Nathalie est une hôte charmante, réactive et très agréable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est comme neuve, impeccable, très fonctionnelle, il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Les photos sont fidèles à l’annonce. Nous recommandons vivement Nathalie comme hôte, pour tout besoin elle répond présente.

We (2 adults and 2 children) had a perfect vacation at this beautiful house. Brandon is an excellent host: Very friendly, responsive, helpful and flexible on top. The greeting and the handover on site were both very uncomplicated and flexible. Everything was exactly as described by Brandon and as visible on the pictures he uploaded on AirBNB. I can highly recommend booking this beautiful house. The interior is modern and new and decorated/furnished with a great taste. Everything is there what you will need. The house is situated in a very safe (gated community) and quite neighborhood. On top you will enjoy a beautiful garden and an astonishing view of the bay/sea. Overall, we were able to fully relax and can therefore highly recommend this beautiful house. You won’t regret it!

Wir haben die Unterkunft mit 6 Personen bewohnt und haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war sehr privat und ruhig. Wir haben die Aussicht auf das Meer jeden Tag genossen. Es gab überall sehr viel Platz zum entspannen. Wenn wir Fragen hatten, bekamen wir immer sehr freundliche Hilfe von Jean-François. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen! Alles war perfekt!

Etant de cette ville je la connais très bien et cette location est exceptionnelle, je la recommande fortement. Maison superbe, pas de bruits, propre, spacieuse avec tout le confort nécessaire (sdb dans chaque chambre, tous les ustensiles et équipements a disposition). Autre partie de la maison + studio aménagés de manière confortable et agréable permettant de venir nombreux dans la maison. Jeux pour les enfants. Jardin agréable. Emplacement exceptionnel: A une minute de la mer a pied, a 5 minutes a pied de la gare et du centre ville ou se trouvent tous les commerces, a 15mn a pied du port. Longue promenade a pied le long de la mer depuis la maison pour ceux qui aiment marcher. Accueil très agréable.

Dette var det perfekte feriehuset for oss, drar gjerne tilbake hit! Der er alt man trenger og litt til. En nydelig utsikt, flott bassengområde og hage. Huset er koselig, rent og ryddig. Det er et must med leiebil, da det ikke er noe offentlig transport i området. værten svarer raskt om det var noe, og vi følte veldig velkommen igjen ved utsjekking. vil absolutt Anbefale dette feriestedet!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison Provençale idéalement située sur les hauteurs de Sainte Maxime avec une vue époustouflante. Nous avons, en cette saison d'hiver, particulièrement apprécié la véranda où nous nous sommes émerveillés, chaque matin, des levés du soleil sur la grande bleue. Cerise sur le gâteau nous avons contemplé un magnifique feu d'artifice bien au chaud. La Maison est très spacieuse, fonctionnelle et atypique dans le bon sens du terme. Tom est très réactif et prévenant. Le technicien de la conciergerie, très sympathique, nous a très bien accueilli. Le chti gardien, que nous avons côtoyé à notre sortie était très sympa aussi. Nous recommandons fortement cette maison pour des vacances en famille.

the view is fantastic. the house is modern equipped with everything you need. the jacuzzi is a pleasant surprise. We had a day with rain but the terrace was a success for our evening activities. Thank you for hospitality we had a great vacation.

We had a beautiful holiday at this villa; 9 of us stayed comfortably, with plenty of space and everything you could need for a great holiday. We spent most of our time in the pool, it’s a fab size and with the garden, it is perfect for kids. The villa is very private, just a few mins walk to a very small beach and few minutes to bus stops. We didn’t drive so found it a little far from the supermarket to walk but buses were regular, easy and cheap! The surrounding areas of Nice, Cannes and especially Antibes are stunning. Overall a perfect holiday, thank you ☺️

Excellent place. Cedric is an amazing host! Well located with a nice supermarket around the corner, and 20 minutes drive to Cannes. The swimming pool is well heated and the house air-conditioner works very well. I loved that the living room is very spacious for that day when the weather is not the best. Otherwise, the area around the house is perfect. The setting for barbecue is top. No problems whatsoever. We have rented many houses in the area and this was the best value for the money.

We had a fabulous family holiday . The hosts Sonja, Guido snr and jr were extremely welcoming . The house was even nicer in real life ! Perfect setting .. we ate outside for most meals .. beautiful outdoor area. Inside is perfectly maintained with old floors , windows, shutters matched with modern facilities . It was perfect for our family ( 6 adults and 8 month old) The pool was a must for the hot August days! The house is a 10 minute walk to the lovely village of Valbonne, bigger than we thought and definitely plenty of cafe Shops and restaurants to suit all. Valbonne is authentic French and has a famous market every Friday ( very busy but worth a visit) The house is also a close drive to Nice, Antibes, Cannes and the beautiful St Paul deVence. We highly recommend this property and the lovely hosts . We hope to return again one day .

The villa is stunning and spotless! We loved our stay at the villa and had everything we needed there, it is in very good condition. Marielle who met us there was very flexible after our journey took slightly longer than we thought. Ubers were easy to access, we visited the town of Grimaud and the beach. The garden area was beautiful although the pool is very cold! Thank you so much.

