Great stay in Portimão! I had a lovely time staying at Rafael’s apartment. The place was very clean and exactly as described. The area is quiet and pleasant, with plenty of restaurants and pubs within walking distance. I would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Portimão. Thanks again, Rafael!

Alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit.. schnelle Antworten.. auch gute Beschreibung für Parkplatzmöglichkeiten... Nur zur Info.. man könnte auch vorfahren und Ausladen falls Koffer zu schwer sind.. Lage für uns super mitteilen Restaurants um die Ecke.. Kirchturm weiß man ja vorher.. zum Flur hin etwas hellhörig was uns nicht störte.. Für uns klare Weiterempfehlung.. Danke auch für die Flasche Wein und Chips ;-)

me and friends had a lovely stay at this apartment, exactly how Jonathan described in his description and photos. very clean and tidy, and easy instructions on how to enter the building. would definitely reccomend here as close to beach and old town.

Villa très confortable, bien équipée, avec une terrasse privée, dans un environnement calme, avec vue sur la mer. À quelques minutes à pieds d’une plage tranquille et de sentiers qui longent les falaises offrant des points de vue magnifiques! Notre hôte, Patricia avait transmis toutes les informations requises et nous a accueilli chaleureusement. La communication était très facile. Un très beau séjour!

Staying at Miguel’s place was such a great experience! It was so peaceful, the apartment is right next to the beach so you can see the seat from the bedroom and the balcony - my boyfriend and I slept like a baby to the sound of the waves! Not only that, Miguel is an incredibly friendly and responsive host! Couldn’t recommend more - thanks Miguel!

We had a great stay at Sofia and Pedro’s place. Sofia was very welcoming and always available to assist with any issues. It’s a lovely apartment in a great location right next to the beach. We’d definitely stay again.

Set back off the promenade with a perfect view of the beach. Ideal location with most amenities close by.

Ongelooflijk mooie lokatie aan zee. ‘s-Nachts in slaap vallen met het ruizen van de zee op de achtergrond 🥰 Ook heel veel mooie stranden om te ontdekken in de omgeving dus een auto huren is echt een aanrader! Auto is in de omgeving van het strandhuisje gratis te parkeren. We hebben ons prima vermaakt!

We cannot recommend highly enough! We are from the US and this is the third time we have stayed at Francisca's, so we are fans. This place is absolutely lovely, with privacy and comfort, a great kitchen with everything you need for cooking, both patio and rooftop access to relax in the sun, and walking to the greatest beach and sunrise/sunset viewing spots. The Alvor boardwalk is a terrific daily walk and lively place to enjoy both exercise and cafes/restaurants. We have only been there off-season so cannot speak to the amenities and crowds during the season, but this is a perfect spot (both town of Alvor and the development itself) in the Algarve to access quiet, beauty and good restaurants. Alvor is a great home base from which to enjoy the whole Algarve. Francisca is a kind, warm host who communicates easily and quickly when we have needed anything. It's a lucky find!

It was nice house with pool whis is good for children and adult. The beach is close to this house. Everything was good. Only one thing: There could be some basic spice in the kitchen (salt, pepper...), but in isnt problem to buy own in near shop.

We had such a lovely stay! Perfect location and the accommodation was great with all amenities. The garden area is amazing with the added extra of the hot tub - sun all day and enjoyed fish on the BBQ in the evening. Couldn’t have been any better! Recommendation for local food was just round the corner at Taberna Vicentina restaurant. So good! Iguana cafe is worth a visit… sit out on the terrace with great views across the bay. We also walked around to Praia São Rafael and had a great pizza and drinks over looking the sea from the terrace at il Borgo. The accommodation is a very short walk into the main Old Town and the beaches. I met Carlos briefly and he was a lovely guy. Thank you for letting us stay, we really did have a great time.

Asa’s home is a great spot for a family vacation, it is very comfortable, located in a peaceful complex with a beautiful pool and in close proximity (walking distance) to a beautiful beach. The children enjoyed the home so much as it also had a small playground next door to the house. There were two other areas also within a walking distance with restaurants and other beaches. All in all greatly recommended. Thank you for the beautiful visit. 🤍

Exceptionally clean and well equipped home. Rafael is responsive and very helpful. Although out of season we found several restaurants close by open. Beaches nearby also lots of places to walk. The weather was good so a great escape from UK for this time of year.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Portugal. Dieses tolle Haus hat maßgeblich zu einem super Urlaub beigetragen. Es war noch schöner als auf den Bildern, Stephanie war eine tolle Gastgeberin, die umgehend auf Anfragen reagiert hat und sofort zur Stelle war. Kommen definitiv wieder, eine klare Empfehlung von uns. Dankeschön für Alles!

We stayed at Ocean Chic 1 for the month of January and enjoyed the apartment. Rui was very responsive and always available with great recommendations. The beach is right there and old town is a short walk. Lots of good restaurants close by. We were 2 couples and enjoyed our stay very much, thanks Rui!

A beautiful apartment in a beautiful location. Susana is a fantastic host, she quickly responded to any messages and was there to greet us on arrival to ensure our check in process was seamless. We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect, and the views from both balconies were stunning. The apartment was spotless and had a well-equipped kitchen, which made cooking easy. They were also kind enough to let us have a late check-out since no one else was arriving immediately, which was a nice touch. That said, the space wasn't quite as polished as the photos suggested. The two single beds pushed together were comfortable but due to a gap in the middle wasn’t the best and the peeling toilet seat felt unhygienic. Despite these minor issues, the positives definitely outweighed the negatives. We had an overall enjoyable experience, and with a few small improvements, this place would be perfect. Would definitely recommend for the location and cleanliness!

We (couple with a daughter of 1,5 years) had a pleasant stay in the apartment of Ingmar. The instruction was really clear to find it and enter for the first time as well as all other recommendations. The house is equipped with everything you need, the kitchen had everything to prepare a good meal after a sunny day at the beach. As the apartment includes a cot and high chair we can recommend it for others as well with children.

Great apartment, highly recommend

Jorge’s place was really a home away from home especially with our three little girls (5, 4, 1.5 years old). Our girls loved the two bunkbeds. It was spacious, super clean & the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you’d need to cook meals but also walkable to many beaches and restaurants; however one of our favourites was the restaurant just below the building! We loved the beach behind the building as well which was only a few minutes walk. We didn’t end up using the pools in the facility but everything looked great! Jorge himself was very responsive, professional and definitely a superhost helping us check-in as we booked this Airbnb very last minutes and got there later in the evening. The shampoo and conditioner in the showers were nicer than the ones I have at home. I highly recommend this place and we would definitely stay here again when we come back to Portugal in the future. Sehr schöne Unterkunft, super Ausstattung und gemütlich. Wir haben in der Küche wirklich nichts vermisst. Als wir ein kleines Problem mit dem Safe hatten, war Tiago super freundlich und in kurzer Zeit bei uns. Die Anlage ist im Frühjahr sehr ruhig, von Carvoeiro haben wir, trotz der Nähe, nichts von den Bars gehört. Für uns war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Albufeira/ Olhos d‘ Aqua. Der erste Kaffee morgens mit dieser Aussicht schmeckt gleich viel besser. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das einzige was wir zu beanstanden hätten ist, dass es im Haus etwas zieht und wir morgens mit einem steifen Nacken aufgewacht sind und nachts die Türen etwas geklappert haben. Wir würde aber auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Das Meeresrauschen zu hören während man noch im Bett liegt ist wirklich wunderschön 🌞🌊
