Excellent location that is easy walking distance to old town Cottonwood. We enjoyed our stay and are already discussing another trip to explore the area more. Tiffany was extremely easygoing and responded quickly.

Amanda's place was amazing for myself and our family. it is easily accessible and that huge back yard was a plus for us with our fur babies. I would recommend Amanda's place to others with pets. we hope to stay again when we come back to Phoenix.

Great place to stay with a pool! Plenty of room and super clean upon arrival. Child safe measures for both the sliding glass door and the pool area. Comfortable beds. We were so fortunate to have found this home available!! We would love to come back again and stay longer!

Laura’s place was perfect for our stay over New Years Eve! Her place was clean and free of clutter. Her backyard was perfect for our dogs with a spot for them to do their business and a jacuzzi that was an extra bonus! The neighborhood was peaceful and the area was nice! Thanks for a great stay! Great location to things we were doing in the area, within 10-15 minutes. Quiet neighborhood. Clean home, looked as pictured. Katie was helpful and quick to respond to any questions.

The best Airbnb we've ever stayed in! We spent a month vacationing and working remotely at Kate's place. It was the perfect setup and location. We met some of the neighbors and everyone was so friendly. Kate was very responsive and proactive with communication. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness stands out throughout the home. It's clear the hosts understand what it takes for a stress free, enjoyable stay! We appreciated the accommodations for our dogs too. It's rare to stay in a place that allows dogs and have it be as clean as Kate's. It was spotless and you wouldn't know that other dogs have been there. We highly recommend Kate's place and we can't wait to go back.

We loved our stay at this house! We traveled with both small children and grandparents, and felt like the house was perfect for our group. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. The backyard is beautiful and we loved having access to such a great space. The only thing to note there is traffic noise coming from the big street right behind the house, which wasn’t really an issue inside the house but took away from the outdoor experience just a bit.

We loved the location. The backyard was just the escape we needed. There are two kayaks provided and we had a blast with the kids going down the "rapids". The house is very nice and spacious. The appliances are top of the line and the kitchen is fully stocked. The two fireplaces are wonderful. My only complaint is the outside cushions were not on and the outdoor furniture was not clean.

We enjoyed waking up to a beautiful sunrise in the front balcony, and the back patio fire pit was perfect for s’mores. There was plenty of room for everyone—I especially enjoyed the coziness of the downstairs basement suite.

Karlee’s place is exactly as described and as pictured in photos. Felt very welcoming and relaxing. Quiet. It was well stocked with everything. We have stayed at numerous Airbnb’s and it was probably one of the cleanest places we have stayed at. Karlee was a great host, wonderful at communication. It is about a 30 minute drive to Sedona.

Nice location, walkable to restaurants, grocery, other retail in 10-15min. 30-40min walk to old town so don’t need a car necessarily. Sizable 3BDs with comfortable living space, good kitchen amenities, quiet backyard. Good wifi.

My husband and I are retired couple from Illinois and stayed in this rental for a month. Jean was very attentive to our needs. We had a few minor issues in which she resolved very quickly. She checked in with us numerous times to see if everything was ok or if we needed anything. The condo was centrally located with easy access to main highways. One of the things we liked the most about this condo is that it is a one level rental. The pool is right outside the front door, but was undergoing some maintenance issues for a while during our stay. We loved having access to the lake and its walking path around it. We did walk this most days. We also were in close vicinity to Spring training camps and got to see quite a few games. Overall we were happy with our stay and with Jean as our host.

Great location with relaxing fenced in back yard. All the kitchen amenities you could ever need and super clean. And Heidi was a very thoughtful and responsive host.

Lo was extremely communicative and very easy to get in touch with. Cabin appears to be newly renovated and was spotless. We caught an unusually late snow and everything was perfect. The space in the back to let the dogs out on their own when it was freezing was a really great and unexpected idea. We would definitely come back.
