The house is very well laid out with ample space. Cristina left the pool open and this was enjoyed by the younger memebrs of the party. The house is close to the main road which impacts on the external enjoyment at the busiest times but inside there is no impact. We were repeatedly delayed due to fog in London and she could not have been more helpful. We made mistakes with the garbage as the standards are far higher than in the UK and perfectly reasonably she remonstrated with us. We were clearly in the wrong and lessons learnt. One small point, I think the pillows need renewing as very soft.

We had an excellent stay. It was very relaxing and a beautiful property in a wonderful location. We ventured out a few times but mostly relaxed by the pool. We had a bit of trouble finding the place as it is secluded and down a fairly rough trail and we approached from the wrong direction. I suggest this is clarified for future visitors. Paola was great though and came to meet us and guide us to the property.

Io e i miei amici siamo stati contentissimi di essere tornati, come la prima volta che siamo stati qui abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario e se possibile anche di più. Barbara è stata molto disponibile per un check-in anticipato e in generale è stata veramente gentile. Ovviamente consigliamo di soggiornare in questa meravigliosa casa.

Casa stupenda e spaziosa, con tanto di prato esterno con piscina, porta da calcio, rete da pallavolo, barbecue e tanto altro. I proprietari sono stati disponibilissimi e gentili ben oltre la normale accoglienza. Per il prossimo lucca comics speriamo sia ancora libera!

We had perfect time on Brian‘s villa. The house is so huge that first you can get lost, but later we orientated very well and felt like home. 9 bedrooms with bathrooms was more than enough for our big company. The view is breathtaking. You had so many places out and in villa, as terraces, kitchen and rooms to enjoy the breakfast and the dinner. The city of Lucca is 15 minutes by car, restaurants and wineries are also nearby. Big cities as Florence is 1,5 hour by car. Anyone could find what to do. But to be honest you don’t even want to leave the villa. For big companies it is a beautiful place in Tuscany, highly recommend. And the communication was easy with Brian and his family.

wenn jemand einen ruhigen und schönen Ort sucht, der ist hier genau richtig! Wir waren eine Woche in der Villa sole mio. Die Aussicht ist weitreichend und schön. Die Villen liegen etwas abgelegen was bedeutet, dass man mobil sein muss, dafür bekommt man Ruhe über den ganzen Tag. Die Lage liegt geografisch optimal und man erreicht Lucca,Pisa,Siena und Florenz. Auch am Meer ist man innert 45min. Optimal um Morgens Städte zu besichtigen und am Nachmittag den traumhaften Pool mit der Ausssicht zu geniessen. Unsere Gastgeberin, Martina war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Auch die Mitarbeiter, welche auf dem Grundstück arbeiten sind sehr freundlich und halten die Anlage in Schuss.Was zu erwähnen ist, ist die Zufahrt zur Villa.Man erreicht die Villen nur durch einen schmalen ca. 400m langen einspurigen Kiesweg.Ein Sportwagen oder ein tiefer gelegtes Fahrzeug ist nicht zu empfehlen. Ich kann die Villa sole mio nur weiterempfehlen. Würde sofort wieder dorthin.

Vi hade en helt fantastisk vecka i Londa. Boendet har en fantastisk utsikt och ligger väldigt privat högt upp i Londa. Leonardo och hans fru är fantastiska värdar som välkomnade oss till boendet och gav oss en ordentlig tur av boendet innan de lämnade oss ensamma. Leonardo var även väldigt snabb med att assistera oss vid minsta problem och var alltid trevlig. Boendet har allt man kan önska sig och är väldigt rent och välskött. Vi kan verkligen rekommendera att man gör ett besök här. Det enda negativa med platsen är att trafikanter kör väldigt fort på den slingriga vägen påväg upp till boendet, så det säkraste är att ta bilen för att röra sig i området.

Das Haus war groß und liebevoll gemütlich eingerichtet mit tollem riesigen Garten. Für uns war es ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um Italien in dieser Gegend zu erkunden. Gianna und John waren sehr aufmerksame und super warmherzige Gastgeber, die uns auch mal mit einer Flasche Wein überraschten . Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Questo luogo è stato perfetto per le nostre esigenze, avendo prenotato la villa intera per un ritiro di lavoro con 10 persone. Ognuno ha avuto il proprio spazio nelle stanze private e i spazi in comune - il soggiorno, la sala da pranzo, e la cucina - sono stati più che ampi, perfetti per passare questi giorni insieme come gruppo! Vittoria è stata sempre molto disponibile e gentile. Speriamo di tornare un'altra volta!

We had a really lovely stay at the house. The poolside and the view are awesome and Marco was super nice. I absolutely recommend to do the wine tasting with dinner!

We had a wonderful stay at Olga’s spacious, spotless home, which truly felt like a slice of Tuscan paradise. It's one of those rare occasions where the photos don’t do the place justice—the house is even more beautiful in person. Although we couldn’t enjoy the pool due to the cooler weather, we still felt fully immersed in the beautiful landscape, thanks to the large garden and access to lush green areas all around us. We felt right at home, Olga was a fantastic and lovely host—she took care of everything we needed and went out of her way to make our stay perfect. Always available and eager to help, Olga offered great recommendations, from the best local sites to visit to hidden gems in nearby towns. She even went the extra mile to help with restaurant reservations. We can’t recommend Olga’s place enough! This was a true Tuscan experience.

Lovely villa and perfectly set up for several families vacationing together. The views were stunning and we loved that we were away from the city centre. The pool is a real stand out feature and having it on a separate level and gated was very helpful with little ones running around the property. Hosts were incredibly clear with instructions and their communication was always friendly and quick. Highly recommend!

