The location is easy to get taxi and safe. Even though the air-conditioning was not working well (not cooling), the technician came to check it in 10 minutes right after I reflected the issue. I do recommend my friend to stay here next time. very quick response and sincere to apology with gifts. love it

This is a stylish living space with a great view. The host is friendly and responsive. The Dong Da lakeside location is central and convenient. I always return here.

Le logement est vraiment magnifique, tellement bien qu’au lieu de séjourner une semaine, nous avions prolongé d’une semaine supplémentaire. Tout est bien pensé afin qu’il ne vous manque de rien, vous pouvez cuisiner en toute tranquillité et profiter même pour déguster votre repas sur le balcon. L’endroit est calme et reposante, côté plage, celle-ci est moins fréquentée. Nous avons adoré !

호치민 첫번째 여행이라 공항에서 택시 타기 어려울같아 픽업서비스를 이야기했더니 신속하게 픽업서비스를 안내해주었습니다. 체크인도 매우 빠르게 되었고 숙소의 경치가 매우 좋았습니다. 아침에 조깅하기에 매우 좋은 공원을 가지고 있습니다. 지하에는 쇼핑몰과 대형마트가 있어 매우 편했습니다. 1군까지 택시는 카커오티로 8만VND정도이며 가까운거리에 지하철이 있습니다. 야경도 훌륭했습니다. 모든 질문에 신속하게 그리고 친절하게 답변을 주어서 불편함이 없었습니다. 감사합니다

This place is truly amazing, one of the best stays I have ever been and I have been all over the world, the host cooked me food every morning and she is the sweetest woman ever we would have great conversations before I start the day. This place is a gem. I love this place.

Wow, can’t even begin. The place was designed to make you feel at home. It got the job done. My daughter and I traveling through Vietnam wanted a homelike feeling. Everything about it from the sounds, neighbors and smells made this home. After a day of exploring the home welcomed you in. Great shower, place to sit down and eat and listen to a little music as the sunset. We appreciate the trust and the experience. Hoi An will live in our hearts. We hope to return soon.

Return visitors to Casa Rio for another month’s stay in this still fabulous house. The house keeping is excellent, everything you need is in the house, with amenities, town and beach all within walking distance. The garden has developed under Huong’s knowledge of plants and attention to detail. Would love to stay again in the future. Many thanks😎

We had a wonderful stay at Aurora Point. The view from the bedroom and terrace of the luscious private garden and the sea is beautiful. We spent many hours on the private beach (shared with Binh's other rented accommodation) enjoying the sun and relaxing. You can order groceries via Binh, which come the next morning with breakfast. This was a great facility as the local shop 5 mins walk away did not provide any fresh food. Binh provided us with so many helpful recommendations including a snorkeling trip which was a fantastic afternoon out. Last but not least, Binh's dogs (mum Meme and her puppies) were a highlight of our stay!

We had the best visit and fell in love with the area. The Villa was perfect for our family of five with plenty of indoor/outdoor space. It’s nicely located just a short drive from some of the busier areas like An Bang or Old Town, yet still close enough to walk to the beach and some great restaurant options. Chloe was absolutely amazing and super responsive throughout the trip. She helped with recommendations, obtaining tickets, setting up dinner and delivering a motor bike to the house. Chloe even continued to help us after we checked out by ensuring a dress was delivered to our next stop in DaNang. Can’t say enough, but we’ll definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Hieu was so helpful and organised a taxi to pick us up at the airport. She provided helpful recommendations and checked in on us during our stay. A highlight was the lovely Lâu who came each morning and Cooke us a delicious breakfast, included in the cost of the property! The rooms were great sizes and wonderful to each have our own bathroom. It was very easy to get a quick Grab into the old town as well 😊

Das ist wahrscheinlich die beste und komfortabelste Unterkunft im Mekong-Delta die du finden kannst. Dung ist einer der besten Gastgeber den wir je hatten. Die Villa ist voll ausgestattet und bietet alles was du brauchst an Essen, Getränken, Wein und jeglichem Entertainment mit Grill, TV, Tischfußball etc. Dung stand uns während des gesamten Aufenthalts stets für Fragen zur Verfügung und hat uns auch einen tollen Bootsausflug und ein Taxi zurück nach Ho Chi Minh organisiert. Wenn du Glück hast und diese Unterkunft noch frei ist solltest du sie auf jeden Fall buchen. Eine Tour mit den Motorrollern über die Inseln ist ein Geheimtipp und wunderschön :)

Die Unterkunft war super eingerichtet, vor allem sauber und es gab jeden Tag frische Handtücher. Der Pool war schön, jedoch zu bestimmten Uhrzeiten sehr gut besucht, dadurch auch sehr laut. Sofern es ein Problem gab habe ich sofort eine Antwort bekommen. Zum erreichen von Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten braucht man ein Grab. Sofern das jemanden nicht stört ist die ruhig gelegene Unterkunft wärmstens zu empfehlen!

Phuon is an great host. Everything was fine. Clean, enough space, stunning view from both bedrooms, great and silet air condition.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay here! The host Linh & Thang was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. The place was clean, cozy, and very comfortable for the four of us. Having a washing machine and dryer was such a bonus, especially for a longer stay. Everything was well-prepared and thoughtfully arranged. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay! I went to Ha Long on a short notice, and was greeted by Trang’s exquisite hospitality and support. The place is beautiful, private, and especially suitable for a getaway trip. Located in a private beach area in Bãi Cháy, everything is within walking distance, and if not, easily accessible via booking an electric cart. Trang is a very helpful and experienced host. With a few years of hosting under her belt, she has made my booking experience quite pleasant: clear check-in/check-out instructions, diverse recommendations, and quick communications. She made sure that everything was ready upon my arrival, even though my travel itinerary and schedule was a little bit unpredictable. It’s a 10/10 experience for me, and I’d definitely stay at her place the next time I visit Ha Long. P/S: the bed might be a little bit too bouncy for my liking, but that’s more of a personal preference

Great location! Lots of local restaurants nearby, and it's an easy walk to the beach. Plus, it's right next to Cho Dam market, the biggest and most famous market in Nha Trang. The building is Airbnb-friendly. The guards are super helpful and will help you with your luggage. There's also a receptionist who can answer questions. Just remember, the apartment isn't managed by the building staff, so you'll need to contact the host for anything else. Also, the pool costs extra (50,000 VND). It's clean, but not heated. The apartment is clean, spacious, and has an amazing view of the beach and part of the city. Check-in was a breeze – we were able to self check-in in just a few minutes. Linh, the host, is really responsive and answered all my questions quickly. I'm really happy with my stay and definitely recommend this place and host!
