The location was perfect, just a short walk from the stunning beach and local shops. We especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and the breathtaking views from our balcony. The property was exactly what we expected and more. All rooms are a generous size with clean and comfy beds. The upstairs Living / Dining catered for all guests with beautiful views from the upstairs balcony. We all loved the heated plunge pool, easy access from the house and the outdoor shower was a bonus. Host answered all our questions promptly and made our stay a wonderful experience.

A nice place for a summer family getaway!

We had such a wonderful experience at Jeremy and Kylie's place. Had all the amenities we needed for a perfect stay. The property was even more stunning in person. Beautifully decorated and clean throughout the house. Such a beautiful house in a nice neighborhood. The highlight for us was the pool, had perfect temps throughout our stay. It was very relaxing to unwind after exploring the town. Good WiFi speeds and the study room is ideal for a WFH session if needed. The Sonos gear and Spotify-connect speakers on Alfresco, Dining and Pool areas were a nice touch. Close proximity to cafes, restaurants and most attractions in Ballarat. We'd love to return again for a longer stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stay near Ballarat.

Very beautiful and well-taken care of unit. Only a few minutes walk to the beach, and there were Coles and Woolies near by. Beautiful house with good location. Can do stargazing at night. House was clean and came with all kitchen appliances like chopsticks, rice cookers, etc. I'm very satisfied

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Andrea’s place! It had a games room, walkable to all the main spots in Rye. Andrea was awesome to communicate with and super friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend and will be back again!!

Perfect for what we needed. A great family house that was very comfortable, and clean and close to a great playground. Communication with the host was also great.

I stayed in Martyn's place before the race Buffalo Stampede and I could have not chose a better place. The location is central, close to the supermarket and to Sixpence. By car I could reach Mount Buffalo where I trained the most. The house has everything you need, very clean and well organised. He was also super helpful in replying to all my questions quickly. I really enjoyed staying here!

I had a fantastic stay at Zoe's Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how immaculate the house was. It was clear that Zoe takes great pride in maintaining her space. Everything I needed was readily available, including some unexpected conveniences like cling wrap and foil, which I often miss at other rentals. Zoe was an outstanding host—always just a message away and quick to respond to any questions I had. Her hospitality truly made my stay enjoyable. A beautiful home and relaxing place to stay. Outdoor area and pool were amazing and the whole place was clean and tidy. Walking distance to the beach and coffee shops. Would highly recommend this lovely home.

Perfect stay for the needs of our little getaway!

Loved the upstairs living area with great balcony and pristine WeberQ bbq for cooking on the deck. Very friendly kookaburras cockatoo and a magpie. Homely and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped for all your needs. A steep walk downhill to the beach / pub but plenty of car parking available nearby if not prepared to trek.

the venue was perfect for our 8 person annual golf trip. Location was fantastic, close to lots of eateries. our golf courses were all within 15 mins.

Amazing Airbnb. Easily settled in and felt immediately at home. Could tell this home was full of love. Really appreciated the eggs, lemon and wine hehe. My 2 yo nephew loved playing with all the toys and had a blast with Hugo the border collie. Kim was really responsive with any questions and concerns, even letting the sheep into the paddock next to us so we could visit them. The Airbnb itself was gorgeous and full of personality, the dam outside kept us busy with yabby fishing and just soaking in the peacefulness. Located less than 10 minutes away from Lakes Entrance so it has all the privacy and peace away from hustle. Thank you Kim! Will definitely come back when I get another chance to come to Lakes Entrance and East Gippsland!

Wonderful modern home with family amenities and peace and quiet to escape from the city. Just a few minutes drive from cafes and restaurants and great playgrounds. Good outdoor space for kids to run about and a sand pit.
