This is our second stay at Nili’s place. And if we are in the area again we would stay here. A big beautiful home with fruit trees, birds, and a pool. We were even visited by a pair of owls who have a nest in tree on the hillside. Very clean home in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of toys for the little ones if they accompany you on the visit. If you need a rental in this area, I highly recommend this home.

Wow—what a stay! I booked this place for a friends' retreat, and it was absolutely perfect. The views? Breathtaking. The house? Spotless and filled with fun, unique decor that made us smile at every turn. The beds were so comfy it was like sleeping on clouds (which made our late-night chats even harder to end!). And the host? An absolute rockstar—super responsive and made sure everything was perfect. Waking up to those views every morning was pure magic. Already planning our next getaway here!

I’ve been on Airbnb for almost a decade now, and this was one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had on the platform. Truly an unexaggerated, 5 star stay. From the warm, responsive interactions upon booking to the accommodation for a late check out to go the extra mile, Jordon and her team truly went above and beyond their hosting responsibilities. Can’t wait to book this place again with my family and friends—a private paradise within the Malibu mountains. :)

What a great place to stay! 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and plenty of room for our family of 5. Extremely clean. We enjoyed the TVs, foosball table and pool table. Loved the big kitchen table as we like to play cards. Nice pool but we didn't use it since it was cold out. Would definitely stay here again when back in town. Nice quiet neighborhood but still close to restaurants and shopping. Great hosts too!

Julie has created a true sanctuary. Her home was perfect for our gathering of longtime friends looking for a peaceful environment to reconnect. Cozy nooks to sit in & enjoy, an inspiring library to leaf through, thoughtful decor, a spacious yoga studio, and a wonderful kitchen to prepare meals in. We highly recommend her unique and special home~

Comfortable place in a quiet complex with private entry to the beach. Convenient location to explore the area from.

Overall a great place to stay in Malibu. Ideal location on the beach with its own private entrance. The house was complete furnished as described. If you plan to airbnb keep in mind that this place uses a septic tank. If you are not used to the smell of the septic tank it may throw you off. It wasn't a nasty smell but a unique odors that we needed to address occasionally with candles and airing out the unit.

William provided clear and helpful instructions. We arrived late and had no issues entering gated area and the space was easy to find. It was a clean space, with a fully stocked kitchen, calming vibes throughout the community. We enjoyed walks on the beach. Great location! It looks like the pictures. Hope to return again soon. Our family had a wonderful time at this space. The unit was comfortable, spacious and very well stocked. We enjoyed the short hike along the bluffs to watch dolphins and seals. We spent hours on the wonderful beach steps away. The comfortable heated pool and hot tub were a great way to end the day. We would love to return one day.

The apartment was outstanding! Judy has excellent taste, and it shows in every detail. The space was not only spacious but also very well maintained and impeccably clean. We had no trouble finding parking on the street, and the location was perfect with easy access to supermarkets and the freeway. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely rent this place again in the future. Highly recommended!

Rob is definitely a super host, and the location is so enjoyable, with walking distance to the sand, and town! My fiance and I will definitely look forward to another stay, and recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm relaxing get away.

Great Place to stay very roomy cozy comfortable easy to get too. Great location place was immaculate and had everything from cooking and all dishes had coffee machine and coffee. Michael is a great host! Will definitely stay here again!
