Thank you for the stay ! it was really nice to have a house for 6 people 1h10 away from Porto by public transport (and only 15/20 minutes from the airport by Uber/Taxi). The primary attraction was the private pool, very nice and clean (a bit salty though) and the beach very close to the location. Thank you Andre for the stay, I recommend this location !

We recently enjoyed a delightful week-long stay with our family at this enchanting house in the heart of Vila da Conde. The property's romantic outdoor architecture immediately sets it apart from the surrounding homes, creating a truly charming atmosphere. As a group of adults with children, we found the house to be perfectly suited to our needs. Located next to a small city park with a playground and cafés, the house offers easy access to local amenities. Historical sites and museums are within a short walking distance, making it a convenient base for exploring the area. The spacious interior, including three bathrooms, was a major plus, and the outdoor pool, seating area, and grill provided ample opportunities for relaxation and entertainment. La maison est belle, spacieuse et propre. La cuisine est très bien équipée, une grande terrasse pour pouvoir déjeuner dehors et un grand jardin permettant quelques activités de plaine air. La piscine est très grande, il y a une grande annexe à la maison servant de salle de jeux pour les enfants (baby-foot, jeux de fléchettes…). Le quartier est calme, à proximité à pied de toutes les commodités : boulanger, boucher, poissonnier, épicerie… et de l’océan. Les parents de Fernando qui nous ont accueillis sont très sympathiques, serviables et à notre écoute. Nous avons passés un agréable séjour.

Isabel was a wonderful host with a beautiful home. Absolutely spotless and so much to do in the villa. It’s well equipped and has everything you need so all you need is food and drink! Perfect for families. Such a lovely touch having a fruit basket on arrival and fresh bread delivered daily. Pool was a little cold for our toddler, but I think that’s down to slightly fussiness and the time of year we came as it was windy with the odd shower and forest fires. Isabel always responded instantly with any queries we had and was very helpful. Would definitely come back if we decided to come to Portugal again. Would be even better when our kids get older so they can make use of the games room as I only have a newborn and two year old at the moment. Such a lovely stay - thank you Isabel.

Casa com muitos quartos, com capacidade para muitas pessoas. 3 cozinhas bem equipadas com todos os utensílios necessários. Camas muito confortáveis, espaços bastante amplos. Parte exterior muito agradável, muitos jogos para usufruir. Cheiro no exterior bastante desagradável, devido às plantações existentes nas mediações da casa.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et à l’écoute , nous sommes venus avec de jeunes enfants et 1 bébé ils nous ont mis à disposition des jeux pour les enfants et tout le nécessaire pour le bébé . Je recommande vivement cette location Et merci pour la gentillesse des propriétaires

Wir haben zu siebt eine tolle Woche in der Unterkunft verbracht. Das Haus und der Garten sind noch viel grösser als es auf den Bildern aussieht. Das Spielzimmer, das grosse Wohnzimmer, der Pool und der eigene Fussballplatz waren die Highlights unseres Aufenthalts. Alle Räume waren sauber und es gab grosse Schlafzimmer. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ludovic’s; the house is beautiful and modern; the backyard space was inviting with the lovely pool and outdoor kitchen but sadly the rainy weather prevented us from using it. The hosts were helpful and friendly; highly recommend this place!!

Heel groot en fijn gelijkvloers appartement. In het echt mooier dan van wat je verwacht op basis van de foto’s. Alles aanwezig, 2 badkamers, 2 terrassen. Verzorgde zetels, veel kookgerei. Prachtige pool en verzorgde gemeenschappelijke tuin. Heel Portugees gevoel. Als je verschillende activiteiten wil doen kan dat wat vervelend zijn omdat je maar 1 sleutel hebt van het appartement.

Beautiful, massive unit with tonnes of amazing natural light and ocean views. Very comfortable bed and living areas which were perfect for relaxing after a long day. Big kitchen with everything you could need for a meal any size. Ample parking for your vehicle right outside the entrance door. While Gaia and this location in particular is not “Porto” we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we were visiting. The drive from here to the porto old town and city centre can be done in under 15 minutes snd it’s very easy to come and go. This location feels so much less stressful than the busy, tough to navigate streets of Porto. Tonnes of restaurants and a grocery story within a walk or drive, great ocean walk right out front of the door.

O apartamento é magnífico, exatamente como mostrado nas fotos, e até supera as expectativas. Nota 10! A única ressalva é a piscina, que infelizmente não é aquecida e estava suja, mas, fora isso, a experiência foi excelente.

C’était un vrai plaisir de séjourner chez Daniel pendant un long week-end de 4 jours. Daniel est vraiment une personne adorable et il a fait tout ce qu’il pouvait pour rendre notre voyage agréable: il nous a conseillé des restos, une plage, une location de vélo, un atelier de céramique, il nous a expliqué comment rejoindre l’aéroport en métro…toujours disponible et super gentil. Il organise des tours en dehors de Porto aussi. L’appartement, très propre, est super bien situé, près de petits bars et restos, bus et métro. Petites remarques mais sans conséquences sur la qualité du lieu : La piscine n’est pas privée mais est accessible à plusieurs appartements. Le logement convient mieux à un couple car le lit du salon est moyennement confortable.

Our stay was excellent! Elsa was over the top in every way! We had a gift of wine and custard tarts when we got there, Elsa arranged a reservation at an amazing restaurant and she responded quickly to any inquiry. Would definitely come back to this beautiful sanctuary.

Lovely villa and perfect for a multi generation family get away. The hosts were lovely and communicative. The villas outside place is beautiful.
