Bo was a very good, enthusiastic and responsive host. He was very attentive and often went out of his way to meet our needs. Overall, he helped made our stay very enjoyable and comfortable. The farm itself was situated in a very rustic area, surrounded by pine forests and farms. We spent many mornings just hiking along the many trails and enjoying the crisp morning air and quiet, peaceful environment.

Huyen’s home is far more than what we expected.. it definitely exceeded our expectations! EVERYTHING about the home is perfect. It is beautifully kept, so so so clean and tidy! It was spotless when we arrived. Mr River is absolutely amazing and so so helpful.. he cooked us so many delicious meals! The views are stunning and it is just so peaceful up there. Can not say enough good things about this stay. Only downfall is that we didn’t stay long enough! Thank you for having us Huyen & Mr River! We will be back one day ❤️

I am so glad I booked this homestay to gain a real experience of what Sa Pa has to offer. Mai's family was very hospitable and catered for all our needs. The property is quiet and great to walk the area amongst beautiful scenery. If you want to go into the main town it is easy and cheap to taxi in. We loved this place and highly recommend!

Tan's retreat is among the most unique and welcoming properties I have ever encountered. Our family of 6 stayed with Tan for two nights. We have two teenagers and two young children. We were looking for a peaceful escape from the city and this is exactly what we found. The property was designed with extreme care and is maintained meticulously. The food is impossible to describe - every ingredient fresh, locally sourced, prepared with attention to detail and gorgeous presentation. One of our family members had special dietary requests and the staff went out of their way to honor those and serve him with kindness. My husband was invited to climb a ladder and cut down several coconuts right outside our room, from which we all drank fresh coconut water and then ate the meat. The most notable part of our stay was getting to know Tan, hearing his life story and learning so much about Vietnam's history, culture, and prospects for the future. We cannot recommend this stay highly enough!

The place is exactly as shown in the pictures. We were a family of 10 and only stayed there for a day but it became really difficult to say goodbye. It is situated 500m on top of chappa hills. easily accessible by grab although a difficult climb with the luggage. the bunnies, ducks and dogs you see in the pictures are very much real and really very cute. we even held the rabbits. the house is very peaceful and has a cozy fireplace in the backyard along with a swimming pool. there’s hot water available at all times. all appliances work smoothly. they even stock up the fridge with eggs and rice! 10/10 would recommend :)

The location is perfect—nestled among the breathtaking mountains, offering stunning panoramic views right from the balcony. Waking up to the misty hills and fresh mountain air was an unforgettable experience. The room was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated with traditional touches that made it feel authentic yet modern Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)

Es war einfach wunderbar (allerdings hatten wir ein anderes Haus als ursprünglich gebucht - was uns letztendlich sehr recht war) und hier kommen wir gerne wieder hin!
