I stayed with my old cat for 2 weeks and it was really lovely. Trevor and Rozz were so helpful and they allowed my ‘Scaredy cat’ to have the little back yard without being interrupted (for gardening work etc) which was very much appreciated. Everything worked perfectly, I had everything I needed and it really was a ‘special’ tranquil place to stay surrounded by gorgeous gardens and palms. And the interior decorated very tastefully. I recommend staying at Orchid Garden and I would love to return! Thankyou Judy

Great property at a convenient location

If you want something which is a little bit away from the action then this is perfect. It was quiet and on a beautiful street. Took a slow 7-10 min stroll to the most AMAZING beach ever. To walk to Glenelg was a slow amble of half an hour. There you will find everything you need. It's a beautiful little town with amazing restaurants and bars. A tram which made it super easy to get into Adelaide city. The apartment was perfect . We each had our own room and the high ceilings really made it feel spacious. We had sufficient space for all our needs. One of us had a show at the fringe and this was a perfect place to unwind after the hectic shows. A great walk to the beach to chill before the next nights shows, or walk to a few beautiful cafes for brunch. My son lives close by so I will be back again and this is really a place i would stay at again. If you rent a car, there are superb spots to visit very close by. Having a keypad to get in was great as no keys needed. Thank you so much!

We had a great time relaxing, eating lovely food and staring at the ocean or wandering the beach. Amazing location.

this property is in the perfect location of south glenelg. easy walking distance to the town, shops, a nice walk into Brighton too. a beautiful cafe minutes away for breakfast and lunch. it was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a 2 week stay. Leah was a fantastic host and answered all our messages with very quick response, even with the time difference when I was messaging in the UK. I would highly recommend this property for 2 people if staying in south glenelg. I miss the sound of the ocean waves as I fell asleep ☹️. we will definitely return thank you again Leah.

We had a great stay. The location is convenient, a short walk to Jetty road close to the beach and central to many popular Adelaide locations. The apartment was clean, well appointment and very quiet which being from the country we appreciate when away from home.

Fabulous accommodation, location and host. Last minute booking to attend a funeral on the Adelaide 500 car race weekend so we were ultra grateful to find Tobie's Place which was home away from home. Peaceful area, close to the beach, major shopping centre, cinema, restaurants, cafes. You won't be disappointed staying here. Was hard to leave.

Place was absolutely amazing! Felt so luxurious. On the beach, views were amazing. Very close to “star of Greece” for dinners and morning coffees. Loved the little beach chairs, beach umbrella and towels for us.

We had a wonderful stay, close to our Fringe performance for ease of getting ready and getting to and from. so lovely and clean, absolutely wonderful hosts, and even provided a little something extra. Us girls had a great stay, and would definitely book again!

Such a lovely spot, with the beach at the end of the road and just next to the station it is a perfect placement. Apartment is lovely, clean and homely - will definitely be returning next time we are in Adelaide.

We loved the Bayside Encounter. It had everything we needed and was all very nicely done. The little outdoor area was a great spot for a bbq and a meal outside. It's a great location, practically on the shore, and the Beach Cafe only a few mins walk is a real treasure (not a cafe at all but a bar/restaurant with a fantastic vibe).

Hayden’s property was picture perfect, better than we could have imagined. Easy to locate, smooth check in process, we had 2 carparks, the location was ideal with a step away from the sand (the most beautiful evening sunset & dolphin views right from the terrace), coffee, cafes & beautiful walks all within metres of the property. The property itself is modern, very clean, a great kitchen & we really appreciated the extra lengths for a cot & high hair for our little one. Highly recommended and cannot wait to get back!! Thank you for being so responsive & efficient Hayden. Your communication through out was truly exceptional. See you soon!

Beautiful surroundings and apartment. Had great kitchen, comfortable bed. Way too big for 2 people. would have liked an opening window for fresh air but that's just me.

I will definitely be staying here again. It’s a pristine unit on the beautiful coast line. The apartment was immaculate with large living areas, balcony, and bedrooms. The host was amazing with well provision, kitchen with all the utensils plates and cutlery needed .

We were a family group visiting Adelaide for the Fringe festival and loved our beach stay at this apartment. A beautiful Historic apartment in the best possible location in Glenelg. Not far from the main strip which provides easy access to the city if required. Plenty of lovely cafes and restaurants in close proximity (we recommend Suprette for the best coffee Glenelg has to offer). If driving, the driveway used to get to the garage is a little narrow for 4WDs due to construction work on the block next door but we were able to find street parking quite easily. The beach is a hop and a skip across the promenade and we loved watching the sunset there each night. The Apartment catered to all our needs and was in a nice and quiet spot. looking forward to visiting and staying here again.

Very modern and very clean, easy check in and awesome beach views, great location with a cafe next door for bite to eat or a 5 minute walk to the local pub. Thanks for the stay.

The penthouse apartment was spacious and in a great location. Parking, lift access and the amenities were all excellent. The main bedroom is huge and would benefit from a queen size bed for comfort given the room is so large. The huge lounge allowed us to spread out as a family and the kitchen was well equipped with lots of crockery for a family staying. We were only staying for a couple of days but if we were staying longer we'd have appreciated WIFI for our stay. The games, puzzles and DVDs kept us entertained. The location is amazing.

We had lovely weekend, such a beautiful and cute space. i loved that the message came to you and had in the garden, it was such cosy environment would be great in winter. Loved the little things like music outside and cute fairy lights it just makes it so homey

We had a wonderful stay at Susanne & Robert’s Airbnb at Moana Beach. The unit was exactly as described—homely, neat, well-equipped, and in the perfect location. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and Susanne was a fantastic host, super accommodating throughout the weekend. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Mark’s and would happily request to book again when next in Victor Harbor. It was a last minute decision and I messaged Mark quite late in the evening but by the time I awoke early the next morning we were booked and ready to go. The apartment is immaculate the beds were incredibly comfortable and the location is perfect. Would highly recommend staying and as mentioned above will be the first person I contact when we return.

My husband and I stayed for his birthday on Feb and loved it so much we bought the kids back 3 weeks later. The kids are already working on us to stay there again. We will definitely be back- perfect little holiday getaway with everything you need.
