This place was a great find for our family of 5. We have 3 kids (13,8,3) and everyone was extremely satisfied. It had all the amenities we needed to stay for 7 days plus more. The location was much better than we expected with beautiful views, a pool and beach steps away which we had to ourselves most of the time, and right across from the rain forest. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Puerto Rico.

I had a great 4-night stay in early February 2025. Great location right on the beach and convenient to the airport, stores, and restaurants. Amazing ocean views from the condo. Clean condo, comfortable bed, and good property security. The hosts were also very responsive to any questions I had.

Outstanding host and we loved the location in Luquillo! Town had a great laid back vibe. The host was extremely friendly and proactive and gave great recommendations. We had one issue come up that was outside of her control (maintenance company working on unit next door caused our AC to stop working)… even though it was a Saturday evening, she responded right away and had people coming to take care of it within minutes. Luckily we were able to get it back on before they arrived, but the fact she was so quick to take care of an issue says a lot! The unit was clean and had very comfortable beds. The only thing that needs some attention is that the exterior of the building could really use a fresh coat of paint bc it was looking a bit rundown. But don’t let that deter you - the unit is clean and comfortable! The location is great and we loved all of the nearby restaurants. It was also very convenient to catch the ferry to Vieques or Culebra and visit El Yunque rainforest which is a must!

Aydil and Yadil are great hosts. They always answer everything I need quickly. The place is beautiful with breathtaking view. The area is empty but it is okay to walk further for restaurants. Overall, amazing stay!

Loved the location and Luis was an excellent host. Great place - the view, the pool, and being right on the beach were highlights for us.

I loved this place so much ! Everything was perfect, the view was amazing. I definitely recommend 100% I would love to come back again soon. The space was so bright with spectacular views and the beach was right there it was so easy to get to.

This place is just as described. The place is decorated beautifully. The balcony is amazing (don’t forget to pull the hammock out of the bin!) The condo had everything we needed, including beach towels, chairs, a beach bag and cooler. My favorite part was listening to the waves at night. The only downfall we had, was the gate to the beach was not working for multiple days, so we had to walk around with all our things. Not to the fault of Sandra and John. It would also be nice to have more than 1 key. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay. Melisa is a great host with great communication skills. The place was very clean and we felt safe and right at home. Great location! Washer and dryer were very useful. We could even walk (about 30 minutes) on the beach to the kiosks where there is a lot of delicious food available. Highly recommend this accommodation!

Our weeklong stay here was paradise! The space and layout of the house was perfect for us and our 3 teen/young adult boys. Everyone had their own private space as needed and the outdoor and indoor gathering spaces were perfect for meals, coffee, card games and relaxing! Our youngest loved hunting on the accessible beach for sea glass and other beach treasures. Would definitely recommend and would definitely return!

Everything about this place was perfect! The beds were so comfortable. My family of 6 had everything we needed! We will definitely return!

Our stay was great! The Airbnb had everything we needed for our short stay and it's location was amazing - 5 steps from the beach and very close to great restaurants. Aixa and Enrique were very responsive and flexible with us. Would 100% stay again!

This is a perfect beach house for a multi family or multi generation vacation! The house has a rustic vibe with lots of outdoor space. Full laundry and kitchen - we were able to make a birthday cake! There are 4 showers but no tubs, and it’s tricky to get some of them to be hot. There were also 3 beach chairs, snorkels and fins, some life jackets, and separate pool towels, which made our trip extra amazing since Melones, a 5 min walk, is a great snorkeling spot! Adults could walk to town, with the small children we called taxi vans. Enrique was helpful and responsive, thanks!

We are in love with The Happy Yellow Beach House. Everything was on point from our first contact with Manny! The house runs itself and there will be no worries from start to end. It seriously checks every box for what you would imagine you would enjoy and/or require. We will see you next year same time same place! 😎🌴🌊🏝️🌞🛶👙

Our family enjoyed our time at Damaris’s place. She was quick to respond and everything was easily accessible. We had to call maintenance for the front door and she immediately responded and got the door knob replaced with friendly maintenance staff. We will definitely stay here again.

This is our second time staying here and already planning to come back. You, your home and back yard are so wonderful. We love the tide pools- saw starfish and spoon worm. The neighborhood is so kind and makes us feel like guest and not annoying tourist. Thanks for your continued hospitality.

The location is amazing!! Sitting on the deck watching the waves, swimming in the ocean, easy uber to old San Juan….it was all lovely. Marcos was very responsive and friendly. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

Loved our stay here. Plenty of space for a family of four, cold ac at night, lovely ocean breezes during the day. Walking distance to lots of fun things or a short drive - great central location. Melissa was easy to communicate with and her place was great. We would stay here again if we ever make it back to PR!

The place is nice. There is a small private beach that you can go to but there were sand fleas while we were there. Nothing that can be done about that. There is plenty of space for a large group but they charge you an extra $10 per person per day that they stay there. The location feels safe but there really isn’t much to do in the area. You have to drive 30 minutes give or take to get to Luquillo if you really want to do stuff. The place is good if you want to stay in the Naguabo area and want a roomy place.

We had a wonderful family getaway in Luquillo. We loved the privacy and large uninhabited reserve adjacent to the property. Frank had great recommendations and was very communicative. The patio could use some updating but you couldn’t beat the size and view. The beds were very comfortable and the AC in rooms made sleeping perfect. We loved being able to open up the large doors in the main area to enjoy the ocean sounds and breeze! We hope to return someday in the future.

Loved the place . The apartment looked better than the pictures and in a very good location,closed to everything. Mari was very nice and made a lot of recommendations . Would definitely stay here again.

Our 4 night stay at Jose’s place was perfect. Jose was responsive and easy to communicate with. We had a minor issue with the internet, but Jose was able to get that resolved quickly. The condo is in a great location. We enjoyed the beach and walked or uber to local eateries for dinner. I would recommend this place.

Great location and beautiful view of the beach. Unit met our families needs and had nice extras like boogie boards, beach chairs and towels. Instructions provided were clear and helpful. Also, multiple restaurants within walking distance.

We absolutely loved our stay at Marcos condo. We had everything we needed and he supplied plenty of toiletries in case you forgot something. You can’t beat the location and being steps from the beach. Watching the waves from the balcony was a treat. We would absolutely stay here again when we come back to the area!
