Wunderschönes Haus und tolle Lage. Die Aussicht, der Garten und der Pool sind noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, gleichzeitig ist man in nur wenigen Gehminuten im Ort, in dem es ein schönes Café und unterschiedliche Restaurants und Bars gibt. Die Kommunikation verlief sehr gut und wir haben uns zu jeder Zeit sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

I have so much positive to say about this place! Despite what some reviews mention about the drive, it's absolutely worth it. There's a small restaurant just 2-3 minutes away, easy access to the city, and you're only about an hour from Pisa and some beaches. The house was perfect—everything well thought out and worth every penny. The pool was amazing, and the host was very responsive. If you're visiting in autumn or spring, bring warm clothes for the chilly evenings. We were sad to leave, and I can't wait to come back to this dreamy property!

We loved our stay, especially our dog who loved the garden!! We did too of course, what a wonderful place. I could work easily as the Internet connection was wonderful. I have had mixed experiences in the past with this. This property had by far the best connection.

We took our family to Barga for the first time. There were 9 of us, ranging from 6 months to 70 years old. The villa swallowed us easily, plenty of space and privacy for everyone. Eleonora and Daniela were very responsive during the booking period, and when we arrived everything was exactly as expected. It's a beautiful place, the views and setting are magnificent, and it really is no more than 10 minutes walk in to the old town of Barga. The welcome pack included local cheese, a traditional cake, wine, oil, bread and was much appreciated! Despite some appalling weather, we made lovely pizzas in the outdoor pizza oven, and enjoyed some (coolish) swimming in the large clean pool - this was early October. Excellent range of restaurants in old and new Barga. 45 mins to Lucca, 1 hour from Pisa - and the caves at Grotta del Vento are definitely worth a visit - especially if it's raining! Overall, we had a brilliant time. Highly recommended.

Our stay was wonderful. The view of the Mediterranean Sea is amazing. We were able to see Corsica and the French Alps while relaxing on the observation deck. The house is so much more than what is shown through the pictures. The bedrooms are all large and wonderfully equipped. the location was ideal for the areas that we went to see. We were in Italy for 15 days and three of those days were at this wonderful home. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks Barbara for a wonderful stay.

Abbiamo passato una magnifica settimana nella casa di Vincenzo. Eravamo 2 famiglie con bambini (5 in totale). Gli spazi in casa sono stati perfetti per accogliere tutti. La posizione, a 15 minuti di auto dalle spiagge di Lido di Camaiore e a 35 minuti dalla bellissima Lucca, si è rivelata perfetta. Fuori dal caos, immersi nel verde e nella tranquillità. Vincenzo poi è un super host! Amichevole e disponibile. Assolutamente consigliato.

Claudia was so communicative and helpful prior and during our trip. She helped us organising a chef, gave us local things to do, restaurants to join, offered to help us book our transfers. The house was beautiful and just what we wanted. Thank you so so much!

I can't say enough nice things about Brian! He went above and beyond for us, as I suspect he does for all. He was always responsive when we asked a question and he helped us make things happen that we wouldn't know how to otherwise. And when something that was set up got canceled (totally out of his control), he personally took us under his wing to make up for it. In short, we felt like family with him and we loved the villa. Location is beautiful and we took advantage as much as we could to be outside despite the cooler weather. As many have said before, it's very clean, nicely decorated and a nice mix of modern and traditional. Would rent from Brian again!

The house is very well laid out with ample space. Cristina left the pool open and this was enjoyed by the younger memebrs of the party. The house is close to the main road which impacts on the external enjoyment at the busiest times but inside there is no impact. We were repeatedly delayed due to fog in London and she could not have been more helpful. We made mistakes with the garbage as the standards are far higher than in the UK and perfectly reasonably she remonstrated with us. We were clearly in the wrong and lessons learnt. One small point, I think the pillows need renewing as very soft.

We had perfect time on Brian‘s villa. The house is so huge that first you can get lost, but later we orientated very well and felt like home. 9 bedrooms with bathrooms was more than enough for our big company. The view is breathtaking. You had so many places out and in villa, as terraces, kitchen and rooms to enjoy the breakfast and the dinner. The city of Lucca is 15 minutes by car, restaurants and wineries are also nearby. Big cities as Florence is 1,5 hour by car. Anyone could find what to do. But to be honest you don’t even want to leave the villa. For big companies it is a beautiful place in Tuscany, highly recommend. And the communication was easy with Brian and his family.

This villa is a gem, pictures don’t do it justice. The views are absolutely breathtaking….The house is fully equipped with everything we needed. We managed a trip to Florence and surrounding beaches which was recommended by the host. We could have stayed longer. I would definitely be back. My kids loved the pool and the little surrounding walking trials surrounding the villa. Only 1 hours drive from Pisa airport.

Wir waren einige in einem der beiden Häuser in der Nähe von Camogli. Das Haus ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir verschiedenste Speisen als auch Getränke vor. Danke noch einmal dafür. Die Zufahrt ist mit einem normalen PKW machbar - entgegen einiger anderer Kommentare. Das Haus liegt ruhig und privat und bietet eine gute Basis um dort zu entspannen oder Ausflüge an der ligurischen Küsten zu machen. Wir können das Haus und auch die betreuende Agency empfehlen und würden wieder dorthin kommen. Es gibt eine Möglichkeit am Haus das EV zu laden - jedoch nur mit 1 kW, d.h. es funktioniert, es dauert nur.

