We loved the house, it was the perfect place to rest, relax and spent time with family. The place is beautiful and cozy. The surroundings were quiet and relaxing. Communicating with Lubyo was very easy. And we LOVED the wood fire hot tub. It was definitely worth the small added expense. The system is very efficient and will keep the water hot in the dead of winter. It was my first time experiencing wood fire hot tubs, I actually enjoy it better than regular ones.

Cozy and well-maintained house, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Clean rooms, comfortable furniture, and a fully equipped kitchen. The host is responsive and friendly. Great value for money!

Our stay was amazingly peaceful and we enjoyed the nature and our time together with my boyfriend and my dog. The private jacuzzi and the BBQ were a great plus of this place. There was a lot of places where you can hike, visit the lake or make some other outdoor activity. The only thing that I can point to keep in mind when you stay there is the quality of the water- it is not drinkable and a little muddy and the bed wasn’t comfy, but those things are super trivial compared to everything else 👌🏼

Бяхме за посрещане на Нова година с дете на 2.5г всичко беше супер, достатъчно свободно място да си играе детето, вътрешен двор в който да играе също. Локацията е много централна, а същевременно усещането е като в парк, съседните сгради са далече, улицата не е натоварена. Точно отсреща има детска площадка а централната улица е на 1 минута пеша. Бихме посетили отново.

Чудесно място с всичко необходимо за престоя! Чист, уютен и топъл апартамент. Локацията е идеална със свободна зона за паркиране, комуникацията с домакина беше лесна и бърза. Подходящо е за семейства с деца, ние бяхме с две и ни беше удобно и комфортно през целия престой. Препоръчваме го и със сигурност при следващо посещение в града отново бихме отседнали тук!

Great place! We spend 2 nights there during January. You can control the temperature, so warmth is of no concern. It is a clean place with a huge garden that we mostly used for sunbathing even though it was January. The barbecue setup is above average, and the sauna can comfortably fit 4 people. The village has a well-stocked shop that works until 20:00, which is a huge plus.

The place was lovely and felt like home. The apartment is high tech and has all the amenities that we needed for our stay. Stoyan was a proactive and helpful host. We recommend the place for sure!

The villa is at a perfect location, right near the shops and restaurants, yet far enough to be peaceful and quiet. It has a good backyard, plenty of parking space, as well as a good walkable route up and down the drive towards the rest of Cigov Chark. Will recommend!
