We loved staying at this property. We booked it as it was very close to the Kent Cookery School which we had booked for a belated Christmas present. The property was a quiet and peaceful escape for us for the weekend. The bed was really comfy, the lounge was warm and cosy ( even without the fire on) and the shower was great. Larissa has really thought about what clients need for a relaxing and carefree experience. The property has lots of added extras, there’s a lot of thought gone into this place. There’s also loads of helpful guides and tips for travelling around the area and where to visit. There is a lovely business park next door, walkable in less than 5 minutes with lovely shops and eateries. We could have easily stayed longer in this area. There is a hot tub in the grounds which was amazing. Watching the stars in the dark (no light pollution) whilst in a lovely warm hot tub, with a glass of fizz was fabulous. One of those life experiences that will always stay with you.

We chose Aimee's place to stay as it looked a great place to chill out. The area is peaceful, you are in a beautiful garden, hot tub, plenty of space and privacy to relax. Aimee is really easy to speak to and very helpful with any questions you have and also has information in the table for you if you fancy different days out. You have everything you need in the kitchen if you want to cook including a BBQ in the garden. The bed is really comfy, I loved the double doors we could open in the morning. We had a brilliant time and will be back hopefully next year.

A Peaceful and Memorable Stay at Oak Lodge We had a wonderful stay at Oak Lodge with our two children, making it the perfect getaway to reconnect and unwind. Angela, the host, was incredibly accommodating and ensured we had everything we needed. The hot tub was a highlight, providing a relaxing way to wind down after our adventures. The location was ideal for escaping the busy life, with a local park and shop nearby. We enjoyed trips to Canterbury and Whitstable, making it a memorable Mother’s Day weekend and our 10-year wedding anniversary celebration. Though the mobile signal was weak, we actually appreciated it, as it allowed us to disconnect and enjoy family games. Overall, Oak Lodge was a peaceful and refreshing escape, and we left with beautiful memories. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a family-friendly retreat!

A tranquil and peaceful little spot perfect for a couples getaway. We did some hiking up towards the coastline and took a trip to the lovely Canterbury City which is a short drive away. Overall a great weekend away and highly recommended.

We had the most peaceful and relaxing Christmas at this property. The grounds are beautiful to explore and the hot tub made it that little bit extra special. Great hosts, with clear instructions and local recommendations too. We will be back!

This cottage was great , very spacious and has everything you need the hot tub is huge and very nice , clear instructions on everything all in a handy folder the hosts are amazing and answer very quickly, for a small charge you can get a breakfast in the main house that is really good value for money we had it both days thanks for a great stay we will definitely be back

We had a fantastic stay at Allister’s guest house to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Communication was excellent—Allister was quick to respond and even arranged an early check-in for us, which was a lovely bonus. The guest house itself was immaculate and the surroundings were stunning (perfect for a peaceful countryside getaway). We booked the hot tub, which was a great addition and made our stay extra special. A wonderful stay. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing escape. We’d absolutely stay again!

Nice little house. Pleasant decor. Excellent modern kitchen. 4 minutes walk to Whitstable high street and the seafront, with lots of Cafes, Bars and restaurants. It is probably more suited to adults than kids.

This is my second time staying at Diane’s place and it’s absolutely lovely; great area, spacious house, it has everything we need. Diane has put great care into making the space welcoming with many touches including so breakfast items and many notes to help find items around the house. Looking forward to coming back.

We really enjoyed a fantastic 2 night stay at Pebble Cottage. It was perfect for our needs and a great place to spend a break in Whitstable. The town itself is lovely - really vibrant seaside location with lots of good pubs, restaurants and shops all within a few minutes walking distance of the cottage Many thanks to Janet, who is a great host - very responsive and helpful, which made things super easy from booking to departure.

Fantastic value, beautiful charming location, some thoughtful little touches, good linens and bed comfort, clean, simple layout to the house, supportive host, a nice functional stay.

The accommodation is an interesting historical building beautifully converted into living area. The cottage contained all we could have asked for and provided a clean comfortable base. Parking was a lot better than expected and we readily found suitable street parking within a short distance.

Everything was great and as described with a perfect location close to the sea front. Stephen was friendly and made us feel welcome upon arrival so it was easy to settle in and relax. A well deserved five stars!

We had a wonderful stay. Superb location for us and our dog. Probably one of the most dog friendly towns we have come across. The cottage itself was wonderful it had everything you could want and to top it all off Alison was a wonderful host. Very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We have stayed in many places but you can see Alison has thought of everything. We can’t wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our week in Cordyline. Very well located between the beach and high street. With two young children in our group we ate in every night and the kitchen was well equipped to enable this. The ground floor communal area was spacious and linked well with the small suntrap garden, which we also made good use of. Communication was good before and during our stay with small issue responded to and resolved quickly.

As an Interior Designer, I often struggle to find truly tasteful places to stay, but Charlotte's cottage was an absolute gem! Every detail in her impeccably decorated space is thoughtfully curated, creating an atmosphere that feels both stylish and cosy. It was the cosiest place to stay — we loved relaxing by the fire, listening to her (really nice) vinyl collection, sipping tea, and getting lost in our books. It was exactly what we needed to recharge before the New Year! It's also really well located, nice pubs and walks around. Highly recommended!

Great location, lovely characterful, relaxing and spacious house with incredible sea views AND parking. It was just what we were looking for. Comfortable bed, the house was very clean throughout. The host was very helpful amd friendly, and communications were great.

We stayed in Petham as a base to explore the surrounding areas of Kent and had a lovely time. The cottage is in an extremely quiet and rural setting which was perfect for us and our dog. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely everything you could possibly want. The cottage itself is beautiful, with a lovely private garden. Everything you need, the place has it, and it's location couldn't be better. Dawn nearly ended up with a squatter, because I didn't want to leave.

As a family of 3, we spent a lovely 3 night stay over February half term. Joe and Tamsyn responded very promptly on booking and throughout our stay and gave clear instructions to the property. Check in was straightforward. The house itself is charming; attractively decorated, warm and clean. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of fridge space and dishwasher. Bedrooms and bathrooms as per the pictures and comfortable. A short walk to the beach and the Main Street of restaurants and pubs. Joe and Tamsyn have a folder of helpful information with recommendations. We’d recommend a stay here - a pretty cottage in pretty Whitstable.

We were visiting Deal for a family birthday and we found everything at the property exceeded our expectations. It has a fantastic mix of old world heritage feel and charm, whilst having all the modern facilities you would hope for. We would have no hesitation recommending the property, and Ian’s attentive response times to questions/queries. Great location, really nice mostly-enclosed garden and a fully enclosed orchard which is great for dogs! Nearby is whitstable, as well as Canterbury, and Dover is just about 30 mins driving away. The cottage was cozy but fairly spacious and we really enjoyed our stay!
