Huyen is super sweet and her place is super awesome. Very cute. Very quaint. It's just enough for a quick trip. Super close to all the major things to do in St. Augustine. Super easy to find and parking and check in was a breeze.

First time at this unit but second time at this location and it did not disappoint! The location is amazing, within easy walking distance of St. George, and the house history in the oldest city is just an added bonus. We loved the balconies and had plenty of room for 4 adults. The lights and fire pit at night are awesome. The owners are super nice and our two fur babies loved playing with theirs. This will continue to be our preferred location for all our trips to this area! Thank you Michael and Lila! We will see you again soon! :-)

Beautiful place, well decorated, nice community, loved the amenities! Felt right at home. Other than the noisy neighbors upstairs, which was behind the control of others. It was an incredible stay!

We enjoyed staying at Galina’s place. She had everything we needed and then some. There was so much room for our family and being able to do laundry was wonderful. We enjoyed the pool and the fire pit. It was so relaxing to enjoy a coffee and watch the ducks in the pond behind the house. We also enjoyed driving to downtown St. Augustine to enjoy all it had to offer. It’s such a pretty spot to visit. We also drove to the beach for a sunrise which was amazing!

The house is really nice. Spacious, modern, high-spec amenities and very comfortable. The main living area is huge and really good to cook, eat and relax. We only had four of us staying but more would be easy. The beach is really nice and you definitely don't need a car. Just a couple of minutes walk from the house (if that!). Beaches are great sand and very friendly and the back yard of the house is great with swing chairs, fire pit, hot tub etc. Seth is very responsive and helpful and we would recommend a stay to anyone.

We had a great time! Dani was very organized and responded quickly to any of our questions. The beach is close and is an easy walk. The heated pool was a big hit with our grandchildren. Highly recommend !

We had a wonderful time staying at this house. Jessica was super sweet and super friendly and make sure we had everything we needed. 10 out of 10 would recommend and we will absolutely stay there again when we come back in town!

We had a great family time at Kailee’s place. Great location, with all the amenities that you need, pool, jacuzzi, grill, you name it. The house is very well decorated and very clean. For us, a huge bonus was to have beach chairs and toys since we couldn’t bring our own. Easy check-in and what was surprising for me, very easy check-out. Kailee was very responsive and very helpful. My husband needed an HDMI cable and they brought it over in 15min. We definitely will be back next year and I already shared a link with a couple of my friends!

We spent 5 nights at this apartment and it was just what we were looking for. The location is perfect. You can walk to everything in the historic district of St. Augustine. The apartment is very spacious and the balcony was a wonderful bonus. The kitchen had nice appliances, pots and pans and dishes for 4 people. If you are planning on cooking, you will need to bring all condiments such as oil, salt, pepper, spices, etc as none were provided plus a mixing bowl. Chris was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Our family absolutely enjoyed our stay. The home is stunning, but more importantly functionally designed. The flow of the home feels perfect, from the front porch all the way to the secluded backyard and side yards for storage. We appreciated the 1st floor master bedroom for the grandparents, the open concept for socializing, the wall hooks throughout for towels, spacious bathrooms, adequate seating for lounging, and cabinets stocked with dishware, appliances, coffee, creamers and even laundry detergent! All of which were unnecessary but appreciated! The spa was easy to use and heated up quickly. Our kids spent hours upon hours in between the pool and spa (due to mild weather). We brought scooters for the kids, since the bikes are adult sized. Riding our scooters to Caps for dinner was so perfect, we did it twice! And would have done it again if we'd been able to stay longer.Honestly, this review isn't even doing this place justice. We were obsessed! Comfortable, relaxed and happy.

We stayed at Ricardo’s for a month. The place was wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet. We saw plenty of wildlife even though we were in a neighborhood. Ricardo was always responsive. It is located close to st. Augustine and Daytona beach. We spent some time at Flagler beach which is really close. We will stay here again!

Karla's place is just what my husband and I were looking for in a quick weekend getaway! He is very sick and this was sort of a bucket list item. First on his list of wishes- ocean views, even from the bed if he wasn't feeling well. This home delivers! Essentially an entire wall in the living room is a sliding glass door which frames the beach beautifully. The main bedroom window also showcases the beach and we were able to enjoy the view before hopping out of bed in the morning. The unit was quiet and so peaceful, which was just what we needed to reconnect. No TV the whole weekend, just talking and laughing. The furniture was very comfortable; my husband loved the couch and we both found the king size bed offered a good night's sleep. The kitchen is well equipped and Karla thoughtfully recommended restaurants and grocery stores. There are 2.5 baths. Shampoo, etc are provided. Lastly, Karla was very kind to us as well as very responsive. This trip was all we hoped for.

Asmira was an A+ host. My family and I enjoyed her Hammock Beach Airbnb. Everything was perfect and Asmira communicated extremely fast before, during, and after our reservation. She sent very easy check in directions. A+++++ Thank You so much!

A beautiful, well maintained condo with all the amenities you would need for a beach getaway. I loved having my morning coffee on the deck looking at the Atlantic Ocean. So close to many great restaurants and the Winn Dixie grocery store was just a few minute away. Would definitely like to stay at Isabel’s condo again.
