The home was easy to find and was a perfect fit for our family. Tamara is a great host, always responsive and very friendly! My wife and I have high standards for cleanliness, and the home easily met our standards and we had a pleasant stay. We would stay again any time we're in the area.

Enrique made us feel welcome and was very accommodating. Very easy to talk to Enrique. He is a kind and honest host. The home was beautiful and spotless. The linens were high quality and very clean.TVs in all the bedrooms and living room. The appliances were new and plentiful. Quiet peaceful setting. Nice neighborhood. If I return to Vernal I will stay here again. I give our stay a 10 out of 10 and at great value.

Kiley’s place was thoughtfully put together and absolutely adorable! It’s conveniently located close to everything in town, which made our stay even better. Her communication was excellent throughout, making the whole experience seamless. Thank you for having my husband, our two dachshunds, and me. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone!

We loved our stay here. The accommodations fit our group perfectly. It was cozy, clean and peaceful. The location was perfect- just outside of town but minutes to food and shopping. Melinda is a great host. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

An enjoyable place to stay. Quiet, clean, and comfortable. FYI for others, the rental is the basement level of a very large and fancy house. Google Maps led us to the correct place, but at first we doubted it, since we didn't know what to expect to see. The exterior door needs to be firmly pulled/pushed shut, while operating the lock, for the electronic dead bolt lock to work. The threats of fees and fines were a bit obnoxious ($40 for failure to properly lock the finicky door, $100 per hour for late checkout).

Cody m’a proposé, comme suite à l’annulation de l’occupation d’une suite, de bénéficier de celle-ci plutôt que la chambre que j’avais réservée. Sans modification du prix. La suite est grande, et équipée d’une baignoire à remous. La nuit a été très calme. La suite donne sur un grand jardin, et bénéficie d’un lever de soleil comme l’on peut en voir en Utah. Communication simple, claire et pratique avec Cody.

It was a lovely room and the tub was great. The mattress was comfortable and I loved the cozy fireplace.

We loved our stay at this property. We had two families with kids ranging from 7-15 and it was perfect for us. There was plenty of space for everyone and everything was so well thought out - they really went above and beyond to provide high quality bedding, toiletries, amenities etc. They had everything you could need - including for a young family with toddlers and an infant. A few thoughts in addition for anyone thinking to stay here - *the bedrooms and bathrooms are all on the 2nd floor and the stairs are on the steeper side if someone in your group has knee issues. *easy parking * it was centrally located for the majority of things in vernal *there really isn’t a yard to play in. The deck and tub are nice, but that is pretty much the space out back.
