountain home was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease. The check-in process was a breeze with clear instructions and a cozy red door that made the entrance easy to find. The house itself is charming, spotless, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The thermostat was preset to a comfortable temperature, but easy to adjust, and the WiFi was fast and reliable. We especially appreciated the access to the fenced backyard—our dogs had the best time exploring and enjoying the fresh mountain air while we relaxed on the deck. The bed was super comfortable, and all the little touches—from the welcome sign to the peaceful setting—made it feel like a true retreat. Oscar was a kind and responsive host, and it’s clear he cares deeply about his guests’ comfort. If you’re looking for a peaceful, pet-friendly escape with beautiful surroundings and a touch of mountain magic, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back!
