The great!: No fuss or hassles with keeping the pool heated = even during the first week when we were in the 50’s and 60’s. Pool: 86. Also, no hassle with our little King Charles - she loved it and the house lends itself to a comfortable time with a pet. Even though the house is older, everything is refreshed or replaced, and the kitchen and bathrooms (except for the shower enclosures which are “old” and a little low for my head). Clean! Basketball goal on the pool, and great fruit trees (lemon, orange and grapefruit)! Costco - only about a mile away, and Desert Ridge - one exit west on the 101 from Cave Creek Rd. We were 15 minutes away from our old favorite restaurants in North Scottsdale. This was a comfortable house, although there were only 2 of us, but we had a couple of friends over and the house works great! The not so great: One thing: the monstrous lighting fixture in the living room - and it’s the only light in there really - is in serious need of a dimmer!

It was our first time in the area and we spent spring break here. We hand the most relaxing time in this beautiful home. Everything was as described and even the neighbors were so friendly!

We had a wonderful stay at Nicole’s place. It had everything needed for a group of 3 couples to relax, play games, cook great meals, hang out in a wonderful hottub and look at the stars-even a shooting star! We loved how the host made the effort to make it just like home. There were extra plugs on every bedside table for plugging in our phones. There were some spices, cooking oil and coffees. There as enough dishwasher and laundry pucks and soaps and everything you’d need other than bringing your food. Sadly, we didn’t realize there were more pool towels and bath towels than what were obvious until we were doing some laundry on our last day. Not a huge deal at all. Our bad for not looking in all the cupboards. Be sure to check the laundry room cupboard if you need extra. Sedona is a magical place and if we ever return, we would be sure to book this home.

Edgar was a great host. The place was clean and ready on time. Felt very secure inside the home itself and it was very inviting. The area seems like it isn’t the “best” but Edgar’s home is a gem in the neighborhood.

Luke was such a great host, he was very prompt with his responses and made sure we all felt right at home. The property was absolutely amazing and looked even better than the photos, and the location and surrounding neighborhood was just the right amount of secluded yet we did not feel alone. We all came to relax and this was the perfect place to do that. The hot tub and heated pool were so awesome, as well as the rest of the outdoor space. Luke really made such good use of every inch of the property. All of the bathrooms were fully stocked with toiletries; I really liked that he had a blow dryer and a curling iron for the girls. The kitchen had everything we could have needed to cook or grill outside and the multiple outdoor eating areas were great. It was also very very clean inside and out! I can’t say enough good things about our stay here and our host Luke. All in all it was such an amazing trip and a very hard place to leave. We very much look forward to returning next year.

We could have come with nothing but our clothes and medications. She had everything else! So many details considered! Ashley went upbove and beyond with constant communication. We had asked if ther was a cooler we could use. We planned to buy one, but she had one waiting for us when we got there. She had snacks and treats set out for us on the counter and seasonings and oils in the cupboards, and condiments and drinks in the fridge! Toiletries were stocked! when we were done swimming in the heated pool and hot tub, there was still a closet full of games to play. We were never bored! beds and couch were so compfy, and she had many many towels! Big washer and dryer to use. location was perfect and quiet. she also had many things sticked for babies. We didn't need that, but I noticed it was set up for small children as well. We felt so spoiled! we will definitely come back!

Gorgeous house perfect for a bachelorette. Very clean and great communication apart from perhaps excessive automated messages haha. A short uber drive to Old Town and other popular destinations.

Amazing stay that fit our party of 8 adults very well. All of the bedrooms were immaculate as well as the rest of the house. Mark is a very caring and responsive host. We were unfortunately unable to use the hot tub pool, but Mark ensured that we were compensated. Overall, an excellent choice to stay if you have a single big family, or you are out with a few couples! Highly recommend!

This was a great find for our family on spring break. Spacious enough for our family of 4 and the backyard was a hit! The home office space was very helpful, beds were extremely comfortable, delicious citrus trees in the yard - we truly enjoyed every part of our stay and would recommend it to anyone!

It is our third time staying here in March & we love it every time we come!!! The back yard is beautiful, a great get away from the busyness of life!!!! Shanie & Billy are gracious hosts & you can be sure that all your needs will be met. They go the extra mile when it comes to amenities in the home!!!! You have to come & stay, to find out for yourself, what they are!