Vi var et samlet selskab på 11 gæster og er alle enige om, at en bedre host ikke findes. Stedet er endnu bedre end billederne, og et sted vi meget gerne vil tilbage til - de bedste anbefalinger herfra.

We had a fantastic stay at the wonderful Meriggio Barn. The photos don’t do this gorgeous property justice! The house itself is beautiful, classically decorated and expansive space and very well equipped kitchen. All three bedrooms were a great size and the air conditioning kept us nice and cool . The house is set within beautiful rolling Tuscan hills with great views all around, enabling us to enjoy stunning sunsets every evening. The infinity pool was absolutely fantastic - a lot bigger than we expected and we had lots of fun relaxing and keeping cool in the water. The location is great - 40 mins to Pisa and the same for Florence, so we enjoyed visiting those cities as well as getting the train from Florence to Rome. Elisa and the owner Adolfo were perfect hosts, helping us swiftly with any questions we had or recommendations required (the tip to drive and park at the tram stop was perfect, as well as the recommendations for the best local pizza!). Wspaniałe 2 tygodnie z rodziną i Villa Il Nido. Bardzo komfortowy i przestronny dom. W sypialniach na dolnym poziomie jest chłodno nawet w największe upały. Przestronny salon połączony z jadalnią i kuchnią z dużymi oknami. Trzeba tylko uważać na komary i szerszenie (obok zaczyna się las, więc to naturalne). Basen jest nietypowy (spory podest pośrodku), ale dzieci były zachwycone. Do centrum miejscowości jest około 15-20 minut spokojnym spacerem. Można tam znaleźć przyjemne restauracje (polecenia Federico sprawdziły się bezbłędnie). Komunikacja z Federico i jego Rodzicami była bardzo dobra. Sam teren jest sprytnie odgrodzony od pozostałych domów, co zapewnia spokój i prywatność.

Wahnsinnig tolle Unterkunft! Unsere Erwartungen wurden Übertroffen. Super Service und sehr freundliche Gastgeber, die Woche in Chiozza war perfekt! In der Unterkunft war alles nötige vorhanden. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und perfekt zum Abschalten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We loved our stay at Frederico’s. We spent lots of time in the pristine pool as it was a particularly hot time of year. Frederico was happy for us to walk around the beautiful grounds of Villa Grabau and also gave us a fascinating tour of the Villa. The Villa is situated in a stunning part of Tuscany and there are other Villas that tourists can visit in the surrounds. It’s a 10 minute drive to the walled city of Lucca. Our only comment would be that aircon in the home is upstairs only and the kitchen area which is downstairs, can get particularly hot, especially when doing any sort of cooking. Thankyou Frederico for your hospitality and the opportunity to stay on your magnificent property!

Genteel Home Italy was awesome, it was a great experience, so happy that me and my family chose this home. The location was very peaceful and quiet. The host was great, very attentive to our needs, always accessible. Thank you Genteel Home Italy for making our stay in Italy that much more better. A 10 out of 10.

Vi var en familie på 9 voksne (22-55). Vi hadde det veldig fint i det vakre huset til Emilia. Stort, velutstyrt, vakkert område, herlig basseng. Vi elsket bordtennis og foosball bordene og hadde daglige turneringer. Vi hadde to kokker Emilia anbefalte som lagde nydelig Toscansk mat til oss en dag- Anbefales!!. Lucca by var vakker, litt vanskelig å komme til uten bil (vi hadde kun en bil, problemer med å få taxi, få bussavganger, vi endte med å kjøre opp og ned, fungerte greit) lurt å bestille bord i Lucca hvis man skal på restaurant i høysesong. Meget god kommunikasjon med Emilia. Anbefaler stedet på det sterkeste, ennå finere enn på bildene.

Alles war genauso, wie beschrieben und gezeigt. Die Kommunikation mit Franco und seinem Vater verlief einwandfrei. Das Haus mag nicht leicht zu finden sein; wir wurden an einem Treffpunkt abgeholt, was Vieles erleichtert hat. Mit großen, sperrigen Autos war die Strecke nicht leicht zu fahren, aber machbar. Die Ausstattung war super, ein kleiner Backofen war vorhanden, er hätte ruhig etwas größer sein dürfen. In einem Bad stehen Dusche und Toilette sich gegenüber und nach der Dusche ist erstmal das halbe Bad sehr nass. Stellte für uns aber kein Problem dar. Der Pool und das Grundstück sind wunderbar! Wir hatten einen wunderbar entspannten Urlaub bei Franco und finden, dass Preis - Leistung stimmten. Wir können Francos Haus guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen und haben hoffentlich selbst nochmal die Möglichkeit, wieder zu kommen!

Wat een prachtige en soms bijna magische plek.. we hebben genoten van de ruimte, de rust en uiteraard volop van het zwembad en jacuzzi. De gastvrijheid van Leonardo en zijn familie was heel fijn en altijd bereid om vragen te beantwoorden! We komen graag terug!!

Perfect fit for our group of 8. Extremely spacious gorgeous villa just west of Lucca and close to several small wineries. We may have been the first to rent as it appeared to be recently renovated. The Gardner on site Luigi was extremely helpful in troubleshooting some minor issues we had after check in. Plenty of room, spacious outdoor area set on several beautiful acres. Would definitely stay again. Perfect location to relax or explore some of the surrounding cities and sites in Tuscany.

Wir haben die Woche in der Villa sehr genossen. Andrea hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und war jederzeit erreichbar. Der Garten und das Haus sind noch viel grösser als auf den Bildern ersichtlich. Alles ist top sauber und sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das "kleine Highlight" war der Fischteich. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge in die Weingüter, nach Lucca und ans Meer. Wir können die Villa Briciola sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.
