Great place. It was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. The caretaker, Kailash, was also very polite and helpful. The only downside is that it’s in a gated society and the neighbours complain about the smallest of noise. There was a complaint about people talking laughing in the swimming pool even though it was during daytime, not that loud and there was no music or anything of the sort. The place itself, however, is great and well worth it. Maybe if you’re going with a smaller group (we were 9 people), you won’t have issues with noise complaints either.

Really very very satisfied and happy with the stay..The host Gitane gave exact description about location and also the amenities available. Pratiksha, the manager at the place is so friendly and helpful. she gave us a lot of information regarding the local sight seeings and restaurants. The care taker at the villa, Das and 2 other people really took good care of us. They way they interact, cook food, serve us and also helped us buy other items from local shops and stuff. Defenitely worth place to stay. A group of tourists staying in this villa can enjoy to the peaks. We a group of 8 cousins stayed at this place and had lot of fun for 3 days. We really feel like not vacating the place but we had to. A special mention about a friendly pet named Mogli. He was soo sweet.

We absolutely loved our stay at Umravi Villa! Naman and the team were incredibly helpful and ensured everything went smoothly. The villa itself is stunning, with a beautiful pool and a rooftop featuring a bar counter, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Special thanks to the caretaker, Sonu, who took care of everything seamlessly. His cooking was amazing, and he made us feel right at home with his humble and attentive nature.

The Villa was beautifully decorated and was very spacious. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had an extra couple of guests staying with us who happened to be India at the same time and that was handled very efficiently. Any questions we had were answered within minutes. The villa was cleaned daily which I had never had in any other Airbnb. The beach was 30 minutes walk via a couple of routes which I enjoyed doing every day. We occasionally used a taxi and they were very easy to come by. There are plenty of great eating places both around the beach and more local to the villa. Dunes on the beach was our favourite place to visit for drinks and/or food. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit.

The place is a perfect fit for exploring locations and there is a grocery shop exactly opposite to house which is a great plus to this property. Lucia is so friendly very helpful her suggestions about the places nearby local and outside has been a wonderful experience to us. Worth every penny. Thank you Lucia

Had the most comfortable stay! I went there with my family including my pet and we had the best time! It’s so peaceful and convenient. The caretaker Pintu took really good care of us! All in all it’s a must stay!

The property is located in good scenery and peaceful environment. It's a good place to escape from your busy schedule, Highly recommended. William was a good host, always available and helpful in all the situations and he helped us to get cab, bike contacts. Daily cleaning services were provided. Even bargained for cab charges. The cab driver was good. Pros of property Power backup, OTT platforms like Prime, Netflix, hotstar, etc.

Over our comfortable stay of 2 weeks at Sol Banyan we had such a great time. All thanks to the caring host Mrs. Chopra and the caretaker of the house, Rajnikant. Hygiene was maintained at all times as the cleaners came by daily. The apartment was also decorated in a lively manner adding to its beauty.

Arrived early morning and greeted by host Shantanu. After a few hiccups which were very quickly rectified we settled in nicely. The apartment is in a very quiet area of Candolim but within comfortable walking distance of lovely beach and numerous restaurants. Communication with host was good and any issues were rectified immediately. Sadly we didn’t get to meet Tanya . Would have no hesitation in using apartment again. Would recommend. Added bonus there is a lift available.

All in all a very pleasant stay, location is prime, walkable distances to great restaurants, staff was very helpful. there was a miscommunication regarding cleaning the second day though. will definitely recommend.

Very nice and good place to stay. Small and cozy for 2 people. Near to many good places and cafes. Would recommend to anyone coming for a peaceful stay.

It’s a great place with all the facilities to spend some good time without any hassle. Jyoti (host) was in touch with us proactively. The location is close by to Baga, Anjuna and many other places. We also used kitchen to cook some breakfast and ordered required groceries through Swiggy. Room was kept cool with AC and Tv for some entertainment without disruption of power & WiFi. Had all the required toiletries like body wash, dove shampoo, conditioner, tooth paste, face wash, hand wash and towels. Iron box, stand, steamer and hair dryer was also available to make our stay comfortable. They provided everything what ever was mentioned for the price and location we stayed in with a big pool and car parking:)
