Charming apartment. Perfect stay for our 3 night visit. Clean, great view and walkable.

Debbie was very responsive and helpful with recommendations , instructions and very proactive. The apartment is beautiful, best location possible with gorgeous view of the ocean and the town!!!!! Walking distance to everything, great restaurants, shopping, activities. We had an amazing time! It was more than we were expecting! Thank you Debbie!

I stayed at this farm airbnb with my girlfriend and we felt so lucky to have picked this place to stay. The airbnb was charming and quaint, and we felt super cozy. Paulo and Inés even provided us with a bottle of wine, some snacks and fresh herbs from the farm as a gift for our stay. Paulo gave us an in depth tour when we arrived, and they were super flexible with our arrival time. The restaurant located on the farm was exquisite, and we loved each of the six courses, or "moments," of the dinner. The staff was extremely well mannered, informative, and pleasant to be around. Also, being able to enjoy the property and walk around the farm freely is worth staying here alone. The pool and the hot tub were clean, and the farm dog was so joyful. I would stay here many more times. This airbnb alone almost makes it worth a trip to São Miguel. Lastly, the airbnb was squeaky clean, and there were even space heaters for the colder days (we were there in November). Shoutout to Paulo and Inés!

The View was a wonderful place to stay in Ponte Delgada. It was within easy walking distance of the restaurants, shops and sites that we wanted to visit in the city. The apartment was a relaxing place to be at the beginning and end of each day, with everything we needed for an easy stay. We loved the all the windows and the doors to the little deck off both the kitchen and main bedroom - giving light and air and views of the city and ocean for both sunrise and sunset. Miguel and Francisco were very friendly and helpful, answering questions and offering info to make our stay more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We were very satisfied with this airbnb. Great location and very clean. Lots of restaurants walking distance nearby. We were a couple and it was perfect for us. Will definitely look this place up again if we are lucky enough to return to Sao Miguel.

We had an amazing time at Álvaro’s place visiting São Miguel. Ribeira Grande is a gem, central location and a very nice and beautiful town on its own. Álvaro’s apartment was comfortable, very clean and had the island-vacation-atmosphere in it. The host left us a basket with the island produce which we really appreciated. They are very attentive and made sure we that everything is going well. We highly recommend couples to book the apartment for their São Miguel vacation.

Bruno’s apartment was amazing; clean, updated and spacious! Location was perfect and there is also a parking spot included in the stay. The views were great and we utilized the balcony every day/night. You can catch a beautiful sunset if you look in the direction of the airport. Bruno took the time to put together a nice outline of restaurants and locations to visit in the city. Only downfall, the elevator is quite small but I think that is normal for the area! All in all, 10/10 stay!

Super séjour! Le logement est identique aux photos, la vue est parfaite. Pour les coureurs, belle piste juste derrière longeant le bord de l’eau. Bon steakhouse juste à côté du logement.

Gemütliche atmosphäre. Perfekt ausgestattet. Gut gelegen. Die Hosts sind sehr hilfsbereit und proaktiv und sehr gut erreichbar. Herzlicher und freundlicher Umgang. Nur zu empfehlen!

Andre’s place was GREAT! We loved our view and the place was super nice. The place was easy to find if you read the instructions and Andre is very thorough with instructions. The place is a bit chilly in March and the hot water doesn’t last long, but all other amenities made up for this! Great local restaurants and recommendations, and he even left us a bottle of wine and cookies! Thanks Andre, we loved our time and highly recommend the place. 😊

Absolutely perfect place to stay. The view from the upper deck was stunning. Well stocked with all your needs. Don't need to run to the grocery store on the first day to get supplies. We were thankful for that. The gift basket with fruit, wine, and Portuguese sweet bread was a nice tough. We were a group of four on a weeklong girls trip. We each had our own room and very comfortable. Heaters in the room were helpful Dow those of us used to warmer climates. Plenty of hot water for multiple shower. Can't say enough good things. The best was location on the island and 30 minute drives to all the places we visited. Did i mention the gardens. wow!!

Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in Deinem Apartment, Helena. Die Kommunikation war stets unkompliziert und perfekt; Helena hat uns sehr freundlich begrüßt und alles erklärt. Die Unterkunft entsprach den Fotos. Alles war sehr sauber und die Lage der Wohnung ist toll: in wenigen Schritten ist man direkt am Meer - unmittelbar am Meerwasser-Schwimmbad. Wenige Meter entfernt befindet sich der tolle schwarze Sandstrand, wo man toll den Surfern zusehen kann. Vom unteren Balkon kann man das Meer ein Stück sehen, vom oberen Balkon aus hat man einen noch schöneren Meerblick. An der Promenade kann man kilometerweit entlangwandern. In der Unterkunft gibt es alles, was man braucht. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und die Betten bequem. Die Unterkunft eignet sich hervorragend, um sich zu entspannen. Es war in der Nebensaison sehr ruhig und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für alles, Helena!!

We had a great time staying in Água de alto. The house was perfect for our group and Selma was an excellent host with lots of great recommendations. The house was comfortable, clean, and peaceful. The view is amazing and the stairs to the beach are just outside the gate. The location was central to a lot of the things we wanted to do with short drives into Villa Franca, Ponta Delgada, Furnas, and Ribeira Grande. We can’t wait to come back! PS The road into the property is tight, but we were able to fit a small rental SUV with the mirrors tucked.

Casa completa, amplia y limpia. Camas cómodas, y el exterior muy agradable. Está céntrica pero es muy tranquila. El coche lo puedes dejar a la puerta y puedes ir andando a comprar,. Nos encantó el detalle a nuestra llegada.

The Blue cottage offers a real azorean experience settled within the neighborhood of a small village. The house is beautiful, well restored while maintaining its original charm. Lots of space in the bathroom, shelves, hooks, etc. The garden is spectacular! While the town center is only 1 mile away, logistically is difficult to walk therefore a car is needed. The hosts are wonderful. Florbela is the most helpful and responsive host I’ve encountered.

Just outside of Ponta Delgado Center. Delicious cafe at end of street, convenient market a couple of doors down. Convenient parking in various locations. Only complaints (which aren’t Bruno’s issues). Loud, barking dogs late at night making sleeping difficult. Pet waste on sidewalks, that you need to avoid when walking. Thanks Bruno and Horacio.

Vi är nöjda med Marianas lägenhet! Mycket tack vare balkongen lyfter lägenheten, den är helt fantastisk! Stor och med fantastisk utsikt! Mysigt också att strand och vattenfall är på gångavstånd. Det kan vara bra för er att veta är att det endast finns ett sovrum (med dubbelsäng) så om ni är fler personer så sover några i en del av vardagsrummet, avskilt med draperi. Mariana har varit tillmötesgående och vänlig i all kontakt. Positivt har också varit hennes tips på vad att se och göra på San Miguel.

We loved our stay! You can see the ocean off one side of the patio. Walkable to marina and restaurants. Great space.

Great apartment in an excellent location. Close to beach, supermarket, bar, cafe and on the bus line. Very quiet area. Our hosts were very gracious and friendly. Their hospitality and generosity exceeded our expectations to ensure that we were comfortable and that our stay on the island was enjoyable. Would most definitely recommend this apartment

Great location and spacious apartment with great view. I had a little trouble with the 50+ steps up and down to the front door so people with physical challanges might find it daunting, especially with groceries, but the view makes it worth effort :). Great living area, would have enjoyed more comfortable chairs for sitting, reading, etc. (we spent a month there so more time in apartment than most using it as a base. There is big church right across street so the bells are quite noticeable if sound bothers you. Walking distance to mall (with great food court) and great botanical parks. Our hosts were great and communicative. We enjoyed the space and our experience, and would definitely recommend and stay again.

We loved our stay at Casas D'El Rei. The location is really good, near Santa Bárbara beach (about 15 mins walking distance), the apartments are well equipped, very comfortable, and you also have parking. The whole island is wonderful but we liked staying in this central location with easy access to explore the rest of the island. We were welcomed by Ana and also met other members of the team who made us feel welcome straight away! We highly recommend Casa D'El Rei! Thanks for having us!

Place feels safe. It's located in a private neighborhood with automatic fence. Dedicated private parking spot is under a roof so the car is extra secure. Few minutes by car from the city center. Apartment was really large, and comfortable. We had a lovely stay.
