We had a great visit. The house is in a perfect location and close to the beach. You can walk or ride bikes to the restaurants, bar, and little store in the neighborhood. the house is well stocked and loved the bikes, beach toys, chairs and wagons. we definitely would rent again.

Lisa was a fantastic host and easy to communicate with. The house was clean, just as described, and well-stocked. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and a stroll to the beach.

Ians Place was perfect for our family getaway, hes a great host made sure everything was running perfect, the place was clean we had no problems at all, we will definitely be booking at again on our next trip to california. Thank you for everything

This was our first time staying here, and it was great! Perfect set up for a relaxing weekend, with a great combination of things to do (including beach time with the provided equipment) and relaxing at the house (including the great kitchen and dining setup). Super convenient parking too!

Our family booked this house for Thanksgiving week. It is in a quiet neighborhood with amazing views. The house was very clean and uncluttered. We had an amazing time together cooking, playing games and walking around the neighborhood. We would definitely stay again!!

This peaceful, private space was a perfect getaway to explore the surrounding area. Teri provides excellent communication before and during your stay with clear, helpful instructions and friendly recommendations. The space was very well stocked with basics / amenities. We especially enjoyed watching hummingbirds in the garden, maybe the best shower ever, and the beautiful ocean view! We would absolutely say here again.

Sshh, don't tell, Thousand Oaks is a location dream, and Daniels place is an oasis. The bird watching alone, from the sun dappled patio, is next level. Of note, the MCM furniture is the real deal and we as guests, ought treat it with due care & respect.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It is updated and comfortable, with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again. A great value for the price and location, with a 10 minute walk to the beach and short drive to downtown and the pier.
