I traveled with my wife, kids (3 & 7), parents and parents in-law. We travelled from Puerto Rico (80°F+ all year long) to Rebecca's house during the last week of December. We loved the house, bathrooms were very clean, as well as the entire house. It is a perfect place to relax and spend quality time with family. The frozen lake was beautiful as well as the surroundings. Location was very reasonable in terms of getting to cross the border to Canada and also to get to Burlington, Stowe and other beautiful places. Thank you Rebecca!

It had everything I needed and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Anne Marie even had a fire going in the fireplace for my arrival. Even though this spot would be ideal in the summer because it's right on the lake, I found it to be very beautiful and comfortable in the dead of winter. It was plenty warm, and easy to get in and out. I couldn't be happier with both the home and the host.

On our last day we saw a spectacular sunset which was indicative of our whole stay. The star was of course the wonderful setting on the lake. It was enhanced by how tastefully the house was renovated, decorated and fully supplied with everything we needed. It truely exceeded our expectations and made for a memorable experience in the beautiful state of Vermont.

We had a great ski trip and Paige's house was exactly what we were looking for! The views were great and she was super response to all of our needs.

Gorgeous peaceful accommodations on the gut. We were there to enjoy the sunsets while escaping the hustle and bustle…and we had everything we needed! Thank you so much for the opportunity! We highly recommend the property to anyone looking to enjoy the best of Champlain Islands.

Beautiful location, even in the snow storm. Sauna is fantastic, as was fire place. Huge laundry room was a plus. Great hiking within 10 min drive. Couple things to know. The doors to the bathroom and the one bedroom are folding pocket doors (like ones you might find on a closet) and are very acoustically transparent. They are right off of the main living space, so just a thing to be aware of if that is going to be a problem for your group. This is very much a lake house / winter cabin kind of space. It is not pristine. If you have young children, I might not feel comfortable bathing them in the tub, but it was certainly fine for tweens and adults to shower in. But if your expectations are set going in, you'll have a nice stay.

If you’re looking for a fun and relaxing getaway this is your spot! We had such a fun time going into the lake, playing games on the lawn and also peeping all the beautiful leaves around the area. This was honestly one of the best AirBnB experiences we had!

We stayed in this beautiful lakefront home while we were in the area for a wedding during the fall colors season in October. Stunning location, and a very cozy home to take in all the sites. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning during the summer in order to enjoy all of the lake toys that this home has to offer! Our hosts were very accommodating and super responsive.

The home was exactly what I had hoped for. I walked the 5 minutes to Lake Willoughby and was not disappointed. The area is beautiful and peaceful; the home was just as described, and I felt right at home. I will be going back.

We had a wonderful stay! We were able to snowmobile right from the house and enjoy the scenic views of the lake.

Amazing house, easy check in and check out! Loved the hot tub, games, fireplaces (indoor and out) and plenty of space! A great house for a ski trip! 10/10 would recommend.

Exactly as described in advertisement with the exception of the view from the front balcony and living room -- it is BETTER than described and expected! This a repeat for the future.

Place was great! Less than 10 minutes to Mount Snow. We had fun playing ping-pong, air hokey, pool, and darts! Relaxed by the wood burning stove. Lots of rooms and beds.

Great location, beautiful home, very responsive host. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Whitney’s camp was exactly what we were looking for—cozy, peaceful, and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the lake view was stunning. While the water for the kitchen and shower comes from the lake and isn’t drinkable, Whitney provides plenty of bottled water for cooking and drinking. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Thomas and Tanja went over and above with their Airbnb rental home. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and even provided extra items like coffee, honey, salt and sugar. The beds had super soft linens and there were more than enough blankets for everyone in the house. The kids adored the XBox in the bunk room and loved having some extra entertainment after skiing. Bathrooms were stocked with toiletries and plush towels. We loved the fireplace and used it every day. Very efficient and easy to use. We were also very thankful for the easy check out directions and flexibility for check-in and check-out times. Highly recommended this cute mountain home.

Brad and Rose’s lake house is a perfect lake side get away. The location is beautiful and surprisingly convenient for being 30 yards from the border. The house is 20 minutes from Newport and 30 minutes from Jay peak down well maintained road. We spent the week skiing at Jay Peak during a two foot snow storm and were very concerned about being able to access the house since it is down a long drive way that slopes down to the lake. We spoke to Brad and Rose who made special arrangements with their plow guy to clear us a spot at the top of their driveway to guarantee we could get out on the day of the storm. The plow driver also reached out personally to make sure he plowed before we needed to leave. The drive way was plowed three time on the day of the storm and atleast 7 total during our stay. We were able to get in and out no problem even from the bottom of the drive way and the roads to and from the mountain were easily passable with 4 wheel drive (Subaru Outback). Would recommend!

A roomy house, wide beach, lovely grounds, and a fabulous view of the pond. Jane was a great hostess. Generous and prompt with communication. We couldn't ask for more, and hope to return.

Very nice house for all season adventure, accessible location without the worry of trapping in deep snow. Would like to visit again in the summer!

Charles was a very good host. The cleaning crew did not show up, but we were notified in advance and it was cleaned personally by his son. The vacuum didn’t work so the floors weren’t clean, but other than that it was a great stay! This location is so charming and is close enough to Burlington to go over for the day/night to explore!

Great getaway for my fsamily! Lots of space, big table in the dining room makes it easy to be all together, and beautiful surrounding! The ability to take a wuick drive to Burlington and Stowe then head back to our reatreat was a plus. I will hopefully be staying here again very soon!!
