The place felt like home! It was as described in the photos. The house was well maintained, open and free from clutter. The location was fantastic - it was across the beach and so convenient to go back and forth with the kids. We would definitely be returning to this property in the near future!

After a small hiccup checking in, Richard and the team were super quick to respond to us, and super helpful. The house was lovely and clean, with comfortable beds. Great location with easy beach access at the end of the court, with a great spot for swimming. Cowes only a short drive away. I wold be happy to book with Richard again!

The place was great! Very clean and had all the things needed, kitchen was equipped with everything as well. Nice areas outside to sit, great location just near the beach. Fiona responded very quickly to any questions I had and was very accommodating and helpful.

A lovely place to stay for a beach getaway (especially if you’ve got a furry friend). A short walk to a beautiful dog friendly beach. The house had everything we needed.

Spent most of our time out on the beautiful deck overlooking the water! Shannon and Stefani also accommodated us for early check in which was very appreciated. Highly recommend!

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the stunning beach and local shops. We especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and the breathtaking views from our balcony. We spent our Christmas there and it was absolutely perfect! Home away from home! With loads of space and had everything you would have in your own home! Unfortunately we didn’t get the weather to use the pool much but it was certainly a fantastic addition to our stay! Would love to stay there again!

this house was amazing for our three active families! there was a pool, table tennis, futsal, air hockey and then in the extended back yard a play ground, sand pit, cricket pitch, soccer, footy, tennis and an aquatic centre. A short drive we had the beach! too much to do and too little time. The loving and dining spaces were top notch. We loved this house!

What an absolutely beautiful home and Emily was a fabulous host, thank you. Took my adult children and cavoodle for a family Easter break and the house and location couldn't have been more perfect. We loved staying there and look forward to our next visit.

Fantastic house and location right opposite the beach. Very comfortable with a huge couch and TV with Netflix included. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook anything imaginable and was spotless. Outside the yard is spacious and fully fenced, so ideal for doggos to also enjoy their holiday. There is also a gas BBQ available with seating and an undercover area. Access to the stunning 90 mile beach is directly across the road. Greg, the host was also very responsive to emails and any questions (If you need). If you want the most peaceful and relaxing getaway, we thoroughly recommend this property.

We had a great stay at Greg’s place. It is a classic Anglesea holiday home and we felt very welcome. It has been refurbished so feels fresh, but not too pristine that you have to worry. Super comfy beds and everything you need in the kitchen. Thanks Greg!

Our stay at Dune Beach House for our wedding anniversary was just perfect. The house was spotlessly clean and super comfortable with quality bed linen and furnishings, we certainly hope to come back again and spend more time relaxing

Such a beautiful home, the whole house was perfect for our visit. Very comfy beds, great outdoor area which was beautiful to sit out during the day and night. Well equipped kitchen and amazing shower! Our boys loved the cubby house and all the toys. The kids bedroom was perfect! Narelle was really helpful checking in to see if we needed a portacot and high chair. Our dog felt like a queen in the dog bed! Thanks for having us!