We had a fantastic stay at Downtown Prescott! Spencer’s place was beautiful and reminded us of a BnB in Vermont we stayed at years ago, but all to ourselves. The house is a registered historic building and had such lovely charm and character. Great energy and beautiful light coming through upstairs in the afternoon. Great proximity to downtown. We walked there every day for lunch, yet on a very quiet street with no thru-traffic. There was clearly a lot of care that has gone into the space and continues to do it. The owner came by to plan what landscaping they wanted to do in the spring, showing the level of care for upkeep. Yet they were very respectful of us being in the space and did not interrupt us at all. The bathrooms were probably our biggest challenge. There are two bedrooms upstairs, both bathrooms are on the main floor. The bathroom with the shower is quite small. Overall the house was very comfortable and very good to us. We would gladly return!

The views out the front windows were incredible. The location was great. It is an easy walk to town. We saw 15 javelinas in the backyard one night. It has a hot tub. Kitchen was well equipped. Jim and Kathy made up a folder with laminated pages with lots of ideas on things to do and how everything works in the house. It is a high end rental with a high cost but well worth what you get for the money. Being able to walk to town and having spectacular views of fed rock formations out every window was very special.

Had a wonderful stay at George's place! George sends communications and is available to answer any questions. Place is as described, it was very clean and bed was comfortable. It's in a convenient location, with stores, restaurants, antique shops and the main highway close by. Elk made their morning appearance too! Would definitely stay here again.

Really great hosts and place to stay at. Very comfy and hosts are very accommodating and had really clear communication. Really worth experience.

Location in North Scottsdale was great! Pictures and descriptions all matched which was great. House was very comfortable and fit our needs perfectly. Very close to Kierland Commons shopping and restaurants which was perfect. Owner was very responsive on questions. Only call out was there is a lot of airport noise from the small commercial airport there in Scottsdale. We got used to it quickly and rarely heard much inside. Just was noisy when enjoying the backyard.

There's so many positives about this place. It's located near shopping plazas but feels secluded, cozy and woodsy. It's obvious that Doug has very thoughtfully designed this home to be more than accommodating for large families. There wasn't anything we needed that wasn't already provided, even down to the kitchen utensils. The provided baby items were high quality brands, so we felt comfortable using them for our 1 year old. The overall home is exquisite. It's pristine, clean and well organized with nice appliances. The beds are very warm and comfortable with down pillows and comforters provided. The A/C and heater are on a split system to ensure even home temps, which was wonderful during the cold nights. I would, and already have, raved to others about this home. It's a must stay.

The property is very nice l, modern and cozy with beautiful backyard and a pool. The house was sparkling clean and smelled good. The best feature was the huge and extremely comfortable bed in master bedroom. This find was a gem for sure. We did had a very small issue with some supplies and the host resolved it in no time. I would 100% stay there again and highly recommend to others.

Great location & has everything you could possibly need. I try to come out for spring training every year & will look here first.

Large four bedroom house near hiking and biking trails. Well maintained - everything works. Heater keeps a constant temperature - very comfortable day and night. New refrigerator keeps food fresh. Beautiful views of the mountains.

We really like Bryan’s place. Nice house (all remodeled and nicely decorated), great pool area, sparkling clean, close to downtown which was convenient to us. I would definitively recommend !

Dawn and Brayanna were very welcoming. Clear instructions for taking care of their home during our stay and their priority was a 5 star stay. Gorgeous well-kept home! Short, easy drive to Sedona and plenty of things to do within a 45 min drive. Definitely recommended!

The place was great for a group of 13 people. The cleaning lady was finishing up cleaning when we got there, which worked out for us because she was very friendly and showed us where everything was. The barracks (room with 5 sets of bunk beds) is very fun for the right group. Pool outdoor area was great, not huge or over the top, but solid and we hung out as 13 people back there with plenty of space. Overall it was great, clean, had plenty of beds, and hosts are very communicative. Good assortment of random leftover pool toys from past groups, we added a few more as well. No issues with neighbors at all, but we were pretty respectful. Main feedback ideas that would have added a lot of value for us (and I assume other big groups:) a TV outdoors, and pool basketball. Thanks for a great stay.