Paolo and Silvia were wonderful hosts and very helpful explaining the area. The location is more picturesque than any photo can show. The house is charming and historic with a warm lived in feel to it. As others have said there is a small grocery store about a minutes walk away. They sell food and wine, and have a tasting area and bar for coffee in addition to an outdoor seating area for an apertivo and charcuterie plate. The town of Zoagli is close by but it is a significant downhill walk to get there and more significant uphill walk home if one chooses not to have a car. It is a small town but very nice with restaurants and a gelataria that is excellent. There is a train station in town but also a bus stop near the villa that takes you into Chiavari where you can get a train to the Cinque Terre. Going east there are other resort towns close by that are nice. Overall our group loved staying here and would stay again if back in that area.

Thank you to Leonardo and his mum for looking after us all so well during our stay (including Etta our dog) and for bringing us some wonderful local homemade dishes. Leonardo could not have been more helpful and gave us lots of local recommendations. Staying in such an historical building was an experience in itself and the views from the house were spectacular in all weathers- and we had a big mix of weather- sun, rain and storms. The outside spaces were perfect for having drinks and watching the sunset. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub and dined in the spectacular dining area outside. Leonardo helped arrange a pasta making class with Alessandra which was a great experience for all of our group. The area is very beautiful, with forest walks, and fantastic views of the mountains and vineyards and huge chestnut trees. We visited some beautiful towns nearby. Thank you for an unforgettable holiday!

Villa Vittoria è il mix ideale tra tranquillità e comfort, a pochi minuti da Lucca. Gli interni sono spaziosi, ben riscaldati e accoglienti, perfetti per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro. Il patio coperto permette di godersi il panorama anche nelle giornate fresche. Sarebbe bello poterci tornare d’estate per godere del parco e della bellissima piscina. Un posto ideale per una fuga in Toscana!

We spent a few days here for New Year's, and it was absolutely wonderful. The place is cozy and beautifully furnished, surrounded by nature, which made it the perfect retreat for a relaxing holiday. We especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and the attention to detail in the decor. We can't wait to come back in the summer to enjoy the outdoor pool and the gorgeous outdoor space to its fullest. Highly recommended!

We just returned from a weeklong stay at this beautiful villa, two families with kids ranging in age from 2 years old to 9 years old. The villa is fairly secluded but we had no problems finding it just through Google maps. The property is essentially fully enclosed so we did not have to worry about the kids wandering onto the roads. The house was extremely clean. Both kitchens were fully stocked with all the pots, utensils and serveware that you need. The outdoors was the best! Beautiful pool cleaned daily; not sure if pool was warmed but it was hot enough outside to keep the temp extremely comfortable. Behind the pool is the beautiful vineyard and volleyball area. The owners were so friendly; they gave us giant baskets of garden veggies and another basket of snacks and so much homemade wine. Elena/Ester were so helpful. The Conad is within 8 minutes away and had lots of fresh produce. We drove into Aulla for coffee and pastries (10 min away). Great base to stay with kids!

Wahnsinnig tolle Unterkunft! Unsere Erwartungen wurden Übertroffen. Super Service und sehr freundliche Gastgeber, die Woche in Chiozza war perfekt! In der Unterkunft war alles nötige vorhanden. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und perfekt zum Abschalten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Très jolie maison située dans un endroit calme. Nous étions 12 dont 5 enfants et2 adolescents et tout le monde a beaucoup apprécié la très belle piscine et le jardin. Il y avait une salle de jeu pour les enfants. Claudio était très disponible et aimable lorsque nous avions des questions. Merci à lui également pour ses conseils

We had a really lovely stay at the house. The poolside and the view are awesome and Marco was super nice. I absolutely recommend to do the wine tasting with dinner!

wenn jemand einen ruhigen und schönen Ort sucht, der ist hier genau richtig! Wir waren eine Woche in der Villa sole mio. Die Aussicht ist weitreichend und schön. Die Villen liegen etwas abgelegen was bedeutet, dass man mobil sein muss, dafür bekommt man Ruhe über den ganzen Tag. Die Lage liegt geografisch optimal und man erreicht Lucca,Pisa,Siena und Florenz. Auch am Meer ist man innert 45min. Optimal um Morgens Städte zu besichtigen und am Nachmittag den traumhaften Pool mit der Ausssicht zu geniessen. Unsere Gastgeberin, Martina war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Auch die Mitarbeiter, welche auf dem Grundstück arbeiten sind sehr freundlich und halten die Anlage in Schuss.Was zu erwähnen ist, ist die Zufahrt zur Villa.Man erreicht die Villen nur durch einen schmalen ca. 400m langen einspurigen Kiesweg.Ein Sportwagen oder ein tiefer gelegtes Fahrzeug ist nicht zu empfehlen. Ich kann die Villa sole mio nur weiterempfehlen. Würde sofort wieder dorthin.

Amazing hosts and super private house with everything needed for an amazing stay. Kitchen was very well equipped for cooking as well. It’s placed in an amazing landscape- but you do need good driving skills to get there (non-paved) road through the wood. After the challenging road your stay is as private as it gets. No neighbors around anywhere!! Everything was absolutely wonderful, we would definitely come back. Thank you very much:)

Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Airbnb. Check-In und Check-Out waren sehr unkompliziert und Eugenia war sehr hilfsbereit!

Perfect fit for our group of 8. Extremely spacious gorgeous villa just west of Lucca and close to several small wineries. We may have been the first to rent as it appeared to be recently renovated. The Gardner on site Luigi was extremely helpful in troubleshooting some minor issues we had after check in. Plenty of room, spacious outdoor area set on several beautiful acres. Would definitely stay again. Perfect location to relax or explore some of the surrounding cities and sites in Tuscany.