Die Villa hat unsere Erwartungen noch übertroffen. Die Lage oberhalb des Meers mit Blick über den Infinity-Pool raubt einem den Atem. Liegeflächen um den Pool sind ausreichend vorhanden. Das Haus mit seinen drei Schlafzimmern und drei Bädern bietet alle erforderliche Ausstattung, um einen luxuriösen Urlaub zu verbringen. Ideal ist auch der Fußweg mit Treppenabgang zum Strand. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert.

We are thrilled with the villa and the breathtaking view of the Bay of Saint Tropez. We had an unforgettable stay. The villa is absolutely brand new, very modern, and luxuriously furnished, located in a closed and secure residential area. The villa was very clean, and the garden plus pool were also very well maintained. It is in a great location for trips to Saint Tropez and Pampelonne Beach. Communication went smoothly, and even during our stay, our questions were answered very quickly. Wonderful hosts and an always helpful "Maria" on site. We liked it so much that we would love to come back!

Wir waren zwei Familien mit Kindern (8 Personen) für 14 Tage als Gäste bei Thomas in Moissac-Bellevue und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus entspricht 1:1 den Fotos und bietet alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht; sei es in Küche, Bad, Wohnzimmer oder Schlafzimmer. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und immens erholsam. Die überdachte Veranda war perfekt zum Essen (inkl. Grillen) und auch zum Kartenspielen. Der Pool und das Sonnendeck luden zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein. Die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll, dezent, aber auch äußerst funktional gestaltet. Wir fühlten uns sofort wie zu Hause. Tina war für uns nicht nur zum Check-In anwesend, sondern half uns auch während unseres Aufenthaltes mit allen Fragen, die aufkamen. Vielen Dank an Thomas, Christian und Tina für die super Kommunikation und den tollen Aufenthalt bei euch in Moissac-Bellevue, wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen :-)

Wir - 2 Personen - waren 11 Nächte in Natalies Haus. Auf der einen Seite der freie Blick auf das Meer und den Golf von St. Tropez, auf der anderen Seite der Blick auf die grünen und sanften Hügel des Hinterlandes. Die Umgebung ist unglaublich - ebenso das Haus selber. Absolut ruhige Alleinlage, hochwertige und stilvolle Ausstattung sowie wunderbar gepflegte Pflanzen und Begrünung um das Haus. Der Pool ist groß und auch sehr gut zum Schwimmen geeignet, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, ebenso der gesamt Außenbereich. Von unserer Seite ist Natalies Haus eine absolute Empfehlung für alle die Ruhe suchen, eine stilvolle Umgebung lieben und schätzen sowie die Muße für den Ausblick haben. Kommunikation sehr gut, die letzten Meter der Anfahrt zwar steil - aber ohne Probleme mit jedem PKW zu bewältigen.

Die Unterkunft liegt an einer guten Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand oder ein einfacher Spaziergang sind ohne zeitlichen Aufwand zu erledigen. Die Wohnung entspricht exakt den Bildern auf den Fotos. Die Erreichbarkeit von Greg ist nicht zu toppen, reagiert sofort und hilft umgehend. Wir waren zu fünft vor Ort und würden die Unterkunft auch ein zweites Mal buchen

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit an diesem Ort. Carine hat uns persönlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt und uns dann mit Vorschlägen zu Restaurants, Stränden und Supermärkten versorgt. Das Haus ist ruhig und schön gelegen, mit der Möglichkeit einen schönen Spaziergang über Wanderwege zu gehen. Vor allem mit unserem Hund war dies eine tolle Option. Die Betten waren auch sehr bequem, die Einrichtung und die Terrassen waren sehr gemütlich. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub.

Jean Luc au top . Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits pour une coupe de France VTT . La maison est au top et tout est dispo , et vu qu’il a intégralement plut des sauts d’eau pendant tout une journée nous avons eu largement le temps de profiter de la maison 😂. Franchement c’était top emplacement impeccable pour accéder aux calanques et à cassis . Et très calme malgré la route à côté . Encore merci

Logement parfait, très propre dans un endroit très calme avec une vue superbe. La piscine était parfaite avec ce temps magnifique et parents comme enfants en ont bien profité. Sebastien est ultra réactif, gentil et toujours disponible et pleins de petites attentions qui font super plaisir! Toujours de très bon conseils sur les sorties ou toutes questions. Merci beaucoup pour ces vacances!

Heel mooie, moderne woning met een heel vriendelijke en snel reagerende host. Zeer rustige omgeving een beetje meer in het binnenland, een auto is dus wel een must. Het eigen zwembad en de jacuzzi zijn top. Voor ons waren er 2 minpuntjes nl. bedden zijn aan de kleinere kant voor 2 personen (140x200) en het zwembad is niet verwarmd (minder ideaal met kinderen buiten het seizoen). Voor de rest was alles top.

La maison de Joel est un havre de paix ! Elle est encore mieux que ce que je pensais. Tout était propre et bien rangé, mais ce que j’ai aimé par-dessus tout, c’est cette vue de l’intérieur de la maison en ouvrant toutes les baies vitrées sur les montagnes, les Alpes. Merci Joel pour cet accueil chaleureux, nous reviendrons chaque année. À bientôt .
